One of our favourite shopping malls in Bali.....has many speciality stores, eateries and the Hyper-mart on the top level that sells everything from souvenirs to homewares and groceries. Everthing you need in one place.

One pet shop focuses on exotic animals (tortoise, sugar glider, snake, iguana). It also has Grand Lucky supermarket. I prefer Kelapa Gading Mall though, for the tenant choices.

This is probably the best and biggest mall you can find in kelapa gading. With the houses/apartments included. The prices of the stores in the mall is not too pricey. And the quality is good.

Still exist post pandemic Covid 19 to be one of reputable mal in Jakarta. Several worls class tenants like IKEA, Decathlon, Samsung and connection to Hublife as center of culinaries and entertainment mal, attracted to its customers. This mal is now less crowded and easier to find parking.

One stop shopping located at bypass Ngurah Rai Denpasar. Lots of paid parking places, easy acces from the main road bypass Ngurah Rai. High end to branded fashions are available here. Fashionable restaurants and cafes are also easely can be found here. The mall is very famous among foreign tourists for that they already familiar with the brands for many years in their own countries. Many souvenir shops selling spa products and traditional fabrics as well as well known brands for children are also available. 3 months ago visited this mall, remembered mall was not so clean, toilet smelly, then yesterday visited again. What a change! Was very surprised went to toilet on first and second floor, very clean and cleaning service was very friendly and courteous. Wonder what is the cause of this drastic improvement. Parking staff issuing ticket were also very friendly, nice to see friendly faces. Thank you Plaza Surabaya team !

This is one of the best hotels at Surabaya..I loved all the hospitality from receptionist..house keeping..bell boy..the security..all of the staff is very very kind. Sure..we will come here again. The location also near by CW mall and Kidzania..Family never regret to stay at this hotel..

I went there to get a driver's license (SIM) the place is nice, it's just a shame the available seats are not enough to accommodate the many visitors.

Not very big with only two levels but decent dining area, sensible range of shops to shol from, and a good kids play centre. Overall I was impressed by bali standards, and this place probably was either my first or second choice to go to. The other one being beach walk. Also a timezone here which was also decent in game selection.
Very spacious mall but the tenants seems lower in amount. But still can bring your kids to enjoy this mall because sometimes they offer indoor ice skating, and there are arcade games either. The food stalls at the lower ground are the best, especially the waffle near the Tongji, delicious and cheap.
Quite an interesting mall in my opinion. It has 3 different sections/buildings so it really gives you many options. They also have Gading walk to connect the 3 buildings and it's nice to walk around there. Overall, great and unique.

Used to be one of the famous malls in Jakarta, especially West area. Thus, its fame fades away. Many stores are closed now. They still have the ice skating ring until now. There are few new stores like Ikea, Decathlon, KKV. Central Park mall beside this mall is more alive.

It is decent. You can find many things which means they have quite a range of anything; food, gadgets, spa, cinema, etc. Yet at the same time the it is packed as the place itself is not spacious. I was hoping they could make it more spacious so that it’ll be more comfortable navigating and walking around. 4 star just because it’s not spacious is all, but all in all, it is a convenient place.

One of my fav mall when I was a kid, and recently been goin there for a while with my kid. This mall is sure child friendly with many attraction like pigeon and dog cafe, the food here is also good.

I often visit Mal Bali Galeria and had a great experience overall. The mall has a great selection of stores, making it a perfect place to shop for clothes, accessories, makeup, shoes and souvenirs. You can see many things. There are parks, bookstores, play ground and hypermarts. There are also plenty of food options available, ranging from local Indonesian cuisine to international favorites. I particularly enjoyed trying all the food. The Mal Bali Galeria is easily accessible, located in the heart of Bali and close to many popular tourist destinations. The operational hours are convenient, as it's open daily from 10 am to 10 pm. The parking fee for motorbike is Rp. 3,000 per vehicle is charged for the first 0-2 hour and progressively increases by Rp. 1,000 per hour. In terms of things to do, Mal Bali Galeria has a cinema, a bowling alley, timezone and an arcade center, making it a great place for families and friends to hang out and have fun. There are also plenty of events and promotions going on throughout the year. One downside is that some of the stores and restaurants can be a bit expensive, so be prepared to spend a bit more if you're looking for high-end brands or fancy dining options. The mall is fairly easy to reach by car or public transport, but the traffic can be heavy at times. I liked Level 21 Mall and would visit it again, but it’s not the best mall in Bali.
Affordable price and various kind of tasty foods at food court. Matahari department store provide all our lifestyle to wear. Superindo provide our daily groceries. Also have studio movie theater and timezone for our entertainment.

