I went to today to check a malfunction on my AirPods. They charged me Rs. 750 for a basic 2 minute physical check and insisted I pay the amount. AirPods are not openable, so just a physical check, Rs.750 is charged. Plus no solution for the repair of the AirPods. Very poor show for an Apple service center. Rude attitude.

Staff are good but Process is not good. They don't have battery for any iPhone models in stock and they do not have any contact number to check when it will be available. You have to go in person to find out. Also, you have to keep the phone in their custody to order the battery until it comes from Apple.

Amazed to see good rating for this showroom, because my experience was not good. When we entered into shop he didn't even bother to enquire...then when askd him about xiomi tablet why it feels laggy the answer he gave it ll be like that only and started being idle...again i askd few questions his answers were like very careless and you can't get the confidance of buying... I think they have more customers so no new customers needed...

I visited the shop for the first time on Friday (20/10/2023). I don't know much about taking token and all. so I forgot to remember the token number. when I enquired about my token number,one of the staff told me that no way to tell again the token number. but another staff (a skinny guy, sorry to say ) asked my phone number and he checked my token number. so kindly polite.
they also turned off the screen showing the token number. poor parking facility.

This place food is really tasty. I always visit once a month to have biryani and other dishes.

Service is also good, but the place is not that much comfortable to eat there. I will suggest taking out the food to enjoy at home.

My biggest and most detailed review in life!

This place saved my life from turning to a depression nightmare! On a casual saturday night my phone decided to just take a good alone time and did the screen of death (white screen) on me and literally left me wondering what is my purpose in life the whole night without a phone which i literally can't do anything without!

i run businesses based on abroad and online consultancy services for my clients and phone is the 99% factor that makes my work going smoothly and a single message unseen/missed is very crucial for the field im in..i was stuck without any idea what im gonna on a weekend night without anyone to ask for help and I hopped onto my wife's phone to check the internet for how long it would take(said an average of 4-5 working days) and the prices (30-35k),in short nothing i saw was looking good.

That's when i remember how these guys had helped me out 2 years ago when i messed up my wife's gift by forgetting the password to her new iphone on her birthday(yea,we exist too).

i decided to go to them the next working day (even on Sundays they're open guys,which is the thing that calmed me in between of my panic attack) and upon arrival i was welcomed very well by the staffs and was attended to in less than 2 minutes by Mr.Sijo and i quickly felt relieved at the way he was reassuring and calming me about the whole situation,he was a good listener and understanding how desperate my life hanged on to the mobile he promised to do his best to get it sorted out ASAP

the mobile was handed over to the service centre at morning 11.30ish and in less than an hour we received a call from Mr.sijo saying the complaint has been approved for free repair and replacement (out of warranty) and would get on to the repair ASAP,and i mentioned i dont mean to be pushing them on a sunday and if it's too much trouble i can wait until Monday..they said to leave it up to them and ended our call..by 3pm Sunday (literally less than 3 hours) Mr.sijo called again to say the phone is ready for pickup!!

what should i say to such a team who did the best service anyone could wish for? Than you soo much dear Sijo sir for being the best provider and being a great listener.i literally loved each and every aspect of them from the moment i stepped into their premises,hats off to the whole team for everything you guys are and do❤️❤️i would definitely recommend them anytime any day for you guys if you need genuine service from official apple service providers.

As always i keep the best for the last, there's another hero in the whole story who i could never forget..
Mr.Bijas sir(i think he is the head of the service centre) which i contacted through my mutual friends and trust me guys.. he's the most friendlist and helpful person who made my day!! Without him i think i would have been stuck in this issue without a solution atleast a week as everyone else states over the internet.unlike many people in high positions who doesn't want to be bothered about clients or base level workings,he stood apart so much that i literally had to tell him to end the call(approx 25minutes) as i knew i was disturbing him so much on a sunday morning😅 he didnt end the call until i was educated very well on why it happend and what's the best solutions and how quickly it could be resolved,he promised me to give the best efforts from the whole team❤️to the owner of the establishment i can say with 100% confidence he is the biggest asset you can own!! i would vouch for an establishment as long as people like him exists..Thank you so much Bijas sir once again!🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️

Food is amazing. Not suitable for families. But for a single bachelor or for parcel it's definitely recommended. Totally worth it under this price & even far better than other renowned restaurants of Bhilai in terms of taste.

