A nice place, but you can’t do anything. It’s kind of a see it and never go back place, they charge you 10.000 rupia to bless you, then you can go walk up the stairs, and once you go few steps the gates are closed and you can come back . So yeah. But scenery is nice
Beautiful Hindus temples actively in used. The guided tour is recommended to get to know the panels better. The best time to visit is during sunset. But the ticket closed at 4.30. So u better plan ahead. We come from Borobudur at 2 and got here almost 4.15 due to the heavy traffic condition. There is a Hindus prayer at 4.45. We are lucky to catch the last batch up the main candi. This is a relatively new temples compared to those in other places in south east Asia. The altar and gods and goddesses figures are mostly still fully intact. Bring hats or umbrellas because it is very hot.

Amazing architecture and views from the top. Recommend booking online in advance if you want to climb to the top as numbers are limited to 1,200 per day (and they have 50,000 visitors a day in peak season). Note different ticket types provide access to different areas. If you climb the temple you have to wear the flip flops provided to limit errosion. Well worth the climb even if a little nerve racking coming back down!
One of favorite destination in Bali. It's a temple suround by the sea with a beautiful sunset. If you plan to buy souvenirs, it's a perfect place to go, because it comes with a complex of store a long the way in to the temple. Perfect time to pay a visit around 4 until the sun goes down if you are a sunset lover.
A must visit place in Bali!! There is the Batu Balong temple on a cliff and the Tanah lot temple on a rocky Island in the sea which is accessible during low tide.

This is one of the must-visit UNESCO HERITAGE Sites! The view will blow you away! The architecture of the various temples is intricately built and restored. Take your photos in any angle and it will look like a postcard. Haha... welcome yo Prambanan Temple guys!
It's a must visit place in Yogyakarta. Its one of the famous Buddhist monuments in the world, built between 8th and 9th Century. The best way to visit the temple is to take a guided tour. A limited number of tourists are allowed to enter inside the temple at a time. Without prior booking It's difficult to get a slot. More than half day is required to visit this temple. Enjoyed my visit to this place.

Great place to relieve stress. All the workers are very well-mannered and polite. The facilities are also very adequate. But for weekend/ days when it’s very likely to be crowded, I do recommend visitors to buy the fast track one if they mind lining up. Because sometimes the lines are pretty long and very time consuming. All of the time there would be spent on lining up instead of experiencing the ride. But all in all, ten out of ten.
Prambanan Temple, Yogyakarta, is probably the largest and best Temple in Indonesia. There are supposed to be 224 temples in the complex. The three significant temples are of Brahma, Shiva and Vishnu. Attached to the three main temples are three smaller temples for their Vahana (vehicle) Garuda, Nandi and Hansa. There are also temples of Goddess Durga, Agastya, Ganesha. The temple is very popular among the tourists as well as locals. It gets very crowded during weekends, especially to watch sunset. It took us one hour just to come out of the parking lot on a Sunday evening. The view of the setting sun in between the majestic temples is worth watching. There is inscriptions of entire Ramayana on the walls of the temples. It require a minimum of half day to visit the temple. Though it's expensive a guided tour is a must to understand and appreciate the architectural wonder of this temple. A combo ticket with Borobudur temple can be purchased to save some money. I tried buying it at Borobudur temple, but it was not available, but the same was available at Prambanan Temple.
It's undoubtedly the best place to visit in Bali. The temple, the sea and the vast surroundings is simply breathtaking. Watching the high tides breaking on the rocks is a true pleasure. Even after spending half day I felt it was less. So keep sufficient time to spend at this place. The temple is dedicated to Balinese sea Gods and Goddesses and there are several different temples within the complex. So a lot of photo opportunities are there. A must visit place in Bali.
Very beautiful place. Our guide leaded us through Prambanan and it was so amazing. He has a very broad knowledge, know answers of all our questions, also the comparison between prambanan and borobodur.

Definitely a must visit. You're assigned a tour guide and also you'll get a pair of sandals made by the local community. You can keep it.
23/Aug: Old historical temple for tourist attraction. Nice for photo shots. Many have yet to restore after been destroyed by the earthquake. This place nay not be as famous as Borobudur, but it's good to visit after all one have arrived in Jogja.

The most famous theme park in jakarta..keep growing with some new attractions. I have been here many times. Need to spend whole day to enjoy all attractions. Always full during weekend so be aware of the queue. Recommend to buy fast track to avoid this queue.
2nd visit to the monument using the guide and with limited time to spend. The previous visit was much better as there was no time limit. Had a bad experience when exiting, had to go through long lanes to reach the parking like going thru maze of souvenir stores
One of our favourite temples in Bali so far. This place has something magical, it has wonderful views to the ocean and some different areas to appreciate the temple. The sunset was perfect (but a little bit crowded)
A beautiful place for a stroll or picnic. There's small ponds, a river running through it,plenty of space and water fountains. You can get around by cycling and a buggy service (didn't manage to find if it was a paid service). This is also the place where Istana Bogor or the summer home for the President of the Republic. Trees are. Well preserved, named and tagged. Lots to see and explore. Absolutely clean and was the highlight of our trip.
Great beach and Amazing entrance to the temple. Excellent location for taking sunset pictures. Be careful it's very windy and the waves are pretty strong. Was very pleasing inside the temple and one can have the "ME" time looking at the amazing sunset all alone with sound of waves. Must ho to place on your visit to Bali.
The park itself is beautiful, a lot of exotic trees that you might never find outside of Indonesia. The trees are gigantic and will treat you with the purest oxygen in this traffic-damned city 🤣
However, I did rent a bicycle but the quality was horrible. The gears kept messing up ruining the fun. Moreover, i was scolded by a guard who was holding a gun because I turned my back to them when they wanted to check my backpack. So I didnt felt that safe anymore every time I visit the park.

