As the name suggests, only different types of Reliance outlets are there at one place viz. Reliance Trends, Reliance Fresh, Reliance Jewels, Reliance Digital, Reliance Footwear, etc. There is no other brand showroom. However, Nathu Sweets Restaurant is there on the ground floor. Ample parking space in the basement. A good place for shopping in Dwarka for Reliance brand lovers.
Not many shops in this mall. You will find digital, trends, reliance grocery and some other small shops. Cannot spend much time here. Better head to Vegas mall which is just half a km away.
Best super mart for the residents near Sector 12, Dwarka. Free Parking. (Vegas Mall now has a paid parking). Some rush but not to the level of causing inconvenience. It is very close to Sector 12 Metro station (Just across the road). You also have Reliance Trends, Reliance digital. Reliance jwellay shop, in addition.
Went to Reliance digital to buy a smart phone and a Refrigerator. Staff was nice and my experience was pleasant. Electronics price is competitive and they do perform "price match" (For example - if the same electronic item model is cheaper on Amazon, Flipkart or at any other retail store, they will sell the item at same price).
Everything is good except salesman and saleswoman. They are not talking in proper way using bad word for each other.. Not professional behavior specially upper section. they don't even bothered when customers is around them. Atmosphere not feel like mall.
I could not visit the entire Mall.well, infrastructure and amenities are fine.Parking is fine well managed and staff is well behaved.Cleanliness and tidiness is there. Famous Nathu Sweet is here and is a nice stop over for Breakfast lunch brunch and Dinner..Almost all good brands are here for the Shoppers .

We find Reliance very convenient for certain essential products. The quality of Vegetables and fruits could certainly be improved a lot.
This rating is for home delivery service provided by smart bazaar. Yesterday I had purchased stuff and asked to deliver it at my place. The executive there said it's late now and can't deliver it now, will deliver next noon before 2 pm. After waiting till 7 pm connected to the number provided which is again a Pan India toll free number. Customer executive raised complaint against this issue.
My question is if you can't deliver on time why do you take one's? Neither there is any message regarding delay in delivery nor my stuff is delivered.

I don't know why there are 18 counters for billing. . . When only 5-6 counters are working. . Billing should be fast. . Pathetic response from the manager as well. .
One of busiest and biggest reliance smart ever in ahmedabad, go 1 hour before your concern time, responsive staff, good and structural departments.

Yes when went to buy Anjana Gruh Udyog Kutch peda the MRP was clearly mentioned 140 but they wanted to charge 160 when asked the shop owner at cashier he said that's the extra cost. How such a big shop can charge more than MRP, such an illegit business practice.

The only store in sector 45 area but they do not have much stuff in the store. Most of the stuff is dusty and not organized in a proper way. No fresh vegetables or fruits only non-perishable items.
You can find some stationary and kitchen ware stuff as well. Milk, curd, juices, icecream and chocolate are also available

The staff are not aware of offers which they pasted with products Please check at the cash counter to confirm before purchasing any product or they will charge you more and then will give you a refund in the form of reliance one point so you have to visit there again and again purchase a product from them so make sure you ask for the refund might it will take few minutes of arguments but they will give you the refund don't make them to pay you with their reliance one point if you are not a frequent customer of reliance always they have some issue with offers.
It was a awsome experince of shopping i had............. it is situated in the 1st floor of reliance building......... And in the entrance i was provided with the trolley for purchase and i got a good behaviour from workers in the raliance mart.. Frwsh vegetables are also available inside the mart......Billing counter are also there according to the customer's rush... Overall i prefer shopping here.....☺️☺️

It is good grocery store in sector 45, Gurgaon. You can have almost all necessary items there including fruit and vegetables and dairy products.

We have visited today and we find children's day celebration 🥳 my daughter loved it. Some magic show and tattoo making was there. Nice place with your needs not that big but yes it's nice.
Visited today while Exclusive (?)offers are there on 09th & 10 Dec,23. All are gimmicks just to fool the common people. Be careful about the Price tag while picking up any items Almost all items tagged wrongly to bluff the customers. Very disappointed this time. I just ordered Dahi via Dunzo. This shot sent an expired product. Today is 21st Aug, and the sent me Dahi expired on 17th August.
Great one stop shop for all kinds of daily essentials. Snacks, household essentials,fresh vegetables, condiments, chocolates, all under one roof.

Worst service. I order some item via #Dunzo they were available on app. Store keeper call and said some item are not available, so I told him to cancel order but he was not ready to cancel order by his side he was forcing us to cancel order as he was not ready to bear cancellation charge though it was his mistake. #Dunzo should notice this and take necessary action.
Worst experience ever. Not only the owner of the shop but the staff too are very rude, very badly storage’s are maintained. Selling everything on MRP. Zero customer service & trust on customers. Not recommendation at all.

Scamming customers through Dunzo's platform. If there is a way to blacklist them, needs to be done immediately. Two bad experiences. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING
Never place any order from Dunzo, they will either be priced more than the MRP, or will be sent in packets smaller than ordered and earn in a filthy manner. Had ordered for Chitale amrakhand and Haldiram salted peanuts 150 grams. Amrakhand MRP 66 was billed at 75 and instead of 1 single packet of peanuts of 150 grams billed at INR 47, 4 individual packets of INR 10 each were delivered.
Most of the daily using items are available at reasonable rates which includes grocery, FMCG, biscuits, chocolates, fancy, stationery, electricals and others. From the last few months, store is not having full stock, also they are not maintaing any wide range of vegetables and fruits which is quite disappointing. After Big Bazaar issue, don't know what is really happening.

Place is good for buying edible grocery items. Pulses, rice, atta and dry fruits etc are of premium quality. For other FMCG items , everything is sold at mrp, hence not recommended

You have kept all paid reviews but just to grow the shop.s ratings you are proving how bad the shop service is... & Social networking reviews are bombarded by only paid reviews....

Good store which has all the daily groceries. Rates are also OK. only problem is car parking and there is very less space to move inside the store which makes it claustrophobic sometimes. It accepts Sodexo on food items
Lot of unbiased brand (not like bigbazzar offers only selected profitable brand only),less offer but choices for regular use is more .the only issue is carry bag ,they charge ₹25/-per big size with viva brand on it .if bag has store name ,than it should be free as per court guidelines
Interesting to see a small, space crunched super market thriving, inspite of being in the close vicinity of a big brand, Big Bazaar. That tells you something special which Viva is able to cater and Big Bazaar is not able to. They have got a small parking space, good for two wheelers but four wheeler parking could be a challenge. Carry your own grocery bag else you need to pay for it.

Small shop but you can find all sort of things here. I'm sometimes surprised by how much stuff they have. Do swing by once. It is much better than big Bazaar.
