Nice, old, castle up on the hill. Wear proper shoes and take something to drink with you. You can park car 200-300 meters away.
Great view of Archangelos Town from the Fort ruins, accessible by quadbike/ motorbike and a short journey back down the hill to the church where a young Greek girl have us a guided tour and refused any money so we gave a donation to the church and lit a candle. Great experience.
Nice Fort, few within Rhodes still conserved and free. It is possible to reach near there by car or have a moderate (depends on your physical condition) walk up hill. From there you will have a nice view of all of Archangels city and from the surrounding area.

Free ancient castle, thousands of years old. Overlooking the village of Archangelos. Bring some water. Great views. Small shrine just inside the castle is cool to see when it’s open.
Poorly marked route. Very derelict place, despite an active chapel and nice panorama view of Archangelos. Could be a real tourist attraction.
Nice views of the city and the castle walls still stand but everything else is just ruins (or not even that: inside it's just goats and dry bushes :) ). Very uneven terrain inside.
Be aware that there is a series of very narrow streets to get here (and Google maps might not send you through the best ones).
Free entrance (just push the gate).
Nice view from the top, usually no one around other than 3 - 5 goats
Not allot left of the fort, but the view on the city and nature around is worth it. We parked in the city near the fort but be aware of really narrow streets.
