Wonderful customer service. Process my documents for onward submission to my school in Germany without delay, less than 10 minutes.

I wasn't very pleased with their service.
1. They gave between 8am to 6pm to pick the parcel for shipment - they turn up as scheduled for the collection and did not notify or indicate why, The shipper had to contact them several times until the parcel was picked up a day after.
2. A tracking number was sent to me, which never worked. It didn't even work on their system for over 6 times that I call on different days.
3. The parcel only left the shipping country on the day they had said the parcel would be delivered and arrived 3 days later.
4. There were so many inconveniences that I've decided never to use DHL's service again.

Stellar Logistics is a very professional logistics company that prioritizes health and safety. Your cargo is tracked from port to delivery point. Their drivers are also highly trained professionals. Their staff generally are highly efficient at their work.

Very helpful staff, process is a little slow because staff is overburdened with work.

Convenient place. Easy to reach, friendly and efficient staff. The only parcel sending company that takes liquids. Unfortunately there are long waiting times as there are only 2 persons working at the acceptance counter and the sending procedure is somewhat lengthy. Delivery is fast enough but for real speed you don't have to here.

Small place but they get the work down.... Just a lil bit slow.