is a landmark building in the central of Semarang. Lawang sewu means a thousand doors, idk if its have a thousand but yes there are so many doors here.
I visited during weekday but it was still crowded, especially on Hysteria (didn’t manage to ride). A lot of affordable food stalls but no food from outside are allowed.
Best if you visit on weekday plus fast track.

Beautiful, tidy and clean place but take note that the area is huge.
Do remember to rent their scooter/electric motorcycle/bicycle to get around and do not be afraid to explore the nooks and crannies of the many mini gardens that they have!

A majestic temple complex. Opening time 8.30 for the groups (with guide). No sunrise tours at 4 /5/6 am anymore. Purchased tickets online a week in advance. A tour with guide last 1 hour plus (inside the temple, climbed all the way up). Only about 1200 tourists allowed daily. Lots of souvenirs shops around, cafes etc.

The entry ticket to TMII is affordable, as IDR 25,000/person. You can also bicycling around. Don't worry if you don't bring vehicle. There are shuttle busses provided in the area.

A pretty expansive theme park offering a glimpse into different parts of Indonesia. Entrance tickets could be purchased online for 25,000 rupiah per person, which seemed like a reasonable deal.
There are buses available to shuttle people around, though general information seemed to be lacking upon our entry. We felt as though more guest information could have been made available to better understand the lay of the land and how to get around. We wandered for a while and used Google maps to attempt to get our bearings, though maybe others who enter from different entrances are given different information.

It is one of wellknown attraction place in Jakarta. We can explore Indonesia in one place. Really recommended lah. It has been upgraded after renovation to be more clean, orderly and regular although I feel like the price is higher and some other facilities provided to be commercial needs. But ok lah. Hope all renovation will be done completely soon.
Totally loved it. One of the best tourism attraction that you could find in Jakarta. You could buy the annual pass ticket to enter the amusement park for the whole year. Additionally, you could buy the fast track ticket to cut the queue line, which will save you more time to enjoy more rides
I LOVE the Prambanan temple. I personally think it’s better than the Borobudur temple by a long shot. The temples are stunning and you can enter them! How lovely.
The grounds are quite massive and they have a shuttle bus to transport between some sites, but the schedule isn’t clear nor reliable. There is a museum, but there are no English translations available. I do feel the $60 USD entry fee could’ve been better delegated to address these things.
However, it’s still worth every penny!

Very beautiful. Although the two separate entry points aren’t being made clear to tourists. There is the general admission where you can explore the grounds, including AROUND the temple, then there’s the separate admission (with a schedule on a first come first serve basis) where you can walk ON the steps of the temple and whatnot.

Many ruins. Some intact and others fell apart since it's very old, over a thousand years. Beautifully sculptured animals and people. Good workmanship. It's located in Yogyakarta Special Region. A lot of visitors from other countries were there too. Good to take photos there. A lot of local guide who can speak many languages if you want to hire them and listen to the story of the temple. Ample parking areas.

Lovely place to visit especially if you have children 6 and above. They have ample rides enough to keep you busy the whole day. The queue can be long during Indonesia school holiday.

It is a big temple, the exit route is very far. No need to take electric car, the temple is very close. It is very hot, you need big hat or umbrella. Prepare your strong leg before visiting this temple.

Came on Thur but still see hordes of students in similar attires arriving in buses. So we got the express tickets to skip the normal Q. It’s a right choice but the cost of one express ticket is Rp650k. Even with the express ticket, there are 2 stations where it is useless and one of them is bumper car. We came here from 1130-1900hrs till the park closed. The kids had fun but poor adults.

Nice place to see the sites of Indonesia. I think they need to have better signing and organised buggy service. It's hard for tourists outside Indonesia to figure out how to best get around this place. And in the daytime heat it's even harder.
I came back to this place after almost 1 decade! The 50k entry ticket is not too expensive compared to the extra care to preserve the preservation of this historic place even though I entered at a ticket price of 25k (students understand). The older this place the more beautiful. Prambanan is very well maintained, and extraordinary care.

Back to nature!! So fresh enjoying beautiful scenery here. Feel free when you come here,trust me. There two optional exploring all the corner Botanical Garden. First,you can walk or rent bicycle (60K-100K) per unit. Recommended!!

