Experience was not good. The park having good space but not maintained properly. It welcomes with the nasty smell and drained water. All the game zones are not working properly and the machines are played when they have good number of visitors. Really not a good experience.

Serenity amidst city's fast paced life. Cubbon Park screams peace (an oxymoron) 😅.
Anyway a great place to unwind on a weekend. You must take a sheet to lay down . And then roll, read, unwind savoring the calmness in nature's lap.
It's a mini shilapramam Nice place to spend time with family in the evenings. Maintenance is good. Entry fee adults 40, kids 20 Rs. Enough parking space. Food court and stalls with khadi, sarees and dresses, hand made toys etc are open. Good lawns to relax and play area for kids. Usually some cultural programmes would be there with permanent stage available

Situated quite close to the famous standing statue of Lord Buddha and Hussain Sagar Lake, the largest artificial lake of Asia, the Lumbini Park is a place worth visiting. An apt place for relaxation, this park is visited by everyone. It is quite popular among kids. For kids, there are fun rides. It is more like a mini entertainment park right in the middle of the city, by the side of an beautiful lake.
Wonderful place to be at, experience the heritage of the art

Cubbon Park won my heart as a city oasis. The paths through the greenery and colorful flowers are so calming. The old Bandstand adds charm, and the peaceful atmosphere is a real escape. It's perfect for nature lovers, staying active, or family outings. Definitely a five-star gem.

One of the best places that you can visit in Kodaikanal. The place has such a beautiful sight ,with extraordinary collections of flowers and plants. The lawns are spread across a huge area. It is so well maintained. The are numerous spots for photos. There is a lake in the middle, with small streams along the way. The lake however is slightly dirty along the edges. But the beauty of the place is least affected. An excellent option for a picnic or a day spend with family or friends. The trees are so tall, and the mist runs in between, which adds to the view. There are resting sheds too in case of rain. The huge crowds are least felt as the area is vast. Parking is the main issue here, which is something really troublesome all through the city. There is an entry fee of 30 for adults, which is totally justified.

I visited the NTR Garden in Hyderabad and was pleasantly surprised by its serene and well-maintained ambiance. The lush greenery, colorful flowers, and impressive fountain created a tranquil environment that's perfect for a leisurely stroll or a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The garden's layout is thoughtfully designed, offering a variety of pathways to explore and relax. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I deducted one star due to some areas that seemed slightly less maintained. Overall, NTR Garden is a delightful spot to unwind and immerse oneself in nature's beauty.

Ticket prices are 20 per head for adults, and there is no ticket for children below 5 years. Good to see this area in the evening time from 4PM to 7PM.

Perfect for kids to play, But the cost for each game is 80/- per child for 10min. This price is very high compared to Wonderla Ocean Park. There we are taking one ticket for all kinds of water and non water games.

Very well maintained place.Ideal for weekend visit. Many small shops displaying and selling local crafts and hand made products from indian artisans. Many classical programs are organized in different occassions. A variety of pots and ceramics items u can choose to decorate your abode. Only drawback is the stench.

Bryant Park in Kodaikanal is a serene haven that beautifully encapsulates nature's charm. As I explored the park, I was greeted by a breathtaking variety of flowers, meticulously arranged in well-kept flower beds. The vibrant colors and fragrant blooms create an enchanting tapestry that's truly a sight to behold.

Walking through the park's well-maintained pathways, I couldn't help but feel a sense of tranquility. The lush greenery, combined with the soothing ambiance, made it an ideal spot for a leisurely stroll or a peaceful moment of introspection.

The park also houses a delightful glasshouse, where I found an impressive collection of exotic plants. It's a haven for botany enthusiasts and those seeking a slice of natural beauty amidst the urban landscape.

What struck me most about Bryant Park was its impeccable cleanliness and the sense of order that permeates the space. It's evident that the park is lovingly cared for, making it a testament to the town's dedication to preserving its natural treasures.

In summary, Bryant Park is a true gem in Kodaikanal, offering a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you're a nature lover, a photographer, or simply seeking a serene space to unwind, this park is a must-visit. Its well-manicured gardens, diverse flora, and peaceful atmosphere make it an oasis of beauty and calm.

We were a family of four that visited Disney and California land in July 2023. We brought the Genie pass expecting it to help us avoid the long waiting lines. The problem with the genie pass is that it only allows you to book one single ride. Usually the booking is for 2-3 hrs after you book, which means you cannot book another ride between that time. The most rides you can get into a fast lane is about 2-3 times at the most in an 8 hr period. It was a total rip off.

I went there when I was a kid and post that now because my family was here and te husband of a cousin who recently got married was excited to go to the Buddha statue in the Hussain Sagar Lake. We took the speed boat from Lumbini Park. It was sad to see how a beautiful park has been ruined. Not cleaned, no maintenance, contaminated water everywhere, I hygiene. But the boat ride was good if you can simply spend a little while in the water ignoring the foul smell that the tank bund usually has.
Over all, in the rainy weather, the views were mesmerising and we loved the ride.

