Extremely fresh Halal food and super tasty. I’m surprised to find such a place. The stuff were more than friendly and the prices are good for the portions. Would definitely come here again
As a Brazilian I have to say the food was amazing. They had really nice feijoada, the picanha, the chicken hearts and the pineapple was fantastic. They cook the meat as you prefer, you just need to request. Also they have a very nice Wine list with good variety and prices.

I was visiting an office in the area and needed to eat. This definitely hit the spot. Friendly people here. Food served quickly. Took it back to the office. Great portion size as I still feel full 2 hours later. The salad ingredients are all fresh. Seasoning was great. The beef I had was very good. I really enjoyed my meal and at a fair price in Soho. Go to some other places and you get half the portion for twice the price. Definitely coming here when I am next in the area.
What a fantastic restuarant. The other reviews are clearly competitors trying to drag the place down. We attended here on Saturday 16th December for our work night out. We where greeted by a very friendly waitress who showed us to our table after giving it a wipe over and pushed 2 tables together for us. The menus quickly followed along with an explanation of how the menu works. Drink orders quickly followed and where brought out promptly. The hot food and salad bar was fantastic, plenty of fresh salad and hot food, the curry & mushrooms where amazing! We also had someone in our party who has Coeliac and the waitress was very good and aware of what meats she couldn't eat and what was safe on the salad/hot food bar. She also double checked on the chips as well for us.
Unfortunately, the Stella lager was off and had bits in, this was dealt with promptly with a big apology! It happens so no issue at all.
The meats soon came out once we all had a plate and flowed at a steady pace. Out of the 14 meats on the menu, we had 12 of them served to our table followed by Pineapple. The waiters carving the meats where very friendly and enjoyed their job! The meats where top quality and they would cook it to order, so some of us liked it a little pinker than others they would cook it well done and come back. All very tasty and tender!
All of my staff commented on how much they enjoyed the meal and the restaurant.
Compared to other restaurants of similar style in the area Copacabana, is the most reasonably priced. Drinks where not badly priced either.

We went for the buffet option at £27 each.

Love this place for salads and toasted sandwiches. The salads are self service but you can choose whatever you want to fill the box. Most of the salad ingredients are vegetarian but you can add a protein. If you don't fill it up they do question you to add more which is quite sweet. The toasted sandwiches are delicious especially the mozzarella and sundried tomato one being a favourite. Price wise they are good value for money. Staff are always friendly.
Service and coffee were alright. Felt like I was sitting in a rubbish tip though. It even smelled like it a little. :(
Surprisingly great food from this little place doing mostly take away. You would expect the food to be greasy and heavy, but it was the exact opposite. Ingredients were of good quality and their taste was not covered by excessive spicing.
I’ve been here many times and always the 2 blonde woman at the till are always rude with an attitude towards the customers. Poor customer service overall, unwelcoming staff and poor atmosphere!
For the third time, I have ordered a sandwich which has very little filling. Salmon sandwich contains just one thin slice of salmon. I’ve noticed that the portions are smaller here than in other Prets.
The food was lovely, amazing salad bar. I have scored the service low, but I think our waitress was new, and with that, she could have been given more support. It felt it was a little sink or swim in her defence. We ordered our drinks first and asked also for tap water for the table, I had to ask a further 2 times for water, eventually came near the end of our meal. 3 of us ordered the same dish, and the other order was a burger. On the menu it stated our 3 meals came with the complimentary salad bar, the witness returned 10mins after we placed our order asking if we wanted chips or veg, we questioned it as this wasn't stated on the menu. Decided on chips (very happy at this point). Another 10 minutes later or so, we were then informed that the chips would actually be extra. The burger then came out, and by the time the rest of the table actually received our food, our guest with the burger had finished. I complained politely but received no apology. It was really unfortunate as we were celebrating a special occasion.
Obviously the harsh reviews have been taken to heart. Staff were friendly today. Coffee as usual (good). I tried the salmon rye roll (wow - great).

Early evening visit for myself & some friends. Our 1st time here & it didn't disappoint. A lovely help-yourself salad/vegetable/hot food bar & then a tasty plate of various meats (Brazilian Feast) to accompany it...simply delicious!