It's a popular historical building. Beautiful Dutch Colonial building with rich of history. Unfortunately there was no parking lot, so it's better to use a public transport or chartered car/bus. 2nd floor can not be accessed IDK why.

From my experience as a local tourist, it is very unfortunate when buying tickets, it is not explained that tickets to enter the temple area are different from tickets to enter into temple. When I went, there were lots of tourists like me who were confused because they only bought tickets to enter the area, not into the temple. So I hope the ticket sales staff to local tourists can also explain that there are different tickets if you want to enter the temple.
FYI : There are 2 ticket booths (for foreign tourists and local tourists). When I bought 6 tickets, the staff only asked "how many tickets?" Without explaining or asking what ticket I wanted or mentioning that the ticket was different
I, who had walked up to the terrace of the temple (which was quite a long way from the tiket booths) had to go back to upgrade my ticket, unfortunately again, I had to wait 2 hours later to be able to enter to the area inside the temple because the quota is full.
I hope this can be conveyed to the manager, because it is very unfortunate that I came from a very far area just to visit Borobudur but the experience was like that.Don't just pay attention to information for foreigners, I, a local tourist, also traveled a very long way from Kalimantan to Yogjakarta to be able to visit Borobudur because I really admire the history of temples in Indonesia, especially Borobudur

It's an important historical site but it is poorly managed. We paid higher but the ambience didn't change too much. So many sellers offering (sometimes forcing) stuffs with expensive price. The place is also too big with rare entertaining sites. Rhe worst was we went through a seemingly endless labirynth of sellers. While we support the local economy, site management could do better for the interest of both visitors and local sellers.
Entry for foreigners if prices higher than locals or work visa holders.
Kids are charged less.
You can climb upto 7th floor and guide is given to you completely along with complementary water and slippers.

Dufan a.k.a Dunia Fantasi (fantasy world) is one of the favorite tourist attractions in Jakarta. Very suitable for family vacations, dating and children's entertainment. Personally, I highly recommend all of you to vacation there to spend your holidays with loved ones.
A little advice from me:
1. Come early to avoid traffic jams and long queues. Especially on weekends or high season there are very crowded. This also applies to vehicle parking.
2. Many people complain because of the long queues in one ride. The solution is that you can use the fast track by buying premium tickets (VIP tickets) or you can visit on weekdays.
3. Wear simple clothes but still look stylish so you can play in various rides without obstacles, don't forget to bring a change of clothes (not required).
4. Bring an umbrella, for sun protection.
5. Don't carry too much stuff.
6. Always monitor the latest prices, promotions or discounts through the website or social media.
7. Strengthen your legs. Ha ha ha.
Also don't forget to capture your experience while in Dufan and share your beautiful experience on your social media and also give your best review. If you have a complaint, please provide input to management so that they immediately evaluate and make improvements immediately.

Such a lovely place to walk, jog, doing picnic or simply chill around the Bogor President Palace.
We even met a very calm and cute cat with its mother chilling under the benches.

The Catholic Dutch architecture buildings with hundreds of doors (which were rounded to thousand = Sewu/Seribu) are obviously the main attraction to this place and it's quite well-preserved by the local govt. They had quite lots of infographics to read from to know more about Lawang Sewu and had many photographs and paintings from old times to view.
You could unironically get a bit lost while exploring, or at least that's what happened to me. There are too many doors to step into and go out from. Not every story/floor is open for visitors, though.
If you're looking for a classic recreational site to visit with family, friends or loved one, this is such a good place. There are a lot of food stalls, coffee place, clothing store and even live music and CFC restaurant to spend time in.

One of my favorite places I've visited in Indonesia. Amazing experience. The atmosphere and views here are extraordinary. I also definetly recommend a tour with a guide. 100% worth it.
Looks beautiful from the outside. Nothing much to see inside. Mostly are empty rooms. There was performance when we came to visit.
Not spooky at all. In fact, it was quite the opposite. It's basically a historical trip back in time to the colonial era from a train enthusiast perspective. If you want to gain the most experience possible, please do hire a guide there.

My last visit here probably close to two decades ago, and I was very happy to be able to see this historical place and dare I say in a much better condition.
So much green that one can see and enjoy and great place to spend time alone or bring your family and enjoy the wide open space and the many exhibition that have been installed here.

Better to visit on low season.
Not allowed to go to upper floor due since pandemics and not sure when will be opened again.
If you want to skip shopping area, you can take andong (horse carriage) with price around 100k and it only stop on 1 shop only and will end the trip in parking area.

One of the Unesco's world heritage site. There are many objects that are interesting at this site. There are many souvenir sellers at the exit, as a matter of fact, you will have to pass them when you're exiting the site. There is also a Borobudur museum, which people don't really pay attention of. Get yourself ready for a long interesting walk around the area.
It's been a very long time since I've visited this magnificent place. It changed a lot! And for better!
Free shuttle with a lot of stops, you can rent an electric bike, or ATV, or jeep for you and your family to visit all of the amusement and museums one by one.
