Old and outdated exhibition style but there's a decent diversity of fishes that are in the exhibit. But renovations are coming soon so I'm hopeful.
Fun for all ages. A waterproof wristband is issued to you on entry and you deposit funds onto it as the park is cashless.
We purchased lockers, towels, lunch, drinks, cocktails and ice creams using the wristbands and were pleasantly surprised we didn’t spend a fraction of what we expected to.
Waterbom Park is aesthetically lovely, gardens everywhere, plenty of sun shaded spots, lots of waterslides, pools and a lazy river. Life guards are everywhere and monitor the water constantly, there are first aid points frequently for any minor scratches etc.
The food court has lots of options, we had nachos and they were really good. There are other cafes and swim up bars available as well.

Perfect place to exercise or outdoor activities with kiddos
The park is super clean with you always seeing staff out cleaning. The rides are amazing and depending on when you get there wait times aren't that bad. Food is well priced in comparison to Aussie Dollars with an average lunch costing just $15. The perfect place for families with little kids with 2 designated kids areas with so much to do and the lazy river ride is also perfect for them.
We also liked it was a cashless system so no chance of losing money or it being stolen :)

What can I say, one of the best water parks I've been to. Firstly, it is easy to locate. It's within walking distance in the kuta area. I went on a Saturday, and there was no long queue. I cannot confirm if it is cheaper to purchase tickets online and in advance, but it was really affordable on-site. The place is really well kept and maintained. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to buy food and drinks. There is wifi everywhere! Oh, and it's free! There is no need to worry about not being connected to the outside world. The lifeguards all speak English. It is easy to navigate once inside, and all workers are really friendly should you get lost and ask for help. It was an incredible experience, worth the price and time
Booked a bungalow and stayed the whole day. Prices were reasonable, good food and drinks. Matter of fact the pizza we had could possibly be THE best I've ever had.. absolutely delicious. We were there during Christmas period so pretty busy but everything was really fun.

I love the many collection of fish for example big red tail catfish, rainbow fish, and manymore! Right now, there are several renovation for this place so i cant really enjoy this place because the sound of the renovation. But overall, this place is good!
Extremely clean! Staff was awesome…very friendly and always looking out for my children! We stayed basically the entire day and never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride. Good and drinks were delicious! The park photographers did a great job capturing memories and I ended up purchasing the entire digital package.

Really downgrade services in all aspects. Starting from lighting, which is darker than before due to less lighting. Lots of downlight are turned off. Variety of fish that lesser than last year. Some Air conditioner are turned off, so all of the building are hot. The floor and the glass window of fish tank are dusty. Really dissapointed. Not recommended.
What an amazing place. Clean and the staff are super friendly. We had a blast. The lazy river was my favourite. You can just relax and let it take you all around the scenic route. There is so much greenery. Absolutely loved the place. Plus the idea of having bands to put your money in is just brilliant. You don't have to carry anything with you and you can just swim and relax. Also highly recommend getting the orange band, this let's photographers around the water park know that you want photos and they take some amazing shots. Highly recommended for big groups and families. We got Cabana which helped with a place to rest and sleep if you are going to spend the whole day with kids. Can't wait to do it again!!! ❤️👍😊👏
It's pretty and very geared towards affluent Indonesian and foreigners. It's very opulent but perhaps not a authentic Indonesian experience.

It was a memorable day for us. I went to many water parks in this trip and I can say that it was the best. The staff were very polite and respectful. I definitely suggest you to dedicate a whole day to Bali Abbey Park.
Lockers can be rented in two different sizes. They took the food with me at the beginning of our arrival, but put it in the fridge and gave it to us when we left. The quality of the food inside the Abbey Park was high, but it was acceptable.

Nice Waterpark to chill for the afternoon. Many rides and pools to have fun at. They have many food options available at very reasonable prices.

Lovely walk in the park on a Sunday morning. People playing music, impromptu games of badminton and having fun.

I came here on a regular day by train from Cikini Station to the last stop at Jakarta Kota Station. The atmosphere wasn't too crowded, and most of the tourists were students. The weather was also very hot. I suggest wearing comfortable clothing and bringing sunglasses or a hat to protect yourself from the heat. There are many aesthetic cafes around here, and a mosque as well, making it suitable for spending some time while learning about history with friends.
In weekdays you can enjoy the park fully. Coz not too crowded. There's music and koi's pool that makes you more relaxe. Love the view

Lively square, nice atmosphere. Not too happy about all the opportunities to act Dutch (custome, bikes) because those days are over and were basically a bad thing.
Good place for short morning walk n workout or just sitting and thinking, chitchat with meals since a lot of street foods vendor parking around the park, reading there's a rack with free book available in the middle of the park