I can understand that would be too expensive to the restaurant, but I had chicken thighs and my brother had lamb so we were not having only beef?!
Food was all right, but the attitude of this member of staff just ruined the atmosphere and won’t be returning.

Came at an off-peak time and bought a salad. After paying the 25% mark up to eat in (it was raining outside), there were no forks. At all. In the entire place. I took my salad back for a refund so I could go eat at a restaurant that actually provides utensils, and the people working copped an attitude. I won’t complain too much about the abysmal service, since I bet the people working here don’t get paid enough for that. But I wasn’t going to pay extra to eat my salad with a spoon. They refunded the salad but not the drink and I had to go somewhere else. Luckily there are dozens of not hundreds of food establishments in the area. Definitely give this place a pass.

In my years of buying from Pret I have never experienced such low quality of customer service. Staff is erratic and the hot drink served lukewarm. The staff was argumentative when I reminded them that I had ordered an extra hot drink.

I'm on holiday in London and this cafe is right by my hotel. Toki was the sweetest person I've met while here. The food was amazing and the coffee was delicious. I will definitely go back while I'm here.

First time here. Ordered food, pastries and coffees. It took the him 5 min to take my payment via card. The coffees were horrendous. Americano very weak. Caramel latte, could not taste the caramel. I complained. They didn’t seem bothered at all or even care about the customer.

The chicken and the beef were so tender and well seasoned. The couscous surprisingly tasted nice . The rainbow salad was my favourite though.
The halloumi was very soft and melts in the mouth.
The humus tasted fresh.
I don’t usually go for sweet potato fries, but this one was different.

Today, we came out of the Les Misérables musical and were quite hungry. When we searched on Google for the nearest and tastiest halal meat and shawarma options, Olives and Meze came up in the recommendations. As Turks, we already love Mediterranean cuisine, so we decided to give it a try. Firstly, Ahmet might be the most helpful waiter ever; we followed his suggestions, and he prepared an amazing dish with beef. It consisted of protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables, making it one of the most delicious and satisfying portions I've had in London. If you ever come here, be sure to try this dish; you won't regret it. The place has only a few tables, so finding seating might be a bit of a challenge, but they do offer a take-away option. In short, the meats and salads are incredibly tasty, fresh, and reasonably priced. The best Halal food option in downtown👍
Just had an immaculate English breakfast at 3 leaf. Cooked perfectly, great produce. Only £8.50 with a coffee!
Went on a Monday night with a Groupon deal, all you can eat for £25 with a glass of wine. The place was pretty empty but this did not detract from the speed the meats came round, there were 8 different types and each time I was offered a choice of how well done the slices provided would be. The salad bar is simply to die for, all freshly made, great quality and some hot sides too all topped off with a brilliant sauce selection.
I'll definitely go back but would recommend going between 5-6pm on the quieter days to get the best and more choice of freshly cooked meats. 5 Stars are well deserved and service is attentive and friendly.

Barista was not only rude to the lady in front of me, urging her to hurry up and being snappy with her but rude to me as well. She made multiple angry remarks as I was paying for my items and blamed me for issues going on with the scanner. Was clearly having a hard day which I understand as a service worker myself, however taking it out on the customers is never ok and leaves a bad reputation. I had never had an experience like this at pret before but it definitely changed how I feel about it. Quite a bummer
The coffee subscription is still good value, even though it has recently gone up to £30 per month. The coffee is good quality and there is a good selection.

Full vegan breakfast was very tasty. A plate full of fresh local products. Perfect to start your day.

The best place in London for a great tasting, authentic panini at a reasonable price. Service is slick and the panini is filled with herbs and is satisfying to eat for lunch.

On a trip around Edinburgh, we happened to visit this bistro, where we were very surprised by the nice staff (probably the owner) and very tasty food in a large portion at a very reasonable price. If we return to Edinburgh, we will definitely return to CHE.

The flat white I bought is ok kotu no, I think it can't be that milk is poured on the top of the waiting coffe, plus if you ask many people, they will all say it's bad, change it, I threw the pret coffe in the trash.

