Thank you so much to the staff and the members for the hospitality towards our children with special needs. We all enjoyed a lot, the food was tasty and the place was neat and clean. The staff members were very attentive and helpful, especially when helping to mobilize the children on wheelchairs. We will definitely visit again!

Wonderful place for one day picnic as well as overnight stay. Lot of adventure activities for adults and kids.

This store is nearby the metro station. Agra souvenirs are available here. Staff is polite and honest. I was going to buy an elephant made of soft stone but the salesman honestly informed me about the material and advised me to buy an artefact of better quality and make. He helped me choose an art piece which was best for my budget and taste. The sales staff is very good.

This place is really good,worth the visit,and the food was very authentic and tasty,we had fun in the swimming pool and water slides and there are cottages for stay but we didn’t stay overnight as we are from Goa itself 😁and the spice plantation was good knowledgeable,wonderful place

On my trip to Agra, India, the tourist guide offered me to visit a shop, which he assured me was trustworthy as they only sold quality products and it was guaranteed by the government of India.

The reason I agreed to go to ANIL Handicrafts was that, and it turned out to be my worst mistake, as I trusted the tourist guide and ANIL Handicrafts.

I wanted to buy some statues from the Hindu religion that were made of sandalwood, and they showed me a variety of pieces. Among all of them, there was the statue of Ganeshas with three heads that caught my attention.

I took some time to observe the three heads of Ganesha, making the mistake of not paying attention to every detail of the statue.

If a shop is serious and respectable, and sells only quality products, you wouldn't expect to be deceived, right?

I have finally acquired the Ganesha statue and two additional pieces.

When I returned to my country, I found the unpleasant surprise that the statue of Ganesha was broken, and the missing piece (a Ganesha arm) was not in the packaging!!, it was already broken in the store and that is how they sold it to me. without warning me that it was broken.

I made a complaint to the tourist guide and ANIL Handicrafts , and no one took responsibility,

Anil Handicrafts had done its business, and the tourist guide had received his commission.

On the contrary, ANIL Handicrafts blamed me for not having observed the statue correctly at the time of buying it or for having broken it on the return trip.

It is clear that the only objective of ANIL Handicrafts is to sell regardless of the way, even at the cost of abusing tourists visiting Agra on the basis of unfair business practices.

On a 200acre property, there are multiple things to do in terms of activities. However, either all of the staff members aren't aware of the same or, they do not bother with educating the guests about the same.

***Some of the positives***

1. There is plenty of flora and fauna for nature enthusiasts to explore and engage with.

2. There are a variety of activities that one can pick and choose from; provided you proactively ask at the reception because most of them are over and above the stay costs.

3. There is an intermediate level hike; a pre-breakfast valley walk through the property to read about the 12 Rashees, which leads to a beautiful viewpoint to experience some gorgeous and wild, yet, local floral beauty. The guide is knowledgeable and helpful too.

4. The spice farm is very meticulously maintained and the guide explains every critical plantation in detail.

***Disadvantages***

1. Don't always expect a welcome of being showered by flower petals. Some times, if you end up going on a long weekend Sunday, and they have lesser resources, they will welcome you with a glass of Kokum sharbat instead.

2. Please ensure that when you book a cottage, you specifically ask for one which is closer to the dining hall; especially, if you are traveling with someone elderly. Because it is in one corner of the property and the resort has no serving food in the cottages policy.

3. The spice shop does not have MRP tagged to its products so you will have to enquire about the same before you make a purchase.

4. The most ticking off part was that this establishment has one of the lousiest meal arrangements (w.r.t. timings) that we have encountered so far. So if you wish to order off the menu, first consider whether its a holiday or a long weekend. Then, gauge the amount of guests that they are expecting, and THEN place an order AT LEAST an hour before you actually wish to eat. Directly denying to take an order would have been much better than saying it'll take 20 minutes, then at 40 minutes saying that it's ready and only needs to be plated, and yet, even at 60 minutes, it still not being served.

