A good hotel close to the city center (about 10-15 minutes). It may need renovation, but it's perfectly for people who are actively spending their time. The rooms were clean and the breakfasts were very good.

Location wise is good ,you can just walk to nearby restos , metro station and stores Pool is good . Breakfast average . But the service needs to be improved .You have to repeatedly tell them
to cleam the room .. And even then during the whole duration of our stay the lines and beddings was not changed . They will just take the trash and fix the bed with the same linens and pillow cases.

By far this has been the worst experience. The service was below par and sometimes felt that the people were not at all interested in assisting. They were very rude and not at all accommodating. The breakfast served is not much that can be bragged about for the price being charged. Won't recommend this place to any other travellers.

My experience at the hotel restaurant was deeply disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Despite breakfast being included in my package, I was met with skepticism and unnecessary delay when I reminded them of this. After waiting for 15 minutes while a staff member checked with reception, I discovered him shamelessly smoking outside with a colleague, showing a complete lack of concern for customer service.

To make matters worse, upon leaving the hotel, I bid farewell to the same staff member only to overhear him and another colleague making fun of me in their language, displaying a shocking lack of respect and decency. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the establishment. I would caution others against dining here unless they are prepared to endure such treatment.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Not only were the owner and staff rude and unprofessional, but they also handled a simple accident with complete disregard for customer service and basic decency.

During my stay, I accidentally broke a mud pot in the room. Instead of addressing the issue calmly and reasonably, the staff demanded an exorbitant fine or threatened to take possession of my original passport. Feeling intimidated and vulnerable in a new city where I didn’t speak the language and had no local contacts, I reluctantly paid the hefty amount they demanded.

To make matters worse, the situation escalated when they threatened to involve the police, who seemed more concerned about the hotel’s interests than my well-being as a guest. This ordeal dragged on until the early hours of the morning, ruining what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday.

The behavior of the hotel owner and staff was completely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe and unwelcome. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment unless you’re willing to risk your peace of mind and endure mistreatment.

Absolutely disappointed by the service and the staff treatment at this hotel. We have experienced frequently power and water cut off, poor breakfast, untidy room, no air-conditioning in the room, dirty location, poor Wi-fi and smell of cooked oil in the room. We have finally changed our hotel after two nights stay at this hotel.

What we liked: parking, breakfast
What we didn’t like: some small technical issues in rooms such as the door to room and toilet, some stains on sheets and towels, etc.
The overall experience was good till the moment that housekeeping (as the receptionist told us who it was) after knocking on door and not responding to us just opened our room with the key and left. Till we managed to approach the door there was no one. Btw it was only few minutes after the check out time: 12:03. So they had to check first whether the room was empty or not.
Just added the second star for the girls from reception, unfortunately didn’t check their names, who welcomed us warmly and were very polite and communicative.

Very quiet, amazing location and friendly helpful staff, also very good breakfast.

I needed a hotel near the airport for just one night, and this place was perfect for that. The lobby is decorated in a lovely way, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room had everything you'd expect, though it did feel a bit damp, especially in the bathroo. The AC worked well and helped dry things out a bit. Breakfast was included and very nice.

In the morning before I had to leave, I took a walk on the beach, as it's right across the street. Very lovely, and a great view from the hotel.

I recently stayed at Boulevard Hotel Batumi and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The two main issues I encountered were cleanliness (Dirty surfaces, uncleaned bathroom and dirty blankets) and unprofessional staff behavior -
We stayed for 3 nights, we had paid the price of 1 night in advance, and at the time of check-in we were told that if we did not pay the rest immediately, we would not be allowed in the room, which is why they put us in a very uncomfortable situation and delayed us at the reception for a very long time.
With all this, rooms were reserved for 3, and when we arrived the room was ready only for 2. When we asked for a third bed, they brought us dirty covers and told us to put the covers in an envelope ourselves.

I hope the management of Boulevard takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their cleanliness standards and staff training. I believe with these improvements, they can offer a more pleasant experience to future guests.

Rooms are modern and clean. Best location!

I recommend you to stock up on mosquito repellent before visiting this hotel. Because of the humidity and damoness, you often have to open the window, and it is logical that mosquitoes also come in, which bite very bitterly. My room was on the third floor with a sea view, but it is impossible to sleep with an open window at night, there is a central road in front and it is quite noisy until late nught. If you want more peace, my recommendation is to take a room at the back or reserve a room on the highest floor.Unfortunately, the doors to the balcony do not have mosquito nets.The working staff is very friendly and always ready to help. At breakfast, the dishes are often repeated and there is not much choice, although there are good days when everything is delicious.

Yes, but:

- Hotel is next to at least 2 construction sites
- No parking
- Water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom
- Shower faucet turned upside down and you get the cold and hot water in the opposite places therefore. Got to learn it the hard way.
- Breakfast is moderately disgusting: hair found in eggs, breakfast choices close to zero.
- Cleaning lady took away the used towels without leaving fresh ones.