I'm a volunteer for Olio and I pick up Surplus food from here and the staff are nice at the stores I pick up from in Liverpool Street station, I wish that Olio would get them back for me to collect from them as my community like there food stuff and at least the young one's and students, homeless etc can eat and it doesn't go to waste.
I ordered Soya Cappuccino Was early in the morning and no other customers around so easy order , but the bartender did a soya latte and when the called the order i said that i ordered Cappuccino Soya . What he did? Put cocoa powder on top and called the order again as Cappuccino... He was confused why i told him that Cappuccino is different from Latte.. They dont care what you order And the shop is also a bit messy.I don't recommend this location !!!! For Liv st coffee location ia better the one in the station 100%
Ordered lamb shawarma wrap online ,the food come piping hot.I must say the combination of cheese and meat is wonderful and the portion size is big. But the fries is just OK and have rooms of improvement.

Absolutely delicious salad bar. There are at least 15 different types of salads to choose from. You start by taking a box, then you can fill it up with all those delicious salad options (all veg) and then select your protein, which can be eggs, grilled halloumni ,salmon etc. Friendly staff. Lots of available indoor and outdoor seating.

Thanks, the staff are awesome, the service is super fast, I think it’s nice when you remember me and know my order, it brightens me day, if I could give tips I would. It feels like home. The subscription is a great idea, i don’t abuse it, just have 2 or 3 drinks a day, any more is to much.
Very crowded place but there’s a reason why. The salad collection is wide and tasty. You can mix up your own salad, add different things inside. The staff is very friendly. Highly suggest not to plan to dine in as it’s busy. Great for takeaway!
I was served by Aspazia Mi S. The poorest service, I have ever experienced. I do not know how they even hired her, her face looks moody even when she smiles. She should not be customer facing. The food on the other hand was good and generally clean within. I personally won't be going there again and wish you all the best if you are served by her !
You really need to do something with queue time guys... this is not acceptable... I understand that you will apologise and etc. But just do something about it instead...
We stopped by for a coffee but also got their carrot, apple, ginger and pear smoothie. It was so refreshing. The staff was from Poland and were so friendly and helpful.
Terrible service!! Lady serving looked unhappy and very unfriendly. No warm, friendly greeting, no personality and so miserable!! It was so bad that I observed two customers arrive and the lady serving was the same miserable and unfriendly attitude. After just about 2 minutes i watched the two customers just get up and leave!! I’m certain it was due to her unfriendliness. I definitely would not be going back!!

Sadly this cafe has now changed ownership and is no longer representative of the old reviews. The food is incredibly overpriced for what it is and the coffee is standard at best. Best avoided. I left feeling quite ripped off.
I order a coffee and forgot to say that my girlfriend Mocha was with the oat milk, and after receiving a normal one , my girlfriend ask gently to the Barista to have another one with Oat milk instead of the regular one, and the Barista reply "No problem, i will do another one".
He probably take half of the milk out and add some oat milk, because my girlfriend now, that is intolerant, is sick.

As pret goes it’s a pretty basic coffee shop but it never has ice .. Half the drinks menu isn’t available because you can only get hot drinks. As an avid iced late lover it’s disappointing to say the least.. may just cancel my subscription tbh
This was such a lovely coffee shop that I am so glad I stumbled upon during my work trip to Barbican and East End area. The woman who owns it is truly so kind and made me feel so welcomed and invited. Her coffee is delicious, the food is so fresh. She bakes many of the goods in the shop. I had a flat white and Mediterranean sandwich and they were both very fresh, affordable and tasted great.

I had the pleasure of being served by Ellie this morning. Her customer service was fantastic even in the morning commuter rush and it was so lovely to see such a kind smiling face behind the counter. Keep up the good work 😊
The secret is in the food quality, especially the chicken or tuna 🥗 salads, the sandwiches and of course, the ☕ coffees. They claim the coffee is organic. I found the latte a great taste. Being within Leeds train 🚉 Station, there is an option to go to McDonald's, Starbucks or even KFC 🍗 among others but Pret doesn't disappoint. Could do with larger portions of those tasty salad boxes though. If you are here a bit longer, there is free WiFi access too.
Definitely a 5 stars! We visited it 3 days in a row when in London for breakfast, just because everything we tried was absolutely divine! Helpful staff, lovely atmosphere and the food is just something else! Good coffee and everything we tried from breakfast menu is perfect! Absolutely recommend it!
Visited this place for lunch today. Had the house special with chicken shawarma as protein and also a falafel wrap. Both of the dishes tasted good. I liked the chicken in the house special plate, it was cooked perfectly. Quality is good overall. One thing which I found bit strange is the difference in prices of take away and eat in. Each dish is around 3 pounds costly if you eat in, which I felt is too much. Other than that, I really liked the vibes of place and the food. Personally, would RECOMMEND the place if you don’t mind the extra pounds for eating in.
More a takeaway branch. Located outside the busy Liverpool Street Station. There are many branches close by in the area. Service was good. Not that huge a selection of products but sufficient. The chai latte was good. Just wish when you say extra hot, you get extra hot rather than warm.

