Food looks good but the tempura sea bass was very greasy, the vegan burger tasted weird and the nachos were ok. And it’s very pricey!!! On the positive note, the coffee was great, service was friendly and the views are stunning. Would recommend this place to just chill with a drink.

Club lounge service looked generally satisfactory, except the club lounge manager's some discriminated attitude toward customers. I wrote the overall review with 3-star about Grand Hyatt Bali through Hyatt customer questionnaire after check-out and the google map, but I didn't receive any feedback from the hotel. It is more disappointing in its indifference to customer's feedback. I am afraid the hotel would be just satisfied with partially positive ratings.
Clean and nice accomodation with excellent ground staff service. Will always be back, we have a surprise arrangement for Christmas lightings and carols.

It has Prost Premium Larger which is a local beer in Denpasar. It also has chilled beer glass. Both beer and glass are poorer than expected.
The Executive Lounge within Hilton Hotel, on ground floor located nearer to villas area and gardenesque landscape allows patrons to enjoy a little respite from the hustle and bustle of the lively hotel estate, as well as having breakfast dining within. Cocktails are also served here during late afternoons with a nice selection. Service staff here are exceptional and my only wish was for better quality bites.

Food is not as good as normal lounge at a Hilton, service and location however is great.
Food is on average side, but many choices of drinks and atmosphere is good, especially you come here after office hours.

We had a high tea here. Amazing setting and views of the ocean. So much beautiful food. Great value.
The Lounge was nice but a bit far away from everything else making it inconvenient for visiting outside of breakfast and cocktails. Probably to force the purchase of water and soft drinks at their other venues.
The cocktails are pretty poor quality at all venues, cheap alcohol and unbalanced flavours and over use of alcohol.
Wine, beer and regular spirit/mixtures were okay. Staff were very friendly and happy please.

The bar is located within the Grand Hyatt Hotel, near the reception. It’s located on a small hill and from the bar terrace you can see the ocean, as well there’s a view on the fantastic hotel garden.
The bar is quite expensive. However, their afternoon tea (grand tea) absolutely worth the money, and for some reasons it’s not too expensive either. Card payments are accepted.
Cocktails, pastry and coffee are pretty good here.
The only thing that probably should be improved is the working hours of the bar. Or at least making them clearer.

The quickest food option on property that serves up a variety of Indonesian and western favorites. The view is great and the drinks are well made.
Amazing brand new beachfront place. The food is great and everyone is super friendly and helpful, especially Yogi and Andi were really nice to me and my family. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area
Awesome lounge at Hilton bai resort. Very good staff & customer service. Beautiful surroundings for seating outside. Not many varieties in food but it’s alright with evening alcoholic drinks. Only members can enjoy ether lounge services.
Something new from Luxury Collection Laguna. The atmosphere is great but pool is too shallow.

Superb awesome place to wind down. The bar is well stocked and gives you the option to choose from the various brands and choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The food is good esp the bar snacks and finger food. The staff service is also quite prompt. The seating space is nice and can accommodate big crowds . The pricing is apt for the venue . The live band is one of the best option. I loved the vibes and the entire experience.

Part if the Grand Hyatt Hotel, there are three places for buffet breakfast at this hotel. We were at the waterside yesterday. This location is more idillic and picturesque. It us understaffed. To get a coffee we had to chase the staff. The food is similar as the other place but not as much selection. The fruit is not covered here and really could use some cooling perhaps sitting it on a bed if ice?! The watermelon was starting to go off.
Otherwise the selection is good. A great variety of tropical fruits, some cheeses (but not my taste) be nicer to have some aged cheeses. The hot asian food is ok but would expect the typical Indonesian dishes. No nasi ar mee goreng…. Perhaps start to bring in some plant based hot dishes? Lots of bacon and sausages and egged however you want them. I would think a Chinese guest would feel left out, but I guess at this stage it’s occupied with European and Australian hotel guests. In saying that there are many Australian Asian heritage people here as well.
Again like the rest of the hotel, its a little dated being build in the 90s so very much last century. One would expect digital charging stations a real Italian Espresso machine not those grind and spurt out automatic machines. Obviously catering fir Australians would need to have some decent texturing skills in making the coffee.
My rating would really be 3.5 at best but always try to go a bit higher. In saying that the hotel is making some changes but it seems to be mostly painting. We were moved into another room after a 6 hour negotiation, the original room we had was moulding and extremely dated. Funny enough they moved us to a room that was identical just repainted a few years ago. The furniture was original and worn fabrics on seatings had stains etc many thousands of people have been using this room. Absolutely no wow factor. Presuming that 5 stars is the top rating this would bare make it to 3 stars. If however we change the rating out of ten it would be correct.

Great place to have lunch. Pizza was good, crust was thin and fresh. Prawn avocado bowl was tasty and flavorful. Second time we have lunch in this place and it doesn't disappoint. Second photo is the rainbow salad. The only down part, was that it had little tofu. Waiters are super friendly and always happy.
3 stars because they don't let you come in on weekdays wearing shorts even though your shorts still seemed proper and you wear shoes..not everybody who stay in the hotel are normal office workers, we love wearing tropical outfits,Jakarta is hot and humid

lovely resort but this bar which I have had to book a room of $1000+aud per night to have access to has no beer no vodka and hour plus wait for a salad delivered from the peasant pool area I can access for free

Perfect staff who remember your order for drinks from previous visit. Standard drinks and cocktails were mixed decently. It’s a bummer they do not serve cooked food here.

