I recently visited KHF in Stepney and ordered the chicken burger meal, the quarter pounder meal and a potion of wings. The food was decent—the chicken burger was tasty, with a crispy coating and juicy inside, while the quarter pounder was satisfying, with a good balance of flavours. The wings were great. The portions were generous, and the meals were filling.
However, the experience was somewhat let down by the slow service, with the staff seeming a bit disorganised, leading to a longer wait than expected. Another inconvenience was that KHF only accepts cash payments. In an increasingly cashless world, it was frustrating to have to find an ATM before being able to pay.
Overall, the burgers and wings were decent, but the slow service and cash-only policy were drawbacks. It’s an okay spot for a quick meal, but a few improvements could make it better.

The Grilled chicken was burger was thin, but had great flavour, was well cooked and served in a clearly fresh toasted bun with the homemade mayonnaise (which was also a winner).

Wish I read the reviews before eating here. So bad, chicken had no flavour or taste really. Should have known by how quick it was ready.

£3.99 lamb doner with chips. A meal with kid meal portion chips? I’m so disappointed with the portion of the chips. It’s a layer not even a bunch. This is the 2nd time. KHF is very tight with their chips! This is not £3.99 worth. Doesn’t even come with drink.
Spent 20 pounds here on burgers, chips and spicy chicken wings. Burger was really nice, and so were chips. Chicken was undercooked and gave me and my family poisoning. Staff were really nice, and very quick waiting time, just uncooked chicken. Disgusting.

service very good. Chilli sauce amazing. Winds are rock solid and was not to my liking. Chicken burger was a great size including the fillet piece. Very moist and flavoursome
Honestly the worst thing I've ever spent money on, the chicken was so raw it's was clucking in the box still, honestly used to be lovely here now wouldn't give it to my cat
Good variety of food to choose from. Food was not great compared to the rest of the chicken shops nearby and the quality is poor too. Customer service is not great, the man at the counter looks miserable which does not show he cares about service nor making good food. There's better chicken shops to choose that are better with price, quality and customer service, don't waste your time here.

The boss is so nice always give me extras. Chips are crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The wings are large and juicy and the burger is bursting with flavour and sauce.
One of the best and most underrated pizzas in the Willesden and Neasden area. The taste gives you a typical vibe of street side pizzas in Lahore

My little sister went to go get food from here, and the workers were very arrogant and rude. She asked for pots of sauces and the owner was reluctant and extremely aggressive to give her sauces. This is not the first time this has happened I will not be coming here again. The owners and workers really need to learn how to speak with the public especially with young girls, the only thing I can think of them talking rudely to young girls like this is because they are vulnerable.

We had ordered Peri Peri wings yesterday takeaway however after we took our order at home we saw it was dry wings with no peri sauce or gravy on it just grilled.
When I called them the guy is telling me that we will give a lot of gravy next time. That was so unrealistic and stupid answer he gave.

Really nice and freshly made kids love the chicken palace better then KFC.

Food is generally good however service is lot to be desired for. Also they have freezing cold water to wash your hands no hot water.

Always such a pleasant experience here, portions are large and extremely good value for money. Everyone that works there makes you feel like they’re happy to see you, food is always freshly made and there is never any long waits. Would highly highly recommend!

I ordered from just eat never had a problem before the delivery driver came with just the drinks and no family bucket I asked him to please take the drink and bring the food he said he will come back never returned with food and I can’t find a contact number for your shop. The driver laughed and smiled when he opened the bag and I questioned where the food is disrespectful and disappointing

Since a change in owner, the standards and quality have really dropped in this place. Their wings are tasteless, and the pizza isn't what it used to be. I've had food from here twice in a row where both times it's been undercooked raw chicken. It was my fave local chicken shop but now I avoid it at all cost.

The food choices for chicken enthusiast is amazing. It can get very busy at times, however, the food is freshly prepared so it will be worth the wait. The only downside is if you are sitting in to eat in winter, the restaurant does tend to be very chilly inside unfortunately.
Been a regular here for too long - Hands down best place Chickenshop in London! , Boss man always patterns it up nicely - I personally go for the spicy chicken burger with that giant chicken fillet & 2 wings. Word on the street is their mayonnaise is house made and it’s really good! 😳 They take cash only.

