I visited the shop today for an outfit for my Niece wedding in August. The assistant who attended to me was excellent,made you feel relaxed and had a good laugh, also gave me good advice, and even matched the shoes and bag to go with my dress. The service and atmosphere was excellent, thank you again

I was looking for a mother of bride outfit with only 6 weeks to the wedding. I had ordered numerous outfits online but not found the right one. I noticed some online at Pretty Perfect Boutique and thought I would contact them to see what they had in stock in my size before travelling from Bristol. Naomi was amazing. Naomi sent me details of the designers and codes of dresses for me to google for those she had in stock and when I found some others online that I liked, she tried her very best to order them and get them in. Naomi responded promptly to all emails and phone calls and went above and beyond. Even coming to find us when we got lost when visiting the shop. Naomi made me feel very welcome and was extremely helpful in finding my dress. I would definitely recommend Pretty Perfect Boutique. The service is appointment only. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I will certainly be visiting again next year when my other daughter gets married. Thank you Naomi for helping me find my perfect dress and hat.
Naomi is lovely and made me feel so welcome. The dresses are beautiful and there’s so much choice. I found the ‘one’ and Naomi did everything possible for me to have it. I can’t thank her or recommend her store enough. Excellent service A*
Booked an appointment here and trying dresses on as Mother of the Groom was totally out of my comfort zone. The occasion dress section is in a separate area of the shop at the back. I had a dedicated stylist who suggested dresses, and revised the selection as I tried on dresses. I tried on around 15 different dresses, before narrowing down to four. Much professional advice was offered whilst taking onboard my preferences. I was surprised by the range of styles/colours and was delighted to find a reasonably priced stunning dress that was incredibly flattering.
I can’t recommend this place enough. Lisa and her staff are so friendly and helpful. They really know how to help with the nervousness during a new experience. We left with a happy young lady who just can’t wait until her prom. Thank you ever so much!!!
Beautiful shop with a stunning selection of dresses at all price ranges. Hannah did a great job, helping my daughter (patiently!) to choose and narrow down her choices and we were delighted to purchase a stunning prom dress today. Nothing was too much trouble and I would not hesitate to recommend Pretty Perfect Boutique to anyone - thanks also to Naomi, who was also on hand to support.
My daughter and I cannot recommend Dresses of Elegance highly enough - Lisa and her team were wonderful from start to finish. My daughter doesn't ever wear dresses, and yet Lisa and her team instinctively knew what colours and styles would suit her and that she would be comfortable wearing. They put my daughter completely at ease. Despite there being a few other girls with appointments today, there was never a sense that we were being rushed to make a decision, and someone was on hand at all times to help us. Lisa is also brilliant at reading body language to know which dresses worked best for the girl trying them on. There is also lots of stock in loads of sizes, even this late in the season, so they can offer their 'no one from your school will have the same dress promise' and we were able to take my daughter's dream dress away with us. The whole experience was relaxed, enjoyable, stress free and memorable for all the right reasons. Thanks, Lisa and girls, you are all amazing!
My experience at the pretty perfect boutique was amazing! We couldn’t fault beth in any way, she was so welcoming and helpful and i left with my perfect dress! All the staff were lovely and the prom dresses available catered for all different styles and colours. couldn’t recommend more!

Lisa and her team are amazing! Taking my daughter was a lovely experience. We were never rushed and all our questions were answered professionally. From booking, choosing the dress, ordering and collecting for the final try on - everything was perfect! I cannot wait to bring my other daughter when it’s her turn!

This is the second time I have found the most beautiful dress at this gem of a boutique. Firstly for my sons wedding last October and then this week for my nieces wedding this coming August. The welcome is so warm and friendly, Naomi and Beth make you feel so relaxed, listening to what you think you would like and then showing you the most beautiful dresses to suit. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. There is no pressure and you are given plenty of time with your dress on .There are also beautiful accessories to match enabling you to come away with your entire ensemble. Didn’t really know what style we were looking for but Madeleine had all the time in the world for us and with her professionalism we narrowed it down to two dresses. She then accommodated us the following day as my daughter wanted to try the two dresses on again before making a final decision. Beautiful dresses and great customer service

Back in November myself and my daughter went to city prom at the time just to get an idea of what she wanted, needless to say it was rather overwhelming she had an idea of what she wanted , but after trying the first dress that went out the window. The amount of time Madeleine
spent with my daughter trying different styles colours was amazing we got it down two dresses but in the end it was the first dress she tried on the furthest from what she wanted 🤦♀️🤣 Madeleine was so patient with her nothing was too much trouble . The experience was so lovely that I arranged for my neice to look for a dress here as well , again Madeleine put my neice totally at ease as she is quite shy but she found the dress that made her feel amazing . Can't wait for their proms now to upload photos to show how stunning the dresses are but for now we have I said yes to the dress photos . I came in for a prom dress the other day and there was an absolutely amazing selection of dresses, really something for everyone, all shapes, sizes and styles. Staff were incredible and so friendly, made me feel comfortable as soon as i entered. They were so helpful, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. So happy to have found my dress xxx