Do not visit early at noon like 12 or 1 . The best time to visit this place is after after 3 4 best time is evening. Because till then the biryani in lower side of Daig(cooking utensil) is in its best taste & form.

Long waiting hours for silly issues. Charging 1750 for just an analysis checking is really equal to robbery. Friendly staffs. Working hours could have been make more convenient.

Biggest fraudulent company faking the iCare branding , they don't know even to open an ipad , I lost my ipad and the amount I paid , when I asked my device back in the given condition , he refused and I went consumer court , for the guy , this is a regular deal and I was surprised to see , how he handled the officials , they gave me a report that , I must took utter care to realise this is an un authorised centre and it was my mistake to go there .

Finally I losty money , time and data , please refrain from such people and trust apple care . . This isis a one man company and you ll land in no ware if you go there

Very bad experience..I gave them my Asus laptop to replace GPU fan..they replaced it with new one..but now suddenly one day my laptop isn't even getting on.

We gave our touch screen Asus laptop to them for repair minor reapair. They took months and made it worst that it's not repairable anymore. Now them and @Asus are saying it was out of warranty and they can't do anything about it. My question is why did they accept to repair the laptop if it was out of warranty and they weren't capable to repair it? I would advise anyone reading my review to stay away from this shop because they are a scam!

I have visited this service centre 3 times in a span of 3 weeks. Got Asus 5z phone repaired after being dead. They did servicing and replaced battery. Phone battery kept discharging in less than 10-11 hours after repairs. So filed a complaint. Service centre readily replaced the battery again saying that replaced battery may have been faulty. After this phone battery started draining in 4-5 hours and dead in < 5days. Not even charging. Note the phone battery discharges even on Airplane mode/even switched off mode. Now Service Centre as well as Asus support agree to quote phone cost repairs (claiming issue may be with motherboard) but I haven't heard from them for more than a week now. Totally disappointed with Asus.

My company's MacBook Pro 2015 model a 1466. All of us on a one day it was not powering on as I was tied with many of the adapter which I have in stock so after I found out that is having Complaint with the hardware. And I was surprised to hear the news that if you are not done service with any third-party it can be with 99.9 percentage. The repair process took three days to identify and I rectify my MacBook. I went here with iphone charging slot damaged that guy even after telling that wants to diagnose the problem , he took the phone for 3 hours , and god knows what he did .

Useless person sitting there took 1200rs for nothing out of which rs 500 is for diagnosis it seems , my problem was not solved.i dont know what he did . Hopeless person , rude and arrogant , doesnt know how to talk to customers.
Says he worked for apple and he knows many things .

Mobile service is worst in quality.

I given a android phone for changing display, he fixed a unsuitable display (Rs. 2800/-), which was projecting above the actual phone. After a lots of argument also, he did not accept his fault and he was convincing me to adjust with that by using a cover.

Because of the projecting glass display outside the phone, a corner was damaged in few days by simply touching in wall.

I visited this service center (named as 'realme') and asked him to repair it.
He asked Rs. 2800/- and told that it will come again like earlier only (extended display). I demanded that it was because of his mistake, so asked for replacement. Without any responds (ignorance), he was moving outside and asked me to come out for closing of shop.

When I tried to take a video of his response, angrily he came to hit my phone and told that he will break this phone too.

I can sure, these people don't know the works properly.

I have given iPhone 7 plus for battery replacement. My phone's power button was also not working. Mohammed the man did the job very well and
I got the battery and power button replaced the same day at a reasonable price. He is very professional. Thank you very much. Surely recommend for all who is using apple products.
