Paid 150 nis for a very bad looking bouquet, although the it was looking very good in the picture, good marketing, awful service
I ordered several times the flowers from France for Tel Aviv through Balizer and it was always delivered on time, with a photo. The flowers and orchids are beautiful, and the service very good. This time I made a mistake when ordering and paid twice, I called Balizer and they immediately corrected it. Thank you, and I will continue with you !

חיפשתי באינטרנט חנות שפועלת בשישי עם משלוח מהיר (כי אני לא מהאזור), והגעתי לפרחי ברזיל. אהבתי את ה׳אזהרה׳ באתר האינטרנט שלא להתפתות לכל מני אתרים עם תמונות פרחים נוצצות ולא תמיד אמיתיות… היתה לי הרגשה שהגעתי למקום הנכון, משהו ברוח האישית והביתית :)
מיד לאחר ההזמנה קיבלתי מייל אישי שמאשר אתה ההזמנה, שירות מהיר ונעים.
וכשעה-שעתיים לאחר ההזמנה, כבר קיבלתי הודעה מהחברה ששלחתי לה, ואני מצטטת (נשבעת!): ׳וואו, הגיע עכשיו הזר! אחד היפים שראיתי בחיי!׳.
אין מלים… תודה רבה!!!
ורק שווה גם לשדרג את התמונות באתר, לדעתי הן לא מספיק מעבירות את יופי הזרים, התמונות שבגוגל יותר משקפות!

הזמנתי זר לאשתי, אחרי ששניתי את מקום ההזמנה כשהשליח כבר יצא לדרך, הוא התקשר אלי ועשה מעל ומעבר כדי שהזר יגיע לאשתי. הזר הגיע אליה והוא פשוט מושלם, כל הכבוד!
הגענו לפלורה בלום במקרה, ראיתי שעציץ הורטנזיה נמכר ב50 שח אצלם, כשבכל מקום אחר נמכר במחיר גבוה הרבה יותר. הבת שלי חגגה יום הולדת ורכשתי עבורה זר פרחים צבעוני. ביקשתי זר ב100 שח עם צבעים סגולים. אסיה הנהדרת הבטיחה שתכין זר יפה בסכום הזה. רכשתי זר ושלושה עציצים. זר הפרחים הגיע מאוד יפה ועשיר. עם פרחים טריים. ממליצה בחום על החנות הן במחיר והן בשרות ובמיוחד אכות הפרחים. אסיה תודה רבה.
הזמנתי מוולט לחברה והגיע מהמם!!!

הזמנתי זר של 12 ורדים אדומים דרך וולט לארוחת חג קיבלתי זר שמורכב מחצי ורדים אדומים וחצי ורדים צהובים, חשוב לציין שלא רק שהורדים לא התאימו מבחינת נראות הורדים הצהובים היו לא טריים ועייפים עם סימנים של פציעות על עלי הכותרת.
המקום לא היה מוכן לתת זיכוי מכיוון שהם לא מתחייבים רק לורדים אדומים ולא התייחסו לעובדה שהורדים היו לא טריים ומכוערים, בסופו של דבר ( אחרי זמן המתנה לא קטן) הסכימו לתת החזר רק אם אחזיר את הזר דבר שהיה לא אפשרי כי כבר הייתי בדרך לארוחת החג ונשארתי עם זר מבאס לחג.
בקיצור זרים במחירים יקרים שלא עומדים באיכות וגישה רעה. לא ממליצה!

Balizer delivered the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mother. They communicated clearly and sent me photos via WhatsApp. I had planned on visiting her in Israel for her 95th birthday. But then I broke my arm and had to have a last minute gift delivered. Probably the best floral delivery I've ever received. I highly recommend them so much it's prompted me to get her weekly shabbat flowers from them.

עשיתי הזמנה של מארז מתנה למשרד שבו אני עובדת לכבוד עובדת שעוזבת, ראיתי מתנה מקסימה שהתאימה לנו וראיתי שמקבלים את המשלוחים כבר באותו היום אז הזמנתי כבר ערב קודם כדי שלא יהיו עיכובים במקרה. ביום המשלוח התקשרתי בבוקר לוודא שאכן המשלוח יוצא ושאנחנו צריכים את זה עד השעה 16:00 כיוון שיש לנו הרמת כוסית והמשרד נסגר אחרי זה. הנציגה בטלפון אמרה לי שהם מאוד ישתדלו ושהמשלוח כבר אצל השליח. המשלוח לא הגיע בזמן אז התקשרתי לבדוק מה קורה, אמרו לי שאין מה לעשות והמשלוחים עד השעה 21:00 ואם לא יהיה אף אחד במשרד אז אני צריכה לשלם על המשלוח חזרה (?!) אחרי שהבהרתי להם שזה משרד ולא נמצאים כאן כל היום. הם האשימו אותי ואמרו לי שאני אשמה בזה שהזמנתי ולא הייתי צריכה להזמין!!!!! אכן לא אזמין אצלכם יותר. תודה רבה.
ממליצה בחום רב!! הזמנתי זר טלפונית, השירות היה נעים ולבבי, הזר שנשלח היה יפהפה, ניכר עליו שהוכן במקצועיות ובאהבה מפרחים טריים. נחזור להזמין כאן בכל הזדמנות. בתודה ❤️ נעמה :)
Very good arrangements, keeping only fresh products. Slightly expensive but the staff is welcoming with great customer service and the flower variety is good.
The BEST there are! Incredible service, good communication, the flower arrangements are more beautiful than pictured on the website, and speedy delivery. Enjoyed every moment from placing the order to the recipient's screams of Joy and Happiness! So HAPPY myself that I've found Balizer! And so grateful for the effort they put in to make it all happen. I live in Germany and ordered flowers for my friends birthday in Tel Aviv. Everything worked out great! Only negative thing was that I couldn't reach the service: the confirmation E-Mail showed a weird delivery address, so I wrote them an e-Mail/WhatsApp/Instagram messages to make sure, they got the address right, but no-one replied. In the end they delivered the flowers on time though, they were absolutely beautiful and fresh, the card was correct and my friend was super happy :)

I sent wine chocolates & a balloon to my boyfriend while there and they came through amazingly. I didn’t know if they got my message as the order form was weird so emailed them. I didn’t get an response but they got it ALL there on time. Will definitely use again

יקר יקר יקר!! יחס נוראי, בעל המקום נהג בעליבות וביחס משפיל. מחירי המוצרים במקום נעים בטווחים של כ-פי 10 מיתר המקומות. לא רק שלא ממליצה לרכוש שם, גם לא ממליצה לכלכל מקום שלקוחותיו,ֶלדעתי, אינם רלוונטים כלל אלא רק ארנקם. ודאי שכולם צריכים להרוויח, השאלה עד כמה והאם יש הגינות.

Although I'm in a long distance relationship, Balizer Flowers every now and then gives me the chance to send some presents to my loved one. After ordering some flowers a couple of months ago, today I ordered some hand-made chocolates, which were delivered within a few hours. My Girlfriend love them. My family lives in America and has sent me flowers 2 times now from Balizer! There staff is incredibly kind and professional making sure that they are delivered safely, even when I am not home. They flower arrangements are beautiful and last for weeks. I highly recommend to get flowers from here and they are a great option for delivery!
