Ganga Aarti is performed at Har Ki Paudi ghat on the river Ganges in Haridwar. Thousands of devotees participate in daliy aarti performed twice a day in the morning and evening. In this aarti, there is light and sound and the priests perform prayers with bowls of fire and the ringing of the temple bells. Devotees float "diyas" (small candles) and flowers, surrounded by the chanting of the mantras and the reflection of the lights off the surface of the flowing river, which is said to be blessed by the Goddess Ganga. There are 21 places from where Aarti is performed. There is a charge for performing the aarti and we paid 1,100 INR for performing the aarti. A puja is performed before the start of the aarti by the priest and the aarti last about 10 minutes. It took place after 6.00 pm when we visited. You can get auto to reach Har ki Paudi and for elderly persons can take e-rickshaw.

Visited the temple during Ganesh Utsav.

The Tulsi Baug Ganpati is the manache's 4th ganpati. The ganpati is situated in the heart of the Tulsi Baug Market. I visited here at night during the Ganesh Chaturthi. The pandal is beautiful and mesmerising. The average waiting time in the line is approximately 20mins. The place is very crowded when the market is on.

I recently had the privilege of visiting Tulshibaug Ganpati, also known as the 4th 'Manacha Ganpati' in Pune. It was a remarkable experience, to say the least.
Upon arriving, I noticed that the place was bustling with devotees and visitors. Given that it was Ganesh Chaturthi, it was expectedly crowded. After taking darshan at the renowned Dagdusheth Ganpati Temple, we proceeded to Tulshibaug Ganpati. The crowd was immense, and people were jostling to get a glimpse of the deity.
However, what impressed me was the presence of the police, who were diligently managing the crowd. Their efforts ensured that the chaotic situation was brought under control, and the darshan experience became more orderly.
Being part of a gathering of over a lakh people during the Ganesh Chaturthi festival added to the excitement and vibrancy of the atmosphere, especially in the evenings.
After the darshan, I felt genuinely blessed and at peace. The spiritual experience, combined with the fervor of the festival and the overwhelming presence of the festival and the overwhelming presence of fellow devotees, made my visit to Tulshibaug Ganpati a truly memorable one.

Tulshi baug its very rushed market place, for decorative shops.
Tulshi baug Ganpati, also known as Shri Tulshi baug Ganpati Mandir area, is a renowned temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The temple holds great historical and cultural significance and has a rich history that spans several centuries.
The origin of Tulshi baug Ganpati dates back to the late 18th century. It is believed that a holy Brahmin named Shri Tulsiram Patwardhan discovered an idol of Lord Ganesha while plowing his field in the Tulshibag area. Recognizing the divine nature of the idol, he decided to establish a temple at the site.
Over time, the temple gained popularity, and the devotees' numbers swelled. However, the original temple structure was modest. In the early 20th century, the temple was renovated and expanded to accommodate the increasing devotees and provide a grander space for worship.
The architecture of Tulshi baug Ganpati Mandir showcases a blend of traditional Marathi and Hemadpanti styles. The main sanctum houses the magnificent idol of Lord Ganesha, adorned with exquisite decorations and ornaments. The idol is particularly revered for its unique posture, known as the "Ujwal" posture, which is not commonly found in other Ganesha temples.
The temple is known for its vibrant celebrations during the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi. Thousands of devotees flock to the temple to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha during this auspicious time. The festivities include grand processions, cultural performances, and devotional singing and dancing.
Apart from its religious significance, Tulshi baug Ganpati Mandir has also played a role in social and cultural development. The temple trust has been actively involved in various charitable activities, including providing educational scholarships, organizing health camps, and supporting social welfare initiatives.
Today, Tulshi baug Ganpati Mandir stands as an emblem of faith, devotion, and cultural heritage in Pune. Its historical importance, architectural splendor, and spiritual aura continue to attract devotees and visitors from near and far, making it a cherished destination for worship and reflection.

Haridwar is an ancient city and important Hindu pilgrimage site in North India's Uttarakhand state, where the River Ganges exits the Himalayan foothills. The largest of several sacred ghats (bathing steps), Har Ki Pauri hosts a nightly Ganga Aarti (river-worshipping ceremony) in which tiny flickering lamps are floated off the steps. Worshipers fill the city during major festivals including the annual Kanwar Mela.

Many devotees come from all over the world and the country to see it. They come early to find a good spot to sit. The ceremony is really amazing, and the atmosphere by the Ganga river is calm and serene.
It's nice to see so many different people come together to watch and enjoy this spiritual event.

You can also do aarti along with all. Go for It.

I visited this temple only once but the moment I sat in front of the Ganpati, tears started flowing through my eyes and I felt an immense connection with that Ganpati, it was a moment for me.Obviously temple is built in a very beautiful way but whoever has done the Pran-Pratishtha of that temple must be enlightened human being.

An architectural treasure in its truest form.. it was built by Peshwa Bajirao in the 17th century.. the temple has 3 rooms usually accessible for visitors.. outer hall, inner hall and the garbhgraha.. it has a unique tri-shund murti of lord Ganesh.
The murti is very beautiful and the vibe is very positive and peaceful..
The temple is said to have a cellar that is usually closed and open only once every year during Gurupurnima..

There are many ghats in haridwar, as I was exploring the area and it was the time of sunset so I got an amazing shot, I can't say much about this place, but yah this place is too much crowded in summer season specially in June . f you desire to experience the sacredness of Maa Ganga through a holy bath, I recommend you to come in the morning. The early hours offer a serene atmosphere, where you can immerse yourself in the divine energy of the river.

The iconic and one of the best places to see and experience The Ganga Aarti..
It starts in the evening, but ensure you reach a while ago...
A lot of people think watching from close by, adjacent is better...
Rather it's better you sit on the opposite side, s bit away and then you watch the complete spectacle...
It continues for almost more than an hour..

At Har ki Pauri Ghats. In between गंगा जी river. Relaxing and pious place on the planet. Devoted to Maa Ganga. 🙏🌊

The main temple right at har ki pauri. Aarti starts around 6.15 during summers. With Pooja in start and last around 1hr.. Be seated 45 mins before.. It gets crowded.

Remote iskcon place

Take a dip in holy ma Ganga jal and attend Ganga arati with complete devotion for an eternal experience.

Beautiful holy place with super positive vibes but be careful of the people around as pickpocketing is a known thing here. People have made the god commercial so when you go, be alert of everyone around who is trying to guide you because they will then take you for paid aarti 😁

Please visit

It's famous Ganapati of Pune

Great experience there. The Holi Ganga water was chilled. We went to haridwar on May, which is during super hot season. As I touch the Ganga water I feel the energy, water was super chilled which provides the relief. It took us four hour to reach haridwar from Greater Noida. We started our trip around morning 3:30am and reached to haridwar around 07:45am. Over all Greatest experience.

🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 an Ideal place to pray and have peace of mind... Good temple... 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

One of the old and historical temple in Jawhar and so that also known as MINI JEJURI must Visit one time..

Prayer in the evening is very attractive. Holi place for the Hindus.

This Temple is on the road... Small in size but difficult to offer prayers as continued traffic on that road ... Traffic is also jammed sometimes due to it.. Also surrounded by beggars who are on on the risk of getting stuck by vehicle as they got visible only after vehicle comes near to them....

Nice 👍
