Best Men's clothing stores in Hong Kong

Absolutely disgusting attitude from your employees. By far the WORST of your stores I have ever been in. The girl (I wouldn’t even class her as a woman let alone lady) was continuously on her phone, only ever to avert her eyes to look me and my partner up and down in a disgusting manner. Everything we seemed to want to try on in OUR sizes was somehow not available (absolute nonsense) after suffering this treatment for 10-15 mins or more we decided to leave and spend out money elsewhere. I think you need to remind your employees that they merely WORK in your stores, not own them.

I didn’t check the shoes before I left the store, but when I checked the shoes the same day, I found that there were many scratches, creases, and peeling. You should give a perfect product to the customer, not a broken one. And when I asked for a change in the Times Square store, one old lady was being extremely rude and making targeted remarks

A fantastic architecture with a special lighting on a famous street in Hong Kong, visited in February this year

The staff tried to pass off a display bag that was defected as a new one after we had purchased the bag already. The staff then nonchalantly brushed it off when called out and did not see anything wrong with it at all.

It's truly a mecca of luxury and fabulous fashion and everything Gucci! This is probably the largest Gucci store in Hong Kong, and definitely the most beautifully refurbished. Come here to marvel at the best in Italian interior designs. The new store comes with VIP fitting lounge and private dressing room, so decadent and wonderful. They might even serve mineral water, or a nice cappuccino with biscuits if you asked nicely. Sales assistants are very well trained and friendly. Make the purchasing experience a very happy one.

Don't be intimidated or afraid because it's a top luxury brand. The pandemic has changed the entire luxury industry. Nowadays, it is no longer crowded with tourists, abd that makes the shopping experience all the more better. Go in and explore, the sales associates are generally very friendly and non judgemental (unlike perhaps the big C or H brands). This is the largest Gucci store in Hong Kong, it's spacious and beautifully decked out in many floors. If you're a fan of Gucci, this is your heaven. They have a great website where you can check out the price and availability of your desired items. Best to do some homework before you go in, so that you'll know what you want and can afford to buy. Purchases are wrapped beautifully in the iconic green boxes and matching ribbons. Italian mineral water is on offer if you ask (but not champagne).

Really impressive how it takes them 30 minutes to process a payment....

Overall a disappointing and unwelcoming shopping experience. Especially during the promotional period as if they have more than enough sales so only putting minimal effort to accommodate customer’s need.

The store is massive but it is way too crowded. Selection is good and service is great. Need to wait for quite a bit to pay. That is due to expiration of harbour city coupon soon.

Great personal service

I was in Hong Kong last week and visited this store Purchased the men driver shoes with the Gucci banner and logo on it. Sales staff is up to
Gucci store standard but do not feel genuine warmth may be
Chinese are more reserved. Like the store and the goods but HATE the Mainland Chinese customers around me.

ONCE AGAIN, I COULDN'T AFFORD ANYTHING INSIDE. SO, I WAS A RICH 'WINDOW-SHOPPER'. I ENJOYED MYSELF ANYWAY. BEING ABREAST OF THE LATEST FASHION IS COOL. YOU ONLY NEED TO HAVE A VERY GOOD PAYING JOB AND A PAID UP MORTGAGE.
