This is not new shopping center, yet it maintains its traditional, well-known shops such as Batik shops on ground floor. Typical not-so-new shopping center, yet it maintains its 'trademark', ITC Surabaya.

This Is one of the small malls in Surabaya. This mall is situated in the East Region of Surabaya. Most of the tenants were international restaurants and gadgets stores. You can find most of the famous smartphone brands here. The parking lot was representative and so was access to this mall.

This store provides various brands of handphones and accessories. Have friendly staff and sometimes also provide bundling so you can get reasonable prices with good stuff and else with you. They also provide an official guarantee, the same if you bought the device from an authorized seller. Payment is flexible, it can be cash and cashless, and you can even pay in installment if using certain credit cards for payment.
Best place in Surabaya to buy a gadget. But you need to checking up maybe about 2-3 shops, and online too, to get the good price 😀
There are so many gadget store, you can repair and buy new gadget here. But the parking lot are very bad, there are so fast to make it all full! And food there are only junk food, not like other. I would to go to other place like this, but only this place who deserve a gadget repairing store. So whatever... I rate 4.

Don't let the name fool you, this is a go-to place if you seek mobile phone(s), operators' booths and relevant accessories or probably get your phone repaired. Not much of anything else. That being said, it's quite nice, clean and comfy, there is a food court, a few coffee shops and diners, in case you have to wait.

WTC is a big mall special for Phones and other gadgets. Many shops with different kind of phones and gadgets you may need. There’s Ibox store special for Iphone products. You can buy or sell your phone, Possible to exchange your phone too and add to get another one. Worthy visiting if you wanna buy a gadget.
Slightly Old shopping mall, mostly electronics and phone shops. Their is a restaurant "Mama restaurant" which is strongly recommend by me. Food is delicious, price affordable, staff are kind.
If you want buying a gadget (mobile phone) and their accesories in Surabaya you must go to this place. A lot of shop or branded open store in this place, and the price automatically so competitive. If you want sell your old handphone, you can sell it in here too (or some shop do trading, buy your old one and sell the new). Its comfy place because full Air Conditioner
It is a good place that sell electronic things especially mobile phone and its accessories. But you can find some restaurants and even a swimming pool for kids here. A very complete place.
Finally a dedicated store for Xiaomi in North Jakarta. The store is crowded even at weekdays, so I think they are lacking of staffs here. Need to place more staffs so that customers don't have to queue for quite a long time. I've bought a screen protector for Xiaomi A1 but now I feel disappointed because the size doesn't fully cover the screen; there are about 3 mm gap on all edges of the screen.

This place is really amazing...full with cellphone stores, reparations store for each brand such as Samsung, oppo, smartfren, and others brand. When we do need to change our smartphone.. don't forget to come here...you will never disappointed

Clumsy, you people gave a SDHC card which says 4k on it, but it is not compatible to the Action cam x1000v which needed sdxc hot sdhc. The staff should have a better HR cuz they don't have a clue to what their products need. Terrible HR s next time read your products lazy employees. Damn you guys made me loose 900k which is mostly my one month savings.
