I bought a Xiaomi Grooming Kit Trimmer from Mi showroom at Phoenix market City, Velachery. I unboxed the trimmer in front of the staff & we found that the trimmer adjustable was in damaged condition. So, I requested for the replacement & they replied that I would go to the MI service centre which is located at 100 feet road, Velachery, due out of stock.
I approached the Mi Service centre ( 100 feet road ) & requested for the replacement. The Staff Mr.Raja was not responding properly. It's very annoying for the customers. Kindly requesting for the replacement as an immediate action. Expecting a swift / positive response from your end.

Don't ever buy any redmi product.its better to announce no warrenty or guarantee for redmi mobile .my redmi mobile stoped working in 1 month this people told to go to service centre.tambaram and Velachery and most of redmi service centre telling we don't have any spare like mother board , display or battery,go and repair in local shop . Worst company mi.sold it and got oppo mobile .soon like Sony redmi will leave India .
LuLu hypermarket is the heart of the kochi. you can get almost items here itself, especially if you want highest quality of fruits and vegetables it is a place to look for.
The staffs of the hypermarket keeps it tidy. It's better to go there on the weekdays, in the weekends the hypermarket is heavily crowded.

One of the fraud exclusive showroom centre in chennai. I won't suggest this service centre for anybody. Particularly, the sales person Vijay who is here to cheat the customer.
I bought my phone and noticed charger port is not working. The showroom person requested us to take phone to service centre. But it was pretty surprise how he asked us to go to service centre even though it was new piece. He told us that once the mobile phone problem was identified they will be replacing with new one. But scenario was different at service centre. I gave review separately for that service centre, velachery. This Kinde of persons are there to cheat common persons like us. Please beware of them. Please avoid this service centre @ Pheonix mall.
@MI officials please take necessary action otherwise you will be losing your customer day by day.

I was fooled by one of the salesman, sold me sub-standard screen guard for double the amount under the pretext that it is high quality product.
The security guards are acting erratically.
We're here with my pals, dressed casually, and I believe he's taken aback by our attire.
In any case, this is not an appropriate method of customer care.
I never advise anyone to buy anything from this store.

I Had a problem with my display and had to change it. I was informed that everything would work normally hence decided to change it. When i got the phone back the whole back panel was coming off and was not fixed properly. On asking why, they said that's how it is. Had a lot of problem as the back panel kept coming off. The phone worked for 2 months and the display started malfunctioning again. This time i went to a local store and he changed the display for half the price of what was quoted at the store and also put a new screen guard for free as well as fixed the back panel. Sorry to say but a bad experience with the Mi store.

visited the redmi store today at porvorim to put a screenguard to my phone ..but instead of just putting the screenguard the guy there acted so dumb he tried to remove my actual phone screen ...and now i have to put a new screen all over again worth idk how much would it cost me.

I given a android phone for changing display, he fixed a unsuitable display (Rs. 2800/-), which was projecting above the actual phone. After a lots of argument also, he did not accept his fault and he was convincing me to adjust with that by using a cover.
Because of the projecting glass display outside the phone, a corner was damaged in few days by simply touching in wall.
I visited this service center (named as 'realme') and asked him to repair it.
He asked Rs. 2800/- and told that it will come again like earlier only (extended display). I demanded that it was because of his mistake, so asked for replacement. Without any responds (ignorance), he was moving outside and asked me to come out for closing of shop.