This "horse statue" was built in 1987, motivated by President Suharto's state visit toTurkey in 1987, where he saw many monuments explaining about Turkey's past stories on the streets. The statue depicts a scene in the classic Mahabharata story, where two characters from the Pandava camp, namely Arjuna who holds an arrow bow and Batara Kresna who becomes sais are riding a Garuda-headed chariot pulled by eight horses that symbolize the eight leadership philosophies of "Asta Brata". Both of them are described as being in a battle situation against Adipati Karna who comes from the Kurawa camp.
A landmark free to enter, an heritage building from Colonial era. Known as Fatahillah Park, more like one big complex of government building for administration and economics interest. With a large open space or plaza and four cannon facing to north this one of the tourist destination in Jakarta was a City Hall, Court, Religious Event, Goverment Center, ect back in time. At a north of the park there's old trail of rail with explanation about it also old cannon with strange symbol in the back, near the City Hall u can found old bunker submerged by water. This is why if u take a walk then u can see it's like a surrounded by massive buildings and many infrastructure. Visitting it feel like time travel to the past, old architecture, facinating historical heritage, atmosphere of past time, the smell of old material and the tale that keep echo thru the time. Some tourist i meet came from decendant of their ancestor who was a invader and they visitting for nostalgic reason. Some just to explore and documentation or vacation. Today, all building although being renovated or has been renovated was shifted to another fuction like Museum, Art Exhibition, Post Office, Restaurant, Cafe, Office, Food Court, Culinary Stall, ect. Faciility available, from toilet, disability needs, minimarket, except for parking area is harsh because they don't provide it near so need to park far away (private car). But if u came by online car or taxi just stop at roadside then walk in. My suggestion is don't try to looking for parking area around or else u will need to driving around more and more just wasting time, if lucky u can park at post office indoor parking area but almost full all the time beacuse too small or park at parking slot that provide by people around with expensive rates about IDR.20.000 each car. If u intend to take a picture, make a video, or enjoy this place with peaceful then came in the morning 8am beause at 3pm or more it will be crowded as hell, specially on the weekend, holiday, big day, or day of event. Attraction from decorated bicycle, models, custom figure, action figure, magic show, street band, music, dance, light show, ect can be found mostlynat night. Beware for pick pocket and thief or scam because some area get more light while another too dark so watch for ur belongings. Rates for meals was standard, i ate with my family for IDR.100.000 and we got Kebuli Rice with big chop of chicken and dates, soto bogor (like soup withnlota of condiment), snack and four drinks at resto in post office building. I don't know with KFC or another cafe or food stall rates around. Well maintenance and clean is a key to protect and maintain this area and of course awarness from tourist and people all around. So good hunting, travellers.!

Nice old city of Jakarta. A few museums and Cafe Batavia are there. Visitors can rent bicycle to cycle around. Good for kid educational as they will be able to learn the history and cultural of Indonesia. Strongly recommend to visit here when in Jakarta.

It is a tourist attraction that reflects the lifestyle of the real Jakarta people. made me realize how people have temperaments and found that most of them were happy and is an area for showing the talents of teenagers And is a very good place to relax. It is a beautiful old city atmosphere.
Fantastic statue which illustrates Javanese folklore before Arab conquest. It is a touch hard to get to as it surrounded by roads, but you can get a good view from the footbridge behind the statue and from across the road.

It is the best place in Jakarta, it is a big place, you can rent a bike per hour to go around it. Three times and I still haven't finished visiting everything. Buy the ticket online or pay the entrance by card, they do not accept cash.
This place is one of the heritage vacation spots in Jakarta which is always crowded during national holidays, this place is quite easy to reach and is located in the heart of Jakarta. We can reach this place by private vehicle, or even public transportation such as trains and buses. The place looks like a big square with Dutch buildings from the colonial era surrounding the area. There are several museums in places that we can visit, with fairly cheap entry tickets. We can also find some street vendors around so we don't have to worry about hunger. There is no entrance ticket to visit the plaza, only parking fee if you bring your own vehicle.

Been here again after 4 years. Entrace fee can be paid either with cash or cashless (using qris). This ticket also can be use to enter Dunia Serangga. Children under 80cm is free from ticket fee. Open at 09.00 and close at 16.00 (if i am not mistaken). Good place to bring your children here to learn about creatures under water.
The museum is great, unfortunately it look old with low maintenance. My kiddos love it because they are young biologist, however some spot the information is missing. Hence, we cannot learn more about the fish.

Nice, quite a spacious park that is attached to the ground level of Central Park mall. It usually hosts events and seasonal decorations. There are some outdoor stalls as well where you can buy food and drinks, and a dog park to take your dogs to. Pets are allowed here, so you may stumble upon various kinds of cute puppies on a walk :)

What can i say about this place? It's majestic and artistic, the place itself is on the center of protocol Street. It's quite okay for walk here but not sure if it's a great place to take a picture without everyone staring at you. Maybe if you got a good camera, i recommend you to take a picture at night, even tho the area would be so full and loud with traffic activity around.

This park is clean, provide good scenery, green and provide what you need. The environment and air is good as well. We can come by and take photos as much, since we found several instagram-able spots here around. The parking lot is easy to find the blank spot.

A great place with lots of visitors especially at weekends. An educative place to recognize a wide variety of freshwater fish and their habitats. The hallway and the rooms are clean, the aquarium is pretty well maintained. The ticket prices are fairly cheap for two locations (freshwater world and insect museum).
