The best use of the bus stop is the foot bridge linking NIC up with down. Making movement easy and safe.

This is a beautiful place with new American style buildings. The value for these properties will be better felt if the roads around the area is complete.

Quikly get Circle cars here. The opposite side has cars heading to Lapaz, Dome, Taifa etc. There are also Aayalolo (BRT) bus stops on both sides.