Overall, the place is filled with Instagram friendly spots designated at photo stops and just like most of the commercialized establishments today, all your requests will undoubtedly be entertained when you book in bulk. Not worth the expensive tariff of 7k+ for two pax (AP) with stay. And since they have a tie-up with Treebo for 6+ months now, I definitely expected a better experience!

If you are visiting Agra, I totally recommend going to this place Anil handicrafts, is worth to find real quality pashmina shawls ! An absolute exquisite place with rare fabrics and designs! I bought many for my family. Great time in their place In all these years of buying, the standard of wool and its quality has not gone down. Well Good to see these people maintaining handmade and keeping it continue to make genuine handmade pashmina shawls.

This is one of the better spice farms that have mushroomed all over Goa. The USP of this farm is that they shower you with flower petals on your arrival that really sets the mood for your stay there. Also they give you a personalised tour of their farm where the guide explains to you the use of various spices such as cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, lemon grass, All spice plant, the insulin plant, etc. Also they have a specimen old house with the ancient tools of living with a small group of rabbits, ducks and a cow. They have two swimming pools one big and the other one shalllow two slides, one of them really enjoyable. They have space to accommodate over 500 ppl at a time. And presumably there are overnight facilities as well. Our package consisted of breakfast, lunch (with chicken and kingfish fry) and evening tea with biscuits. There are adventure facilities as well such as rappeling etc. They also have rain dance. All in all it's a good place to spend a day. The climate is hot and humid during summer and i think monsoons will be much more pleasurable. The view of the mountains is very pleasing to the eye. You can put this spice farm on your must visit list. Cheers!

First of all everyone had a lunch there after that They take everyone for a small demo tour of spice plantation and explain about benefits of spices, how can we use them in different kind of diseases, their production and exportation
At last the have some good product like natural oils ,some powders which you can buy if you want to

I saw the online reviews and went to this handicraft store in agra to buy for my family back in delhi. I met the owner anil and came to know a lot about agra's history and its crafts. I bought one jewellery box made of marble inlay hand work and a matching plate for my wall. Loving it:)

nice shop with friendly atmosphere. Marble work is good and I think it is obligatory to buy marble inlay work in agra if you are visiting once. I bought a pair of elephants with the inlay work of blue lapis lazuli which cost me Rs.2500

I could not find a quilted jacket of my size in jaipur ( I am 3xl) :)) and hence I purchased it from this store. I found what I was looking for the minute I walked into this store. I paid around Rs.3000 for a jacket my size. This is pretty cheap I guess

This shop conned us into buying normal spices at exorbitant prices. A normal banana chips packet (250 gms) which is available at 125 rp outside was sold to us at 250 rp. We paid 3600 rp in total for only few things. Won't recommend this place.

Found good clothes with chikankari embroidery in this store. At the price of Rs.600 they were very cheap as compared to other shops. Apart from this we also bought very nice trousers for 700 rupees each with beautiful prints on them.
Since we are visiting North India chikankari art was one thing on our bucket list. The chikankari tunics were made of soft cotton which is very hard to find. Most of the other shops we isited were selling very hard cotton with starch in it and the material was also transparent. But this shop is good and worth visiting.

Had an awesome experience at the farm. So much to learn about the plants. The food also was not bad. Our Guide Francis made sure we had amazing time during the visit. Providing all the knowledge on plant spices.

A good place to visit. Not a plantation, but a huge garden, but with good guides and explanation. And a very abundan lunch. For the price it seemed worth it, while on the way (of course, not to cross the whole state just for it)

Nice Location, much more spacious than what you expect out of a resort, clean beauty with peacocks chattering whole day, The Most lovable element is swimming pool with zero chlorination, natural water, fresh refill at each time you get into the swimming mood. Awesome experience, quick service.

There is nothing to see and just waste of time and money , they charged Rs. 500 as entry fee which include spice tour and lunch useless lunch , at least serve the food hot. Very Disappointed. Will suggest not to visit this place .

