Gorgeous food and great cocktails. We opted for the bottomless, and with that, you had bottomless mimosas, with 3 options for flavours. It's only a small place inside and did lack some atmosphere, but overall, it was a great night!

Best place for bottomless brunch. The atmosphere is amazing, the interior design is very cool and the staff are super friendly. The menu had a wide selection of amazing dishes to choose from, it was very difficult to choose because they sounded delicious. The food is very tasty and is definitely worth trying! The bottomless mimosas were incredible! The staff at platform 61 really treat you if you are celebrating an occasion. I highly, highly recommend

Our first and last (we came here right before going back to the airport) Irish breakfast was here. Honestly I wasn’t expecting something crazy, and we just had a very nice experience after all. Waiters were very kind, food was fast and tasty. I’ve left some place for the desert. One of my favorite, the sticky toffee pudding cake. Simply PERFECT!

I honestly recommend this one for the simplicity at reasonable prices. 😉

Was a regular experience by a little detail inside our food, but the staff quickly helped us.
The Sangria was delicious and the Paella wasn't very tasty 'cause it was much dry.
The staff was friendly and very handsome.
Our waiter, Mike gave us great service on our first dinner in Ireland. I haven’t had a good Boxty in years so it was a nice way to start our trip. Hubby and I shared the Corned Beef Boxty Dumplings and the Chick Boxty. Both were absolutely delicious. Of course we had the Boxty fries as well. The have their own house beer as well. We had no trouble getting a table on a Tuesday night , but they do take reservations on their website

The service wasn't good, they took a long time to come to our table and deliver the menu. The food was good, but far from a real Spanish food. A paella that wasn't paella, but rather a normal rice with vegetables and seafood. No socarrat at all. The calamari was poorly breaded, not crunchy. We wanted croquettes, but... a Spanish restaurant with no croquettes available. Sangria was good, and desert were tasty, but I wanted to order churros and they didn't have either.
If I could rate the service with 10 stars, I would. This was our first stop after dropping our bags off at our hotel once landing in Dublin and I have zero regrets. Mike made our absolute day. He was the most friendly person we met in Dublin and we still talk about him after having left. I hope he stays at Boxty House forever because we will return JUST to talk with him again! Thank you Mike!

The food was DELICIOUS, too! An overall excellent experience.
You could do a lot worse than going to Gallagher's Boxty House in Dublin - we saved this for our last night in Ireland, and have zero regrets. The Boxty (a traditional Irish food I'm told [it's either Boxty or Fish on Friday for the Catholic people who follow the traditions]), gets a glow up here.

The chef/owner of Gallagher's certainly knows their way around the kitchen, as this food is excellent. We tried both the beef and the chicken Boxty and found them both to be prepared excellently. If you're hungry after your meal, the (brown) bread pudding was also phenomenal.

There is a children's menu in the restaurant that I didn't find online, but it exists. The children's food is also equally delicious . They do serve Boxty made specifically for kids if your child is feeling adventurous, if not, they do have house made goujin for the younger ones.

Lastly, if you happen to partake in alcoholic beverages, the beer on tap is of their own making and I found that to be similarly tasty.

You could pay more and enjoy yourself less in Dublin for sure.

Hidden away gem,
A beautiful food spot to catch up with friends. The waiters were lovely. Me and my friend had the bottomless brunch, as we both don't drink a lot it seemed a lot of drinks for us. The food? Gorgeous, i don't think i think of anything as much as i think about how good their food was. It was a bit pricey but it was super worth it! We had desserts as well, everything from start to finish was spot on! Keep it up.!!

I had dinner here for my last night in dublin. It was 100% worth it. The food was delicious and didn't take too long to come out. I also had a sober mojito. That was very tasty.

Love, love Salamanca!! Every time I visit Dublin, this is a must stop for me - no matter what. They have weekday lunch specials so you can get a great meal, for a reasonable price. Ideal location, friendly staff, cozy decor, and a wide selection of tapas. The chicken wings have a delicious sauce, with just the right amount of spice. The seafood dishes are always fresh and tasty as well. They also have beer, wine and spirits. I highly recommend this establishment.

Lovely venue, very cozy & nicely decorated. Very small menu, which I love - only 6 mains. For starters we had Cod Hush Puppies & a burrata salad. Both were delicious & beautifully presented. For mains my partner had a burger & I had a pasta with bacon & feta. Both very tasty. The portions were sizable. Would definitely recommend.

Food was comforting! The overall dining experience was fantastic. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating a pleasant ambiance. Debbie, our attentive and friendly wait staff, added a personal touch to the service. The food itself was comforting, satisfying both the palate and the soul. A truly enjoyable dining experience.