Best mall/plaza at Bali, I think. Has a great variety of shops. I love the J-Co here. Parking can be full if you are not here early but I have found there is always something available even for the moto. Getting a driver to bring you is the easiest and there is 2 drop off points. Telkomsel is here and has an ATM for account top up.

Not too many playground options here. However this mall is spacious and not too crowded. Nice place to have some food and do some shopping.
Many options for places to eat, taste and price wise. Especially for pork eaters i guess the mall offers more options compares to other malls in jkt. New tenants like kkv and ikea makes the place more lively.
On the last floor they have massage chairs. Here you can get very good massage for 10k. Duration 5-10 minutes.

Decided to go shopping today at the mall. Lots of stores and even more food choices. Perhaps more than 20 cafes to choose from. Lots of parking right outside, also it was very easy to get dropped off right at the main entrance. A new UniGlo just opened on the lower ground floor also.

The Plaza has a lot of shops with famous fashion brands. Local brands also display a wide range of goods. My best impression here are the shop Mr. D.I.Y and the Food Court on the 4th floor. Mr. D.I.Y has a lot to offer, from cute things for girls to gadgets & tools for man, stationary, kitchen & toilet stuff, etc. (cannot list them all) with affordable price. The Food Court have a live acoustic stage and listeners can pay the performers willingly.

Kinda hard looking for some shops as the information desk is located on the corner near some parking exit. If only they move it somewhere strategic, or having some staff on each floor to provide any information, it may affect a better traffic flow.

When before the mall architecture theme is like a theme park, now the mall is more refined, look modern with some simple architecture and white light & wall.
The tenant is good, especially the placement, where there's a alley that all of tenant on that alley is restaurant.
The parking lot is good and spacious, very easy to get car park

Famous mall in Jakarta & big enough.
It is definitely the best mall in Lombok.
Fantastic mall with a newly remodeled Harris Hotel that made our 2 days in Jakarta enjoyable. So many great restaurants and stores. 2 grocery stores( one is a regular supermarket and the other is an upscale market similar to Whole Foods). There Two malls here and the other one you have to connect through a corridor on any level your on. Very nice mall and if your looking in the north side of Jakarta the Harris hotel is very comfortable with a fresh remodel.
My favorite Mall, especially they provide good & clean praying rooms in every mall they're having; Love to always visit all the Kelapa Gading Malls; We found out today Wendy's no longer available and replaced with Marugame 😲😱
Good place to hangout with friends or family, child friendly place. A lot of store and food stall. New foodcourt is nice too.
My favorite plaza since collage, because it is not big, but quite complete. Watching movies, eat, and window shopping here with friends.
The place is great place to visit if it is no public movement restrictions right now. There are only 10 shops allowed to open mostly food selling shops and ATM centre. The rest are ordered to close till July 20, 2021 due to COVID-19. They open from 10 am to 9 pm presently.
I went there during week end. There were not many activities over there as it is usual in a mall. But my report is not fully objective till I visit there on week days.

A modern shopping mall at the centre of Surabaya city, just nearby the cityhall. It offers the basic needs of what you need for daily life. There is a supermarket, department store, cinema. Numerous F&B outlets are available here. This shopping mall is located next to the convention hall as well. Free wifi is available at the food court.
I find it surprising this place still operates, there is nothing here the last time I was here. Foodcourt and shops had closed, carrefour had moved out long time ago too. I heard there is only BCA branch left, Tong Hai is the only lively place, as it's a good place for celebration. I hope they rebuild this mall someday and make it great again.
Shopping center that place at strategic point. Even though located at the main business area however since the pandemic some changes can be found there. Some brand that I usually use can't found anymore there. But this change makes potential visitor always curious to come to this place without losing previous customers

It's just an empty mall. So you can explore every where. So quiet here. Their ballroom (Tong Hai) good enough, just there are so many pillars. And toilet malls need to be upgraded.
