Zero stars!! Terrible customer service. Never stepping a foot in there anymore.

I go in and a young woman stops me and says with a very aggressive and rude tone "how many have you got?", I reply "3" and she says rudely "okay go on". I was utterly shocked by her impoliteness.
Fix your customer service and teach your staff how to treat your customers.
You lost a loyal customer.

Fabulous as always. Wonderful staff who help you find what you need and never make you feel rushed. The measuring service is amazing. I honestly don't know what I'd do without this shop and travel over 1.5 hours to get here, but it's worth it every time.

I don't go in here very often but have always found the staff friendly and there is a good choice of clothing items
The main place for most of the tours ie Viking and whale and dolphin tours, plus ferry terminal to hope on to go to other island.
Just had the best swimwear fitting experience of my life. Time taken by staff to get my size and made me feel fabulous. Worth every penny.

Lovely store in St David's Centre. The staff were very helpful. The store is very well laid out. Easy to find the type of garment your looking for. The staff jump on the tills as soon as customers start to queue. Great shopping experience.

Couldn't see any apricot clothing when I went in, which is a shame as I always loved getting some of those clothes from them when they where in there old location in the centre.

Bit weird this shop. It seems like they've run out of clothes rails. Massive empty spaces on the shop floor, maybe it's just terribly laid out 🤷
Popped in this evening as I needed a wedding guest outfit in a hurry, they have gotten rid of their curve section and even though all their sizes run to a size 22 (I'm a size 20/22 depending on fit) they had no dresses above a size 18. I am really disappointed as I don't want to have to spend over £200 on your website ordering 6 dresses just to try on because you don't stock them in store, it's bad customer service and very disappointing that the High Street is being so un-inclusive of size.

Went to the Crawley branch today, good range of clothes, tried on a pair of trousers, no staff looking after the fitting rooms so walked straight in, there was what I think to be chewing gum stuck to the wall of the cubical. Went to pay, the staff member at the tills was serving someone, they went off to find her order, leaving my standing there waiting for an unnecessary amount of time considering there was a member of staff right by the tills and another watching from the other side. No communication, no “I’ll be one moment” or “I’ve just got to collect an order I’ll call someone to serve you”. I eventually asked the person stood by the tills if they could serve me and she did. I’ve worked in retail for 10 years, all it takes is a little chat or 30 seconds to serve 1 person.

Always liked going into New Look but recent visit reminded me of going into a warehouse. Being unable to use stairs i always use lift. But when wanting to go back down the lift was full of boxes and hangers. There wasnt one member of staff about. I had to push boxes to make just enough room to get back.downstairs. Needless to say i dont think i will be going there again
Phoned on the 29th asked to speak to Bella. As she knew what i was after however the girl on said Bella wasnt in which didnt bother me as would go in monday the 30th January which i did asked Bella if she was okay whilst asking what i was after and she was in the day before i dont like asking some of the staff as i have disabilities and they look at me as if ti say why are u shopping here but Bella is always helpful and polite and goes out of her way to help.
It's fine in terms of having good clothing but it's always dirty and today I went in to try some tops on and the changing rooms were totally unsupervised and had a few men roaming around inside which made me super uncomfortable. There were only 3 members of staff on a busy Saturday all of whom were young women who looked like they didn't care about anything you said to them so I didn't mention anything. I will shop here again but rarely. Its only because its a store close to my house. They do need to have more supervision of things though and a better cleaner!
The fitting experience my teen daughter and I received when we visited this store was fantastic and has helped me regain some body positivity and confidence. Having spoken to my teen daughter she also found the experience more relaxing than she thought, she was quite nervous before, having never had a fitting before. Thank you, we will definitely be back

Perfect on the small high street. Staff are always very polite and friendly. The shop isn’t huge but it does the job!

Bought a jean jacket in the sale fit was great and great quality looked way nicer than the picture

Went to collect the item which i ordered online. The queue wasn't that long but cashiers took their time to serve everyone so was waiting nearly 10 minutes. Also wanted to try some clothes on in fitting room and was told it is shut. Well they lost some possible income.
I love looking around this store for nice clothes and shoes of which I had to get something nice to wear for my sons wedding, it was the right time seeing they had just what I was looking for. So it made my day seeing we don't have many shops to look for something special for things like weddings.
Had amazing customer service after my daughter purchased some jeans, but after trying at home, needed a larger size. Stacey couldn't have been more helpful and went beyond what I would have expected to get me the right pair in the right size. Definitely a great customer service experience - thank you

I love the clothes and staff in new look, they are so nice and welcoming however there is always one who is too entitled. Where everyone was trying on their heels there was a pile of heels which is expected in such a busy place, the Capital of Wales.. a female staff member came over to a bunch of people trying shoes rolled her eyes sighed and went into the staff only area you could tell that the people there were made uncomfortable.
Thankyou to the staff at the Malvern branch purchased a dress to take on holiday in a few days didn’t try on as brought similar one the week before the recent purchase dress was to big phoned the branch they kindly put smaller size by for me until I could collect this pretty pink daisy dress staff so helpful Thankyou
The store looked a bit untidy but I think staff were either on lunch or short staffed because only one person serving who actually was calm and very nice. Lots of sale rails which probably didn't help either!

I wanted to exchange a product and overall was very unhelpful. Thelma was very argumentative and overall had no customer service skills.
I raised my concerns with the manager who advised she was new to the business and would be receiving "further training"

Rude staff, looked like they were angry when I asked a question and when being served they didn’t even acknowledge my presence, they just carried on chatting amongst themselves. Even when I said “Thank you” after the purchase there was no response. Is this normal? Not at other shops. I wouldn’t have even given them a star if I had the choice.
This is a great example of an independent shop that do one thing and do it really well. Their usual customer base is from within the competitive swimming community, but I'd recommend this shop to anyone who swims for exercise. They have a fantastic range and the sales assistant could not have been more helpful.

I have always liked New Look and this new shop is great The choice is amazing and they have things in really nice material I particularly like the cropped tshirts. Just the right length.

My daughter took me here to shop with her for a second opinion. It was clean, wheelchair friendly with big changing rooms and the staff were so helpful. Definitely 5* if it's still in the same spot. Its changing all the Time Telford is as it's getting bigger so the shops are moving for changes.

Plenty of choice and lots of bargains on the reduced rails. Helpful staff and good service. Lots of changing rooms with hanging space but no chair to sit on if needed. Some sizes come out small, I tried on size 7 shoes that were smaller than other size 7s and the bra's were also small when compared to other retailers. However I did buy a dress size 12 and that was perfect.

I often shop here and have always been satisfied with the service. The staff have always been very friendly and provided prompt service. The only quarm I have with this place is there are not a huge variety of sizes, being a larger girl I am very limited to what I can buy and sometimes have to shop online to buy things in a size I need. The 'shoe heaven' area is brilliant however, a girls best friend after diamonds!
We bought a pair of shoes for my mum for Christmas that she absolutely loved but she bought the wrong size so we rang up to see if they had the next size up. They said that they looked and they had none so we thought we would go and see if we could find something different to exchange for the shoes and we went in and we saw the shoes that we wanted in the right size.