The hight tea at grand Hyatt Nusa dua is an experience in itself. Lazed for 3 hours in a sweet spot with a leisurely and delicious spread of just enough food
Great service. Excellent breakfast. Evening snacks and drinks is enough for a complete meal. Setting is very tranquil as well.
Very nice service, amazing DJs, beautiful sound and light set up! A recommended local club you can trust your night would be an enjoyful one.
Their price is a little high, but considered acceptable. I have not tried their food yet, but the liquor serving style is not up to standard yet.

We had a great stay here for a week, hotel is at a great location next to the beach and heaps of seafood restaurant walking distance. Staff are very friendly and rooms are good size and clean.

Really good high tea experience with good food! However, I’d recommend to focus more on the tea when it comes to the drinks.

Boca Rica is located at ground floor in Hotel. I went there by taxi, and driver took me in front of lobby. I needed to ask hotel front where Boca Rica is. it's not difficult to find a door, but a little bit confused why the enterance is not easy to get to.
it's larger place than I expected, big and round bar is in the middle of hall. and many sofa-table are around bar. also there is a stage that band can play music.
I enjoyed band music and bartenders are so kind.

We had breakfast here during our stay in the time of the pandemic. Buffet was of limited choices of fruits, salad, cereals, yogurt and pastries. Other food could be ordered from the menu. Staff were pretty helpful.

Underrated place to celebrate your special ocassion, suitable for formal or informal events.
The food was amazing, pricey but well worth it.
Terrible service waited long time for food to arrive had to ask several times for items where it was if your accustomed to disappointment this is place for you. I hope it changes because place was great and management were nice people excepted had a problem and were trying to resolve it.
Came here almost every other night for dinner. Very nice, well sized meals and attentive staff.
Best for enjoying after office music that starts at 8pm. No smoking place so you smell good even after enjoying the night.
Absolutely fabulous. Had drinks and enjoyed the pool. The bar tender and waiters were really great.
Wonderful staff. Know us by name on the second day. Kids are not allowed during cocktail hours, alternative is at the poolside. Service was impeccable. Thank you IHG Bali for a wonderful experience.

A lounge that mostly play oldies songs, from Beatles to Queen. Some latest hits also played, upon customers request.

Was here for close public event. Food were delicious and plenty for 120 people. Room bit cramped for more than 100 person. 80 person is ideal. If you stay late better park on 3rd or 4th floor. Good option for event or just hang out with friends. On certain day it has live music.
Dont come here to eat only. You have to check their live performance as well. I was there with flashback band performance. Great music performance enhance the food that is already excellence. Makes the pricey food somewhat acceptable. Recommended if you want to hang out and listen to music

Try the Mango Tiramisu. It tastes very good yet light. Unfortunately I did not take the photo. I only took the strawberry cheese cake, another cake that we ordered.
The great lounge to visit with some of the great bands performing live there. The ambience is great too and the main selling point for me is my friends and I can enjoy our time there without worrying about an overly drunk hot headed people there

Best ambience, best cooked, great place for a group party. Its black angus steak is really really good, very delicious and juicy. Its multimedia and soundsystem are really good. The services are also good. Very recommended if you want to conduct a group party, for example : company leadership gathering, a reunion, big family party or reunion, etc.

Singer is 11/10 and food is amazing! The staff is so friendly and thanks to Trisna, Luh De and Rosita for being so kind. We will definitely come back!

This hotel was beauuuuuutiful and the staff were amazing. So accommodating. Everything was 5 stars. It's located right on the beach and the atmosphere is very serene. Highly recommended.
Attended on Friday night. 50:50 band playing oldies. Did very well. Food is good but pricy. Service is mediocre. Band plays only Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Recommended.

I've been going to the Grand Hyatt in Bali since the mid 90's. It's still a great spot. The service in the club lounge is top notch for breakfast and before dinner. If I don't come down to Bali for a long trip and get a villa, I'll tend to stay here. Lots of amenities for kids and I'm not the type at this point to spend a lot of time out of the hotel after so many years.
The best part is the incredible staff. Of coure, the free access of breakfast, high tea, and happy hour in the late afternoon add value. Staff are eager to help and make our lives easier. Happy hour offers not only basic snack, but different appetiser sets every night. Definitely will want club access when I return.
The Grand Club Lounge is situated in a separated area of the resort along with the Club-level rooms and pools. It has plenty of seats to accommodate 100 guests easily. There are 3 cooking stations serving freshly made dishes during both breakfast in the morning and hors d'oeuvre hours in the evening. The fruits and desserts were also very interesting. Why only two stars you may ask? Well, I forgot to mention that the Club Lounge is an open air one. That by itself is not an issue. However, there were birds and flies everywhere, including on the desserts and the raw materials as well as ingredients at the cooking stations. On top of it all are the poorly train and unprofessional middle-age and senior male staffs. They are NOT fluent in English. They insisted on shaking hands with the guests even when it is totally inappropriate and awkward. Is hand shaking a Bali custom? Is it just a way to make themselves feel special with the guests? They also laughed loudly to minimize their own embarrassment when a mishap happened like serving beer to minor. They should know better. They never came to take away the empty plates (just kept talking among themselves). The two stars are given to the young staffs both male and female of the Club Lounge. They are very attentive and do all they can even though the older staffs kept harassing them when they are working in the same shift. Fortunately, the middle-age and senior male staffs are only their for the hors d'oeuvre hours in the evening. The management should really look into replacing all these middle-age and senior male staff. They are ruining the reputation of the Grand Hyatt and Bali as a whole.

Really great place with awesome service and great food. The kids loved hanging at the pool and movie night kept them calm in the sunbeds. We had a great stay in the compound (villa Jasmine) where we also had amazing service. Close to the beach wich, at the time, was really clean and well cared for.
Excellent ambiance. Staff are really nice and helpful. Food selection can be improved and assurance of halal food should be displayed for Muslim guests.
