My Package l bought was supposed to arrive on the 15 March 2024 but it got delayed l checked the order tracker it said it Was At Stockport Central DO *This Building* instead of the 15 instead it was the 16.03.24 l recommend dont go to this place

Such restrictive hours make this a frustrating place now. A poor decision by management to clearly cut costs. Previously when I was able to get in, they've been helpful and efficient.

Wont accept debit card as id even though website says it does my driving license is in the letter I am collecting and opening times absurd

Staff are always spot on and helpful however as someone who works 7.30 until 6pm I have zero chance of being able to collect anything. The opening hours are absolutely absurd. Two hours in the morning and 2 hours later on I mean what the actual hell? I missed 2 parcels, red card had zero information other than will redeliver tomorrow, great guess what I'm at work, so I download the app create a safe place, get home nothing except a new red card for another parcel for someone else and zero idea where my parcels are, not in the safe place I've requested so where are they? Absolute joke of what used to be a great company. Every depot used to have a late opening day so sort it out.

Having waited in a queue for 30mins to return a parcel the printer wasn’t working and along with another customer I was told to return tomorrow. The opening times are limited and as a result the queues are long and there is only one person to deal with each individual.
Royal Mail you are going to be left behind as competition is fierce and currently I have had much better experiences with your competitors.

Absolutely dreadful, won't deliver anything to our building as say 'no one was in' even though we are - every single time. Have been to the delivery office to pick up parcels who shrugged and asked me to fill in a complaints form and the manager would cal me back. It's been over a month and no calls. Their opening hours are shockingly short so I can only collect a parcel every month or so - I dread every time something is delivered using royal mail as they won't do their job properly!

Came here twice since Tuesday to collect my parcel. Each day it was closed or nobody was in. Open very few hours and on top of that closing early every single time I come in there....? Ridiculous.

Not open AGAIN on time staited. This is the second time this week it has happened. Today is Wednesday 17th May @ 12:30. And again its CLOSED should be opened till 2pm

There's a post office a few doors down that's open all the time, but when Mr postman decides he won't knock on the door my parcels get sent back here, where they're only open between 8-2, I work from 6-4 so it's useless.

What's the point in a timed, signed, or first class delivery if the post office holds your parcel for a week?

I can't express how much I hate this absolute lack of service. What delivery service exactly am I paying for if I have to go get my own post myself?

Sadly not open at the hours stated on card. Here are the latest opening hours on their door as of 24th Oct 2022.

Office is festooned with hand written warnings to the public. Used to open at the most ridiculous hours and closed midday - obviously to make it as awkward as possible for the public. Staff curt and unhelpful. Mostly have to go there to pick up parcels where the postmen or women haven't knocked on the door. Don't have this problem with other couriers - only Royal Mail. Quicker it's privatise the better - only no one in their right mind would buy it. Let them go on strike - no one will notice!

Not even open in the hours stated online or on their door. Showed up at 8:50 on Thursday with no one inside. How is anyone supposed to collect their parcels with these type of opening hours anyway?? 8am-10am on a weekday?? Absolutely awful. My parcel has a prescription inside that I need as well. Do better please!

Extremely well-positioned post box. Package slid in smoothly, no lube required. Overall, i’d recommend this post box to anyone really, can’t go wrong with this one

This is actually the worst postal service I have ever experienced. Rude staff, opening/closing times always changing. Not one to complain, but service has a lot of improvement to do.
