Wunderschön. Leider nicht immer geöffnet. Wir hatten Glück und durften noch für ein paar Minuten rein und uns umsehen.
We were lucky enough to get tickets for the members Christmas Carol concert. It was a beautiful evening in this historic Chapel. The perfect setting for Christmas to enjoy the carols sung by the wonderful choir.
The Chapel is well worth a visit if you go to Tower of London at any time of year.
We came here for my daughter's graduation ceremony.
What an amazing building.
We have decided to come back and have a proper look around the area.
Saw a billionaires super yacht on the river to.
Very well preserved examples of Sir Christopher Wren's work.

We got married at St. Teilo's back in September on our 3rd date lucky (2020 and 2021 - no explanation needed). It was my partner's childhood/local church. A beautiful, lovely historic building with incredible stained glass windows. Father Julian (and Malcolm) were both super helpful and made us feel at ease. We had a fantastic wedding, with great organ music from Mary and great bell ringing which I was super excited for. We had a smaller wedding of about 32 and everyone fitted perfectly. It was such a great service/day, thanks so much for your help :)

An amazing and informative experience. The chapel is unbelievably beautiful and hearing about the history was both entertaining and interesting. 5 star.
Absolutely beautiful Chapel that's part of university of Greenwich. Well worth a visit
Wow! Wow! WOW! Such a life changing experience and feel... like... WOW!

Parking is limited sometimes but so worth it! Very knowledgeable and kind staff! Couldn't thank you enough.
Awesome night out, personal tour, the wardens are such fantastic guides and hosts. Proud to be British.

Loved visiting the Chapel on a rainy Sunday! We listened to the guide explaining the history of the Chapel, so interesting! It really is a stunning little place. The gift shop has lots of lovely items and there's a cafe also. We both had the mushroom soup, which was hot and tasty. Highly recommend a visit!
Loved this all day excursion. So fun seeing the crowned jewels and learning about the history of the London tower.
The Chapel is in the grounds of Tower of London. It has quite few monuments around it and it was a pleasure to visit.

Fascinating place! We had a fun hunt for Templar inspired carvings. This has been on my bucket list for ages. Cafe prices are at the usual tourist rates. Ladies on reception were really lovely and very informative. Only downside was it was very busy tho we only waited an hour for the next available tour so book ahead and the cafe was so busy we were asked to sit outside ...it was raining and there is no cover! Maybe a wee awning of sorts or umbrellas? Something tho.
Really cool place to go - I really loved Gothic Architecture, beautiful stained glass windows and weird religious orders steeped in strange tradition (do not expect diversity and inclusion when learning about the members)
Massive shout out to the guide in suspenders in the Thistle Chapel on Sat 16/09/23 - he was super knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions about the order in a really entertaining way - got us all in giggles
He honestly really made the experience!
A beautifully preserved chapel with a pleasant atmosphere inside

On line booking in advance is recommended as this place is popular. Visitor centre great and staff helpful and knowledgeable. The chapel is amazing and the stonework a sign of some great stonemasons in days gone bye. It is spectacular.
I nice little chapel with an interesting history. A number of prominent English historical figures are buried here, including Queen Anne Boleyn and Queen Catherine Howard. Both are buried under the pavement of the altar.

The church is still used, so you may have to wait to get in for a visit.

This is a must see and well worth the visit. The tour given is also fantastic with the opportunity to genuinely ask questions of the tour guides who were a wealth of knowledge of the Chapel. I highly recommend a visit. Open on Sundays. Get there 10 minutes before your allotted time and I do recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, although tickets are for sale at the gate.
Interessant mal zu sehen, ist ein Teil der St. Gillette Kathedrale. Sehr schöne und alte Kirche
To make this visit even more worthwhile, make sure to go on the Ceremony of the Keys. It contextualizes the Tower of London history and protocol (and the pub/Yeoman Warders Club).
Our Beefeater guide gave us the history of the Chapel and after we had chance for a closer look around. It's only open for tours, and not every tour goes in. Well worth a visit. 3 Tudor Queens are buried here after they were beheaded, Henry VIII wives Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard and his niece Lady Jane Grey.

Thistle chapel is a small part of St Giles cathedral. Lovely woodwork
What a stunning building! Sadly and perhaps often overlooked by the (also glorious) painted hall next door but the Chapel of St Peter and St Paul is free to enter and a perfect place to sit in peace and soak up the wonderful surroundings.

Wunderschön, definitv einen Blick wert. Aber nicht wundern: Sehr klein und sehr voll.
This is a very peaceful place, and very beautiful at that. I especially loved the painting at the front of the church inside of the biblical account of the apostle Paul near the fire where he is bitten by a snake and the locals think he is cursed but it ends up nothing happens to him and they then think he's a god.

We added this stop last minute and so glad we did. Loved the chapel and gift shop/cafe. We stayed to hear the docent speak and she was so entertaining and very knowledgeable. Book your ticket sin advance to make sure you get in during busy months for sure.
I had my graduation here and it was spectacular. The building is stunning inside and out and the atmosphere was incredible. A great way to end my university experience.
A nice and peaceful place to visit if you're visiting the surrounding attractions. It's still an active place for worship. Thr inside architecture is beautifull. The closest public transport stops are DLR Cutty Shark and Greenwich station or bus stops National Maritime Museum stop G and F. The River Thames is in close walking distance. Other attraction close by are the National Maritime Museum, The Queen's House, Old Royal Naval College or you can take a nice walk in Greenwich park see the Roy Observatory or just seat and look at the sunset over London.

A lovely traditional Welsh chapel - with a calm, peaceful atmosphere.
Really nice little church great character grounds are nice and in a nice area
Only problem is no parking you have to park on the road so don't know if residents would be be annoyed
