I've wanted to buy the earphones which are quoted online for 399, but they are asking 600 for that earphone. I showed them the MI price, and he said that he's a retailer and can't offer the headset for 399. After some time, he offered 500. I bought the headset at another MI showroom for 399. If you guys are buying products, ask for the online price and don't overpay.
The accessories prices are more than double that are available online.

Lovely products, very poor customer service, I brought 2 PS move controllers with eye cam and around 13 CD's, the staff were very irresponsive, they were not helpful in any way. They seemed very rude.
It's like if you want to have a Xiaomi product and this store is closest then you go there. Nothing good but nothing bad also. You will get products at the same price as online.

I bought elgato device from the Cex Store Mantri Mall and the box contains device,usb cable and one more hdmi cable is missing in the box. I noticed after reaching home while try to connect. Later I communicate through store employee saying its missing. He misunderstood like I am trying to selling this product and replied without necessary accession we don't buy any products which is our policy. So i called and update him 2 days before i bought this product from you and cable is missing. He said I need to cross verify in the camera and accept we didn't provide you, so u can collect it but before i need to confirm with manager. Later he called and update me like Manager told me a person who sold the device didn't give HDMI cable so we can't provide you.
Here I need a clarification without necessary accesories how could you buy the product from one person???

Amazed to see good rating for this showroom, because my experience was not good. When we entered into shop he didn't even bother to enquire...then when askd him about xiomi tablet why it feels laggy the answer he gave it ll be like that only and started being idle...again i askd few questions his answers were like very careless and you can't get the confidance of buying... I think they have more customers so no new customers needed...

They have the products but these guys charge more than the price advertised in the website. I enquired about a powerbank which was 3000 odd in the official website and these guys are asking for 4000 so had to order online but the online site sent me a pdt which was manufactured in Dec 2022 so check for the manufactured date and then decide

Everytime I've gone there (Almost 4-5 times) their behaviour's been off especially this guy called Junaid. Products are good and I like the CeX idea a lot but if they don't work on their behaviour and customer service it's a bad experience. I hope they look into it since their other CeX phoenix store is quite good in every way.

My credit card doesn’t work only at this show room. Works everywhere in the world. Went there twice on different days. The mi team don’t take any effort to improve or have ownership of their store.

The worst CEX store I have visited. Staff is very rude and not interested to transact. They are not ready to listen. I came to sell my iPhone 11 pro max and I had phone and all the box, bill and charger cable but I didn't have the charging plug as didn't want to give the plug and I was asking if I can sell without the charging. The guy was least in interested and very rude and behaving as if he was giving some life saving drug by taking my phone. There are other players in the market who can take the phone and there other store (CEX Phoenix has much better people). Avoid this store if you can or else you will realise what I felt. The place has moved to lower basement in front of Spar. Earlier it used to be on UB.

One of the worst stores in the city with no customer empathy.. They try to sell the product somehow but no proper response on installation and service. I seriously request the store manager to look into this and reply back with an email id where I could send the invoice details

Initial amount they quote was good. Next they told they need 2-3 hrs to test the product, which seemed acceptable. But they would need 2-3 days to make the payment which did not seem reasonable. In the age of instant payment, waiting 2-3 days for payment by leaving the product did not feel right. Staff were responsive.

They have obsolete TV models on display. When I wanted to see the demo for their popular 4K TV models: X43 and 5X series, I was told by the people in this outlet that they don't have these models for display. Big disappointment..

This place is good to buy all mi products. I recently buy the mi note 5 pro and mi ear phones 699 which is quite good. Sales person are not so responsive I only asked what are the pros of the devices. Later that only the told about that. That must be improved.
I went for my refmi note 4 screen replacement. They said .It will cost u 3000 bucks. And they said it will take one day. Also they guided me to go for a local service guy who is nearby. And they said he can do it at lower costs. Worst.