I always go here after gym for the freshly grilled spicy chicken with rice. Beats even the top restaurants such as nandos etc. Good quality chicken never had a bad meal from them yet. 😋

I was going to give 3 stars because wings where nice but the place don't look clean and chicken beast was dry and then I found in my chicken raw meat not recommend this place. Now I wonder if I didn't get poisoned.

Back in the days I am talking 2008 this place was delicious. Now theg cut corners reuse food unsold daily. It taste bland. Fries arent cook. And you will get food poisioning so avoid as stated below.

I’ve been eating at this legendary fast-food joint since my early teens. Whenever I’m in the local area, I need to indulge in some food from here. They offer a variety of different meals, ranging from chicken burgers, spicy wings to even more mainstream south Asian dishes, such as lamb chops and biryani. The overall quality of their food cannot be compared to. It’s always fresh, portion sizes are very generous and the overall price to quality ratio is excellent. The food tastes really fresh and is always piping hot. The hot wings are one of my favourite. The place has a nice ambience to it and a general sense of a tight knit community feel. The restaurant is located within very close proximity to the underground, which has always made it very convenient for me to come. They are opened until very late but the food consistently remains fresh.
The superstar of this place is the manager, Arif. He is a real asset to this business. Arif has excellent customer service skills: he’s always very friendly and helpful. When you have great staff, such as Arif, you want to come back even more. Any customer who walks in will usually be served by him and it’s always a positive experience. Thanks Arif!

Last time I ordered 2 meals and I asked the guy for 4 chilli sauce …the guy was so rude he goes to me I can’t give you 4 pots of sauce I can give you one ..I was like I am paying for my food if u wants me to pay for the sauce I would pay for the sauce ..after all of this argument he refused to give me food.. also he did the with my colleague..he did the so many times ..also I told another uncle about the guy but I don’t think they took action.I was embarrassed and frustrated

The service at Tasty Bite was top-notch. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to make recommendations and catered to any special requests I had. The food arrived promptly, and the presentation was visually appealing
I’ve been living in this city for many years, and that is the first time in visiting this place. Excellent customer service, friendly member of staff, the food quality is fantastic. Everything is made fresh from scratch. Definitely coming back for more. Highly recommend it.

A fish bone stuck in my friends throat, not from this restro. We desperately seek some rice to help relieve it and the staff kindly offer us a bowl of rice free of charge.
Omg the worst food i had in my life. After a long day of work and fasting they give me 3 portions of old hard chips that was not edible i had to chuck it all away. The burger they smothered it in mayo leaking out of the bun which was a mess. Wings were dry and hard like atleast 1 days old. I made a complaint to uber for a refund as it was unnaccaptable will not order again here i should have listened to the reviews. Al ikhwaans pfc is much better they were closed but ill stick with them as they are so tasty and fresh. You guys should be worried as i know im not the only customer who will not be back.

Found a long hair in the spicy wing. The hair is kinda of brown/blonde mixed with the chicken wing batter. Such a shame because this place has always delivered flavoured chicken at an affordable price . But when you running a food business hygiene control is extremely important.

Had half piri chicken , spice was just hot no taste also tried bbq wings and hot wings , hot wings was good bbq not so nice , reason for 1 star rating the following day I was throwing up and had the runs all day , food hygiene rating was not displayed and floor needed a good clean avoid if you value your health.

I do love the food here, especially the perii perii meal. Love the hot wings but sometimes they are abit inconsistent as they can be crunchy and crispys one day then be quiet soft moist the next which can defer me from ordering them. But overall the food there is great and prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!!!
Chicken delight isn't a bad place, I guess its just a stop off, so one can fill that gap before a proper meal. One thing that is confusing with all chicken shops within the local area, is why do they only do one flavour wing (spice).. or pepper, that is the only thing I can taste... ??

The chicken fillet burger had a decent flavour and the sauces were unique, but the burger itself was simply too small. Although the portion of fries was very generous, they lacked flavour and were generally mild. This can be fixed, however, with a splash of sauce. A larger burger and better fries would've made for a much nicer experience. The waiting time can be long, but you're usually rewarded with a chicken fillet straight out of the fryer, although you will have to wait for it to cool. Overall I would recommend that you try it out. You might like it.
Awesome & Affordable place to grab a quick lunch or evening take away, service always quick or normal depending on what you order, and how much you order, food always comes fresh if you have a problem with anything at this store whenever asked they sort it out and depending on the attitude of the day, the workers mostly friendly and polite as usual.

Disappointed with the food on this occasion, requested chillis on one pizza but given Green peppers.