It's perfect for Kids and classical music and dance lovers. Because there are playing places and beautiful stages where the classical dance n music performance happened. It's a small area comparatively another Shilparamam of Hyderabad. There are few shops which have different collections of Handicrafts of clothes, bangles, furniture & shoes.
Parking available but need to pay money 10/-rs for 2wheeler & 40/- rs for 4wheeler.

Canteen available for food n soft drinks, pop corn.

Try it for the weekend for kids they will like nature places.

Gets better by evening, someone shall visit for paid fun activities such as boating in Hussein sagar lake, rain dance, laser show and many more. It has few Food options as well to try inside. Nearby walkable attractions include Birla Mandir, High Court, necklace road, NTR gardens, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Statue etc.
Very low entry fees. Disastrous parking management (had to park our car on the side of the main road). Very long wait time for boating during holidays (~1Hr), but the ride lasts about 10 mins depending on the type of boat, and is a pretty fun experience. The "Break-Dance" ride was a little too aggressive for kids.

This is the place from where you can take boat to the Buddha Statue. There are different types of boats that can be hired but it is only the mechanized boats that stop and allow you to alight near the Buddha statue. The tickets @ Rs.50/head cost the least among all categories of boats. The camera charges are very high-Rs.1000 but you can shoot with your mobile. In the evenings at 7.30 pm there is a laser show. There is a small children park as well. Near one of the exits is a small food court as well. Parking is available on other side of the road near the Secretariat.. Laser show and musical fountain are highlight here. It was of a great standard. For online ticken booking you can either scan the bar code in the photo attached below, it take you directly to the website. 😊

The area is quite picturesque, with amazing collections of plants and flowers. Over a sizable area, there are many lawns. It is quite nicely kept. There are several places to take pictures. Small streams may be seen all the way along with a lake in the middle. On the other hand, the lake's shores are a little bit unclean. However, the location's attractiveness is least compromised. Great choice to spend a few hrs with loved ones or friends. The vista is enhanced by the tall trees and the mist that runs through them. In case of rain, there are also resting sheds.

The biggest problem, which is a major one throughout the city, is parking. Adults must pay ₹30 to enter, which is entirely reasonable.
Had been there for a programme,it's worth going there, lot of small scale sales shopes, dresses, toys for children, neat wash rooms, big stage to perform the programmes.tkts are there ok you can go with children and enjoy

Visited for the first time and did not find it particularly appealing. Development work is going on and large areas are inaccessible and/or covered with rubble.
I visited on a Sunday morning, so none of the shops vending stuff was open. So no tea, coffee cold beverages nor snacks.
The boating counter was open, and rates seemed to be quite reasonable.
Hopefully, when all the development work is completed, it will look more appealing.
Nice place to visit..
place is well maintained and neat..
ample parking space for 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers. it does have 2 children play areas one for under 10yrs only (both are very much crowded) and many shops. Outside food is allowed and few snacks stalls can be seen. 1 pack of Sweet corn costed 40rs.
Adult ticket costed 40rs and children ticket is 20rs, children under 4 are free.

A huge and beautiful garden at the middle of the city to spend some time with friends and family.
A large children's park is also there to spend time with your little ones. The toy train in this park is famous and too crowded outside to get a ticket for the same. The Park is surrounded by Museums, Bengaluru high court, cricket stadium, etc. You can sit on rocks or tables made in the Garden. Various food stalls are available at the entry gate which you can eat inside, but don't throw your garbage inside.

One of the amazing places of city to visit. This park is still under construction but the already constructed part is enough to make you mesmerised. Such a beautiful park with variety of flowers and bonsai trees and soothing music. a beautiful place to capture memorable pictures in your camera .
That park has beautiful fountains , sculptures, and statues of metal and stone. Food court is not built yet .
But the good thing is entry is free, and a nice place to spend your time with family

Once upon a time this park used to have so many working rides. But now the ticket itself is stamped for only 4 rides. Out of three are functional. Rs. 100 to me seems a little too high for a govt. managed park. Staff is cooperative, but what can they do if the park itself is very poorly managed.

Very few attendance even on a Sunday afternoon. The area reeks with the stench of a nearby drain canal. Being centrally located, most of the earnings probably comes from wedding receptions and functions like that. I hope the area is developed to provide a good place for kids to play and have fun, especially in present times, where most of them are glued to the screens.

Only if I could give 0 stars . Pure waste of money.
This park is in shambles and completely worn out.
There is nothing to see or enjoy here. Only 3 rides are working - water coaster, striking car and votex. Even these rides are in poor condition.
Visitors will be welcomed by nasty drain smell and lot of mosquitos.
For an entry fee of 100 rupees , only God knows where this money is being spent.there isn’t much crowd like it used to be several years ago.
Now it is mostly deserted( visited on a Sunday morning). Hardly 20 people were there .
Not worth it .

Nice location ,That park fit for family with kids entertainment. Nice environment with cool atmosphere .Well maintained park and granary. No entry fee. Try to be there before 6.00 pm. One of the best parks which is huge in the area and the best place for walks, jog, or playing for kids or pets.
