למי שחולה באמת לא להתקרב למקום, רופאים ברמת בית שימוש וזה עוד מחמאה.
הגעתי למקום עם 40 מעלות חום בקושי זז ומתקשר בעזרת אישתי. 15דק' לפני הפתיחה וכבר היה במקום תור כמו לכניסה לסיני בחגים של עשרות חיילים שהגיעו לנסות את מזלם בהוצאת גימלים. לאחר שלקחו לי מדדים נכנסתי לרופא ששלח אותי לעשות ספירת דם ועירוי נוזלים+קוקטיל תרופות שהאחות אמרה שזה יעשה אותי חדש.
לאחר שסיימתי עם העירוי באמת הרגשתי מאושש יותר ונכנסתי בשנית אל הרופא כדי לשמוע מה תוצאות ספירת הדם.
לדברי הרופא הוא מזהה סממני דלקת קלה וחוות דעתו הרפואית היתה שנדבקתי במשהו ויראלי לא רציני ושיחרר אותי הביתה עם מרשם והוראה שעם החום ממשיך עוד יומים ללכת לרופא משפחה.
חזרתי הביתה מופצץ בתרופות עם הרגשה מצוינת וחום של 36.2מעלות בלבד.
אך לאחר כ-5שעות שוב מצאתי את עצמי באמצע הלילה מתייסר עם 39 מעלות חום.
למחר כבר הגעתי שוב ל40 והלכתי למיון שם נמצא שיש לי דלקת ריאות חמורה בשלבים מתקדמים ושכל הריאה הימנית שלי כבר גדושה.
עוד יום שהייתי מושך בבית וכבר יכלתי למצוא את עצמי במצב של סיכון חיים.
בבית החולים למען האמת לא היו מופתעים בכלל על רמת האבחון הנמוכה של ביקור רופא.
רק לשם ההבנה דלקת ברמה נמוכה זה 0.5 ל1 נק' כשאני הייתי במצב של 30נק'.

את הכניסה לבנין המודרני הכרתי מביקורים קודמים שם.
את השר״פ המודרני,המטופח והיעיל גיליתי היום לראשונה.
הכניסה הראשית מאירת עיניים.
המעלית מתוחזקת ונעימה והכניסה לשרפ אפפה אותי בהרגשה ממש בטוחה.
הכניסה למתחם עצמו הפתיעה והשרתה הרבה כבוד למקום.
ההמתנה היתה נעימה כשלפנינוו לוח מידע שגם פרסם בכתב וגם בסיוע רמקול.
הרופא התגלה ברוב רצינותו והאכפתיות שלו כאדם נעים הליכות ומומחה בתחום הרפואי שלו.
קיבלנו ממנו מידע מפורט היכן להשיג את התרופה ומידת המינון שלה.
יצאנו שבעי רצון עם הרגשה שהלואי ולא יקרה בעתיד אילוץ שנהיה מחויבים לבוא-
אבל אם כן-

אם היה אפשר לתת מינוס 100 כוכבים זה מה שהיו מקבלים,
השירות של המזכירות גועל נפש,
הדבר היחיד שמעניין אותן זה לשלם כסף, גם כשמגיעים עם הפניה אי אף פעם לא טובה
מבקשים להדגיש ביקור רופא כפר סבא וגם לאחר שנעשה ממציאים שהקוד לא תקין במקום שיתנו הנחיות ויעשו סדר והמקום זה בנאדם מגיע מעולף עם כאבים בחזה אומרים לו תשלם כסף או שאין טיפול.
ביזיון אחד גדול.

אין מה לחזור למקום כזה !

(חיילים): הביקורופא הכי טוב שקיים באיזור המרכז. המקום נותן מענה רפואי לחיילים שהמערכת הצבאית גורמת להם להיות חולים ומעניק להם את הטיפול הראוי והמסור ביותר כשמדובר בימי מנוחה. על כן, אני מתפקדת טוב יותר ואני חייבת להודות לכל הצוות שתרם באבחנתו המדויקת של מצבי הבריאותי. אין עליכם צוות הרופאים של ביקורופא כפרסבא, החיים של החיילים תמיד היו נתונים לידכם ולא איכזבתם עד כה

הגעתי בשבע בערב ביום שני, התקבלתי תוך 5 דקות למזכירות, כעבור עשר דקות לאח מקצועי ונעים. כעבור כעשרים דקות הגיעו תוצאות בדיקת הדם ואז נכנסתי לרופא. גם הוא היה מקצועי ונחמד. פחות משעה והייתי בחוץ. אולי בגלל היום והשעה אבל היה טוב מאוד. (תור של אזרחים).