The boys at the reception deserve ovations. Very friendly and helpful. Also, cool rooftop view. All of that, however, doesn’t make up for the impression that this hotel is ran at best effort.

Very good hotel at reasonable prices, the rooms are modern, well equipped and clean, the staff is friendly and kind. Breakfast I would rate 7/10, some of the stuff could be a little more fresh but there are different hot options every day, which is nice. Coffee only available as instant coffee, other options are additionally paid available at reception.

Good location but quite noisy all night especially at the weekend.

тихом месте. Из номеров вид на реку. Есть всё для комфортного проживания: кухня со всем необходимым, стиральная машинка и сушилка, хороший интернет, туалетная комната с ванной и биде, а так же множество различных приятных мелочей. Отличный ремонт, новейшая сантехника и идеальная чистота . Рядом множество магазинчиков, кафешек.

Super lokalizacja. Obok jest bazar ze świeżymi warzywami i owocami.

A hotel with normal service and rooms that has a beautiful yard and you can enjoy it with your friends at night and day. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere and the entrance is open 24 hours a day. The hotel does not have a parking lot and there is not much free space to park a car in the alley, but the location of the hotel is very good and it is a short distance from grocery stores and downtown. In general, if you don't expect a luxury hotel and strong service, I can recommend this hotel.

People are good, the are very friendly, helpful.. the place is quiet, relaxing.. and good location for walkthroug near the sea, room service team are so nice, actually i asked to make the check out 12 hours later and they didn't mind and they did it for free, very nice experience for me, "madluba" ❤️❤️

hotel is very close the downtown of the city. room is quiet enough for sleeping. the bed is comfortable.

I really dont like the breakfast. breakfast lounge is very small. foods are not good quality. ın the room ground carpet is not clean.

Beatiful room and hotel over all. Decorated lovely, looks brand new. We had a triple room - Double bed and sofa bed with balcony to the sea and a hamock on balcony !!!
Free breakfast was excellant. Service was great and very polite. Worth the money (170GEL a night for all including breakast)
We visited on October so pool was freezing, bottom could be cleaner... roof top is beatiful.
Hotel just 5 min drive to airport, probably the best closest. A little far from center, but i see it as an advantage - quiet room and area.
We recomend it very much.

A fantastic hotel with a rooftop pool, bar and eating area. The room was clean, spacious and stylish with an amazing view over the Black Sea. The staff were incredible, Bidzima in particular went out of his way to provide any help or service he could, the type of service that is rare these days. The restaurant was excellent with quality food and reasonable prices. This hotel is a gem which I will visit again…

This was perfect for us. Right across the street from the main beach park thingy. Was clean, nice new rooms. Lovely front desk. And very good price.

I visited this Hotel on the 21st of May 2022,
When I was checking they were almost the only Hotel that their swimming pool was available,
The view was really good.

Staff were so friendly and professional which is rare in Georgia,
Breakfast was really good and it worth the price.

Of course it could be better but let me tell you something their behavior and their customer service covers up any weaknesses they have.
So if you are looking for a nice place with nice behavior I would totally recommend❤️

We crashed into this hotel unexpected after we took a bus trip to Batumi and we suddenly decided to stay the night. The front desk agent was very kind, welcoming and fast.

He immediately showed us the rooms and they were ready.

Rooms have a small cute balcony and the view is not bad at all. They are very clean and tidy, beds are so comfortable too. For a regular 2 beds room, we had a desk with drawers and a big mirror, a mini bar, a comfortable sofa and a table which is honestly pretty decent.

Hotel has a modern style and everything you can find is as clean and tidy.

Location is very suitable, you'd find a spar market and numerous restaurants and utility shops just around the corner and it is like 3mins away from the beach and the cable cars.

The cons I found were:

1- we couldn't open the balcony or sit there because of the very bad small on the street and all the noise.

2- breakfast is not served until 9am which I found odd.

Really beautiful hotel, staying here was a lovely experience. The rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very nice and the staff is really accommodating and friendly. Great location, it was really easy for me to walk everywhere. I was really happy with my time here and will stay again on my next visit to Batumi. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Good hotel placed in the heart of old Batumi. The 5-story hotel looks rather spartan from the outside but is cozy and comfortable inside. No excessive noise around the building, however, are a lot of shops nearby. Smart and friendly staff. Perfect view from the upper floors. All amenities doing round-the-clock. Tasty, healthy, and safe breakfasts (proved).
The best way from the hotel to the beach (IMHO) is going along Z.Gamsakhurdia street. It is ended near Alphabet Tower and is very picturesque. The hotel is placed in the vicinity of the cableway “Argo” (strongly recommended to visit), sea cruise terminal, and Orta Jame. So there is a big room for interesting city walking.

Brilliant very stylish hotel with a good service. Located right at the city center. Cleaning every day, kind and helpful staff. In our case we had a small terrace to the courtyard. In case you need a sea view from the window- this is not the place. But overall it worth to stay here!