So touristy but still loved it. The entire tour can be in English or Hindi depending on which you prefer. We took the English one. It's a total of an hour of walking around the plantation where you get shown the various spices being farmed. Also got shown the original distillery for feni and it ends with a simple lunch ( veg and non veg ) with bananas for dessert. Small shop available to buy spices for friends and family. Nice farewell touch. Didn't get to take many pictures at lunch or the shop since it's a long queue to eat and then to shop.. Proper Indian dishes style..

Google maps takes you correctly here. Secluded place with lovely environment, rooms are okay for night out with 3 cots in each room. Round hut in the middle as sitting place with pool besides and basic necessities available. Internet connectivity is good over here. Fridge, sound system provided by the owner. Overall good for family outing.

Good place to visit and see spice plantation. Spices are available for sale. Also honey, fenny, essential oils are available. Per person ticket is rs 400/- which includes lunch.

400 INR for nothing. 30 minutes tour with explanation (only showing) of 20 spices and fruits. It’s a tourist rip off....save money and time and don’t go there

Disgusting place there is nothing to see here. They are just marketing this place as spice plantation. This is just spice selling counter for them where they only target tourist visitor to make them believe it's produced in their plantation.

It's a nice place to be, to connect with nature, take a break from routine and just chill. Away from the city, yet not too far away.

We had a day picnic here. Lucky to get a exclusive farmhouse all for ourself during Covid Times and that too at very reasonable rates. Food was tasty. Pradyumma helped us with setting up the barbeque and provided us a lot of help in providing things we had missed to pack.

Overall a very good place to revisit.

We entered into a spice shop called the ‘All Spices Market’ which was housed in an old dilapidated building. We climbed up a narrow and steep staircase to the first floor where the shop was located. They had a wide array of spices including many qualities of whole black and white peppers, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, dried red chillies, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, bay-leaf, star anise, herbs, tea and coffee powders and different dry fruits, as well as ready to eat fried banana and tapioca chips. While we were looking at our shopping list the lady attendants kept giving us samples of various herbal teas and coffee to taste. In a sense they were distracting our attention from the spices and by accepting their samples they were making us obligated to buy something. Ultimately we did buy many items which were not even on our list. My suggestion if you visit the spice market is to go with a shopping list and a rough idea of it’s price, so that you know beforehand whether you are getting your value for money or are being conned into buying.

If you want clothes and other fancy things this place is perfect for you, this place mostly has clothe shops and mobile accessories shops. Middle class people can by many useful things from here. Unlike some other places you can bargain for things.I bought a Denim Jacket with funky style, although I had to bargain for it but it was worth it.

One of the oldest spice markets housed in a heritage building run by womens co-op. Extremely tourist friendly, courteous sales pitch by the women complete with tasters for coffee and tea, but the prices are a little on the higher side.

The spices for sale are kinda costly but authentic!
Do try the Herbal Coffee which they give off as a sample. Buying it won't be a wrong choice!

The " All Spice market" is one of the finest spice shops in spice market. It is a 200-250 meters from the Jew Lane where most of the spices outlets are there. This shop is managed by women's co-operative group. They are very polite. They will offer you like ginger tea with honey, green tea once you enter the shop. It is a old shop.

A must visit place in Ponda. Entrance fees include food both veg and non veg. If you are a spice lover you will know how they grow and how Denni is made.There are elephants to charm the kids. They don't accept cards so carry cash to buy and pay for the entrance. Our guide Cyril was amazing! There is parking available

GINGER SPICE MARKET - Now while this is one of the oldest spice markets in Fort Kochi, keep in mind that there are other spice shops in the vicinity for you to choose from and compare both product and price. I bought a bar of saffron-scented soap for 100 Rupees (less than 2 USD) which I found to be a tad pricey, even for tourists. We were also helped to a free sampling of ginger tea and ginger candies (prior to my purchase).

Good shop for all your needs of varied Masale/spices

One of the oldest shops selling variety of spices in Fort Cochin. Place is worth a visit as they have authentic home made spices and herbs. But I would strongly recommend check other spice markets too before buying. Rates might not be pocket friendly.