The doctor was so nice! I needed anti-nausea stuff and he gave me me one pill right away plus a prescription. Total visit cost was ₪450 which isn’t cheap but also not exorbitant. Reception doesn’t speak much English but the medical staff all spoke more than enough.

American tourists who came for quick fix. It was fast and efficient service. Bring someone who speaks Hebrew to help the process. Total time 30min.
Also, it’s next to the Mercedes dealership.

As a traveler who needed urgent medical assistance on Shabbat, I am grateful for the doctors here. Every spoke English, the visit cost me $120 USD, and I was able to get a prescription easily.

Came in late Friday night.

Not too many people were waiting in line so I got to see the doctor after about 15 minutes.

The doctor was super nice and professional.

It is a fraud. I asked for a hotel consultation for a scratch in my back that was getting red and may have been infected. The hotel called MyDoctor and I was told to wait for 2 hours for the doctor visit.
After 2 hrs I got a call from “the doctor” asking me to go to his car to check me there because he couldn’t park (it was midnight and the street was empty). I said no, so finally he came up to my hotel room.
The person that came didn’t look or behaved as a doctor. He was in a hurry. I barely showed my back and without taking a close look (not even dropping his backpack), he said “you have to go to a hospital to be treated as it is an abscess, there is nothing I can do.”
It was strange to me that he didn’t even tried to clean the scratch or anything. So I asked him to show me his doctor id. He refused to show me anything. I took him to the hotel reception and then he showed in his phone a fake id (I know it was fake because the id photo had just the upper part of his face and the hotel manager agreed). Long story short, this guy left and I called the company demanding to reimburse me the credit card charge ($125 usd) but they refused.
Beware of these thieves.

Unbelievable. I arrived at this “medical clinic” at 6:45, where the receptionist “helped me check in” (considering I do not speak hebrew). I proceeded to sit down and wait for my turn, as one does. After the hour and a half mark I decided to wait in line to ask the receptionist when I would get to see the doctor. She refused to help me, repeatedly saying “no english.” Following this interaction a women who spoke hebrew helped translate for me, where the receptionist who “helped” me in the beginning had the audacity to say “who are you? where did you get that check in number?” (on google translate). Around 2 hours had passed, and I had fully thought I was checked in, but I was waiting for a number that was never going to be called. The receptionist finally caved and agreed to check me in. I wait about another hour before I see a “doctor,” who examined me for 2 minutes and kicked me out. He was useless. In a case of an emergency, do not make the mistake of going to this “clinic.” I guarantee you are better off taking 2 Advil and calling it a day, then waiting for 3 hours to see a doctor who won’t help you.

The nurse was fine.
I met worst doctor I've never met.

If you have a symptom in weekend, wait until your clinic open.
Or, Just go to emergency room.

As another person wrote, there were so rude.
It's not worth to visit this facility if you want to get good treatment.
Don't miss a time for your precious life.

OK, so some Negative comments here, however, I found this clinic worked for me.
Both reception lady and nurse was very helpful...
To find, walk from the station towards the car dealers.....between two dealers there is a large walkway ...towards two lifts after glass doors....
Go up 1 floor.....
Then you're in the reception.....
Use the little machine to get your ticket....(like in the supermarket for your cold meats) you need a ticket to be in the Q for the reception lady....
I had PCR test, so when you're called, walk round to the left.....and head to the left door...

Unfortunately, unable to give 0 stars. Do not answer phone. Do not respond. Urgent care, not close. Very sad.

Terrible experience, the wait is extremely long, and if you don't go and ask them to get you back in the queue you will never get called, as some numbers get out of the queue when you do nothing.
They should be efficient, but in reality they are extremely inefficient, waiting 3 hours in the queue to get called is pretty typical.

I highly recommend to avoid coming here if it's not absolutely necessary, and even then only if you can wait at least 3 hours in the queue.