Great reliable place to get your drink and sandwich. Always a good selection and always good service. Very good standards.
The hot drinks are nice with several options. The service is generally good, usually with a warm greeting, but not as good as others in Leeds who go above and beyond. No cold drinks is a bit of an issue but I understand that is the unfortunate direction Pret seems to be going. Overall it's a nice place to get a coffee before or after a train journey and it's certainly handy.

Very rude staff. I was on a important phone call and the person serving me said in a rude way that i cannot talk on my phone while picking the food. And i was okey but after i finished and pay for may food they charged me 7.75£ for some bread some as a full box of food. In my opinion this is not fare and whe i told him this he said that is my problem but that’s his problem.

This Pret a manger located near to Liverpool station is quite small. It is good when the order/delivery service is so fast.

15 minutes in shop I had headache because of loud voice of employees and music.
They should turn down the music volume. I don't want come back, because the environment so small and so LOUD!!!

The placed looked clean, but the toilets were disgusting, there was no hand sanitizer anywhere in the shop, no cleaning took place while we were in the shop. We sat for a good hour, the coffee was hot but the sandwiches were not very tasty. I spoke to 2 different couples who were also sitting in and they were not happy about the food or service.
I personally think it's busy because of the name and everyone thinks it's a better coffee shop than the rest, but there was triple the amount of selection of food in the coffee shop opposite, and the other place is cleaner.

Very pleased with this place. Reasonably priced salads and smoothies.
Went for the pastrami wrap and a green smoothie. Both were amazing and the wrap came nicely presented with some salad on the side.
Smoothie was freshly made and came in a fun and fancy glass. Really good vibes and a decent spot for working in as well.
Tempted to try all their smoothies on the menu!

This little cafe is amazing! The food was delicious and the staff was so nice. Definitely the best place I ate during my stay in London
Have to say this place indeed has the best coffee. Will go back again for coffee and some other dessert next time. The staffs are also great!
Of the handful of cafes on this stretch, Deja have the best umbrellas, tables and table service is very responsive too. Really feels like you're on the continent on a sunny Sunday morning. Sitting out on this stretch of the long-pedestrianised High Street is sorely under-rated.

After trying many Halal places in Edinburgh, we came across 'Che' and it was by far THE BEST place to eat.
The Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The place is very reasonably priced too and the Falafel is AUTHENTIC!
We tried the chicken wrap, falafel wrap and lamb wrap. The Chicken and Falafel wraps were the best! It was so good that we came back the next day again!

It's a regular old Pret. Service was a bit slow and they ran out of chocolate to make a hot chocolate. So my daughter was a little disappointed.

Very poor services. Asking for 3 portions of food and get 2 instead, when i asked for 3rd one waiter said it will take few minutes.
After 30 min of waiting, they came wit the bill and ask us to leave because they about to close. So i never get my food.

Rare I find somewhere so worthy of a 5 star review but this is awesome.

This is the best coffee shop I’ve been to in long time. Their organic coffee is delicious and cakes to die for. The blasting music puts you straight in the mood and guys there are just amazing.
Nice place to have organic food & beverages in town. This is the most underrated fast food stop restaurant in a healthy life style for anyone who wants to fitting up the way of life. I love being here & have their foods & beverages. It's so me as vegetarian warrior over the country. The price is moderately in average as Londoners but not me as foreigner. But I do understand well on this issue, not a such a problem for me.
Modern and stylish café, cozy, comfortable for a relaxing holiday in a pleasant company. Smiling, friendly professionals are at your service. The menu offers daily promotions and bargains. There is a very cozy winter garden suitable for visiting with children, because there is no direct access to the street where the restaurant is located.