Very cool place to get brunch! Went for a catch up with a friend and left satisfied and super full. The food was delicious and the portions were quite big. Would definitely come back to try different dishes.

Food was really nice and tasty, everyone is super friendly.
Nice, fast service too, pleasant experience in general.

Great atmosphere, fantastic service, I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

I might come back just because of the good vibes they have.
I've had a lovely experience there.
Engaging service and delicious food. This is a favorite in the Temple bar area, which we typically avoid because of the touristy nature. The fries are the best in Dublin. Thin, crispy and wonderful. The Boxty sampler platter is a good place to start along with their house selection of beers. Good for gluten-free selections for the potato options. All the food is fresh. Make a reservation as the tables are tight and seating is limited.
Amazing food & service. Best service we had on our trip to Dublin. We started with the mussels, which were the best we've ever had. Huge amount of them too. The Boxty was delicious (lamb). The sticky toffee pudding was the best we've had thus far because the cake was super moist. Excellent place to eat.

Went last night, everywhere in town was booked out to a later time . The manager was very welcoming and said they’d ring if a table came up earlier than 8. Things like this make a nice difference! Food was delicious and great service 😃

Absolutely amazing experience for the bottomless brunch, we left drunk and full. I'm not talking about the normal drunk and full where it was ok food and ok booze this was top drawer food and really nice mimosas!

Service was fantastic.

Honestly please try this place its fantastic!
An excellent restaurant for, your go to, traditional Irish cuisine!!

Our server, Michael, was exceptional: personable, charismatic, warm and friendly with a wealth of knowledge. He recommended, old, traditional dishes to eat and the in-house brewed beers. He also offered places to go and things to see during our stay!

The food was delicious!!! Everything was seasoned to perfection and the portion sizes were just enough. We would highly recommend and would totally go back again!

A nice enough restaurant with a great menu to suit different diets but felt there are some elements for improvement.

Was looking forward to their dinner menu on the website but on arrival, was handed brunch menu as that’s all they do on a Sunday. A number of the guests were also *very loud* and it was difficult to converse with my dinner partner. The music playlist, I felt, was a little dated. But my main gripe is that there was a strong smell of perfume ?via the aircon. It was quite powerful and I felt really spoiled the food/interfered with taste and companion felt the same. We were also situated beside the staff room with numerous staff shuttling in and out with bags so I felt it kinda spoiled the atmosphere.

Food-wise, the burger and rigatoni were fine. Brownie was nice enough and good to see real vanilla ice cream for once.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

We visited this cozy restaurant for lunch, and the staff were very friendly.

The restaurant is a Spanish restaurant 🇪🇸, and they have a variety of different types of dishes based on what you want.

We had the seafood paella 🥘 and it was delicious!

The calamari and the mushrooms we ordered on the side were both good, in my opinion.

I might come back just because of the good vibes they have.

We had a fantastic dinner here. Excellent food. We will definitely return. One comment I would like the restaurant to note, is that when people sit down and are reading the menu, please leave them be until they close their menus or attract your attention. We were asked 5 times if we were ready to order, by three different waitresses. It got quite annoying to be honest. I'd say the waitresses are told to hurry people up by the owners/management, but it's dreadful. The food more than made up for the start of the meal.

We had a large group booking . Set menu was great value . I had the salt and pepper prawns served on bruschetta . It was delicious. For mains I had the cod - perfectly cooked and the the vegetables had a lovely tangy taste .

I don’t normally eat desert , but the chocolate and coconut tart was to die for .

Service was excellent , very fast and efficient. Their coffee machine wasn’t working , so the manager gave 3 complimentary bottles of wine . Very generous and would highly recommend visiting

One of the good restaurants in Dublin. It has quite a few Irish traditional dishes, but I would definitely recommend the steak 🥩

I ate here twice the this week. Both times the service was very friendly, and the food was good. Smoked hammock patty as a starter and apple berry crumble as a dessert were excellent! And the home made bread is very delicious.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant, located on a second floor, I love tables next to big windows, so romantic. I didn’t like cutlery, it was really old and scratched. Also small plate for bread was dirty. Foods were very delicious. Black bread with seeds was amazing. Appetizer with many lil things on it was beautiful. Fish as well.

Lovely experience of the Christmas 3-course dinner menu. Went in on a busy Saturday night but the service was really nice and quick! The seafood chowder is a meal itself! And the pheasant main was yum. Would visit again without doubt!

Very nice restaurant. Ambiance is a bit austere, but the food is fantastic and reasonably priced 31 Euro for a the course meal. I would have given 5 stars but the tuna was away too salty. This was one of the few times we did send the food back. The second time it was better. The desert was great. A tip, the is an early bird menu that is even better price quality. You have to arrive before 19:15.