hi travellers friends family world barry allan reviewing a really great place once again and as all you guys that follow my reviews know im honest so here goes.Bentleys is a ladys shop im not a lady okay but i know one that is my mum and she simply loves this place and as a man which doesnt matter mum takes me in you can straight away see why its simply quality here at bentleys you can just see it! theres lots on offer scarves dresses coats jumpers my mum likes to just chill and look the ladys the staff who are so friendly so nice know her ha know what she likes which is nice , Is it expensive at bentleys being honest as you know i am its not the cheapest end of clothing BUT if its quality design and style well ladys youve found a great place and this is all coming from a man hahaha highly recommended great clothes lovely lovely team peace once again thanks for reading my reviews bazza BAZZAS KITCHEN MCG
We had an amazing experience picking my daughter’s prom dress on the weekend. The girls at Pretty Perfect Boutique were so lovely. Beth in particular was so attentive and gave us the best advice to narrow down her choices to the perfect one 😊 she was made to feel very special, thank you.
Lisa and her team were amazing. Very helpful and patient making a stressful process easy and enjoyable. Held two dresses for two weeks allowing us time to make the right choice. During the two weeks, she also ordered one of the dresses in three different sizes going above and beyond (nothing is too much trouble). Honestly cannot put into words how fantastic they are, would strongly recommend this is the place to go to get your daughters dream prom dress. And it will not just be the dress, the whole experience is all about your daughters 🫶🏽
We came to the shop to have a look at the selection of dresses. Madeline was an amazing help. She was kind caring and very patient. My daughter must have tried nearly every dress in the shop ( Some multiple times). She gave constructive advice on colour, shape style etc and was so patient with my daughter. I would highly recommend anyone that needs to purchase a prom dress for their child or a dress for a special occasion you won’t go wrong here. You will leave the shop feeling like a princess. Visited last week to get an outfit for my son's wedding. This shop was recommended to me and I'm glad it was. Appointments are advised and I was welcomed even though I arrived a little early. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd been on their website, so I had some outfits in mind, and even though I'm a larger size, they picked several more to try. I ended up choosing one they picked out. Although it wasn't what I thought I would go for, I feel so comfy and like I've found something that suits me.
Be careful as my daughter ended up with the same dress as someone else in her school on the same day. Same venue. They are supposed to keep records ! Was promised a gift as an apology about 7 times over the last month but nothing has arrived, even text asking about it- no reply !!! Poor service

Had a lovely experience here purchasing a Morilee dress for my daughter's prom. Madeleine could tell my daughter's dress size at a glance and we were able to order in my daughter's first choice of dress. Our appointment was exclusively ours, so we were able to try several other dresses that we had earmarked as alternates. Madeleine also connected us with a fabulous seamstress (Sarah) for alterations, who also did a great job at a good price. The dresses in the shop are both beautiful and of great quality. Highly recommended!
It was such a lovely customer service by Madeline. Very friendly environment. We had wonderful chit chat while trying my gown. I really love the gown that I purchased for Mrs Asia pageant competition. Love to revisit City Prom near future. Highly recommend!!! :)

Absolutely fabulous service from Naomi. I accidentally stumbled upon this little gem while looking for inspiration for my MOG outfit. There was so much to chose from but she made the process such a lovely experience I couldn’t fault it. She found me the most gorgeous dress, the detail was phenomenal and just the thing I had been looking for. I thought I would be spending weeks looking for the perfect outfit but it only took one appointment thank goodness. Would highly recommend they have wide variety of dresses for most budgets, made my sons wedding and myself feel even more special!

I cannot recommend this shop more, Susan went out of her way to be helpful. We live near London and my mum had been in Scotland visiting a friend and found a dress in another shop but they didn’t have her size. I went online and found that Bentleys had the dress and I called and spoke to Susan, she was so kind, professional and helpful and she agreed to send the dress to us. It arrived beautifully packed two days later and my mum is over the moon. We so appreciate the wonderful service we were given and would highly recommend to everyone to buy from there 😊

The owner Kylie is simply amazing she's so polite and caring, and works really hard to find your dream dress. She never let's you down keeps you updated. I live over 200miles from Kylie Rose Boutique however I won't shop anywhere for occasion/prom/pageant gowns. Kylie and her staff are so helpful and honest which I find refreshing. They will do whatever is necessary to help find the dress you want/need. The range of styles, colours and sizes is incredible, which is perfect for me as I struggle being a plus sized lady. All my gowns have been shipped to me promptly after arriving at the shop. They are responsive to my messages and will also help to find me the best deal possible.

She is mature and knows what the customer likes/dislikes and has a real intuitive feel for the customer. I said I had been looking on the Net, as I do and she replied 'you have done your homework'! Well yes, but not a bad thing, saves timewasting. She is on the ball and works with you. This is exactly what I was looking for and I will be back to buy that special outfit with an appointment but 'with her approval' ! Isabel is a real people person and I would advise an appointment with her, she could be your Mum and that takes special qualities.
