We cannot able to touch the feet as they were placed in a glass equipment. Pleasant place where we can take nice photos at nearby trees, before taking steps. Fresh Mosambi Juice stall is available here where they will provide complete natural juice (without adding artificial ingredients) here and will charge around 60rs. Tea stall is there and tiffinms are not available here. Darshan is of free of cost. Very limited buses are available and we came on a private vehicle here. Nature lovers will enjoy this place as well as the journey.

This is a place which can't be rated. You will have to experience visiting the place which is a blissful experience in itself.

Khatu shyam mandir is a one of the most worship place in rajasthan. It is generally crowded on gyaras(ekadasi). There are lots of public transport available from jaipur to khatu shyam bus stand, from there temple is around 10-15 min walk. You will see a market along the roadside from bus stand to khatu shyam. Lot's of things are available to buy. If you want to avoid the crowd, better to go on weekends (avoid gyars or weekends).

Nice place to see this location the story behind sri vari mettu is, after getting married to sri padmavathi devi lord venkateswara was asked to stayin srinivasa mangapuram for six months after marriage and not to climb tirumala hills it is said that to lord Venkateswara along with sri padmavathi devi has stayed in mangapuram for six months ao then he has traveled to tirumala through sri vari mettu still foot prints available in this place that is why we are calling as sri vari mettu and this is one of the most preferable place in tirumala travel facilities,parking place and luggage counter available here, i would recommend to visit this to visit this place with family

A very famous temple especially for the Marwari community all over India. Darshan does not take much time except on special days like Ekadashi and during the famous Mela which is around Holi every year. I have not visited it during the Fagun Mela, but it is a very unique experience and not to be missed.

Do visit this temple and Baba Shyam shall take care of all your worries.

The holy city of Tirupati draws tourists and religious pilgrims alike, who flock to the Ancient Lord Venkateswara Temple, known for its elabourate Dravidian style and gold-plated cupola. Prayers are offered daily at this popular temple, which sits high in the Tirumala hills. Several other temples dot the town, and the lush countryside contains numerous waterfalls. Tirupati is also home to a rare, naturally-occurring pre-Jurassic stone arch that is 25 feet long and 10 feet high, one of only three of these geological features in the world.

Tirumala hills have seven peaks and the temple is situated on the seventh peak, Venkatachala. Tirupati is situated on the foothills of Tirumala. The seven peaks of Tirumala are symbolic of the seven hoods of Adisesha, the serpent under whose hoods Vishnu is said to reside. The Vedas and the Upanishadas mention the benefits of a pilgrimage to the site so it is unsurprising that the temple is among the richest pilgrimage centers in India.

According to legend, Vishnu was disconsolate when Lakshmi left him and so he married Padmavati, one of her incarnations. Since Lakshmi (the goddess of wealth, fortune and prosperity) had left him, Vishnu was left with no money for his own wedding. So, he borrowed what he needed from Kubera. Devotees making offerings at Tirumala believe that they are helping the lord repay his debt and that He, in turn, will help them.

Tirupati is also one of the most-visited places of worship in the world. The temple receives anywhere between 50,000 and 100,000 pilgrims daily (30 to 40 million people annually on average), while on special occasions and festivals, like the annual Brahmotsavam, the number of pilgrims shoots up to as high as 500,000.

Besides being a pilgrim town, modern day Tirupati is fast turning into a business hub of southern Andhra Pradesh. Major brands of automobile, electrical, textile, mobile and electronic companies have their outlets in Tirupati. Several Sugar mills, pharmaceutical companies and cement factories can be seen here.

The area around Lord Venkateswara temple was called Venkatachala for ages. It is believed the title Venkatachala was coined by Lord Brahma himself. The exact age of the temple is not known and there are differences about its origin and about the deity. Ramanuja, the Vaishnava scholar, identified the deity as Lord Vishnu and put an end to the dispute about the deity in the 12th century. The Devrayas, Pallavas, Cholas, the Kings of Vijayanagar and Mysore upgraded the temple and also endowed it with priceless valuables.

The temple had its devotees among the British during the colonial era too. Sir Thomas Munroe, Governor of Madras Presidency, believed he was cured of stomach ailment by the grace of Lord Venkateswara. He created an endowment by gifting the village of Kotavayulu, for a daily offering of a gangalam of pongal. It is still known as the Munroe gangalam.

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam was formed in 1930. It manages the affairs of the temple and the various charitable activities.

In 2009, the Tirupati laddu was granted the geographical indication tag, which is a sign used for products used for corresponding geographical locations like Darjeeling tea, Mysore silk and Nashik grapes among others.

The temple barely possess any architecture to be honest. The whole thing is enclosed in an metal box. There are long waiting rows and it's hard to exit once you enter one. Also, to take the exit and reach the entrance place where you would have kept your shoes etc, would take 15 min. And you will have to travel approx. 1km. Not recommended for persons who are differently abled.

I'm very lucky who got chance to visit khatu shyam. Here, we gone to khatu shyam temple which is very famous world wide for its divine power.

I visited the Shri Siddhivinayak temple today, the mandir is clean. One must go to this holy place when one comes to Mumbai.

If I talk about this place then there is no comment because this place is love. Only I want to suggest that Rajasthan government should take a strict action against untidiness which spreads in khatu street which actually bothers the visitors and pilgrimages.

Shree Ganesh Mandir Near New English School. This Mandir is very old around 30 - 40 years Old. My favourite place. I always used to devote while going to school. Best memories of my childhood. 2021 the mandir was renovated and this is what it's look like very beautiful ❤️

This is the world famous temple of Baba Shyam. This temple is about 1000 years old, which was rebuilt by Abhay Singh ji in 1720. The head of Barbarik , the grandson of Bhima and the eldest of the three sons of Ghatotkach , is worshiped in this temple . While the torso of Barbarik is worshiped in a small village of Syahadwa in Hisar district of Haryana .
According to Hindu religion , Khatu Shyam ji had obtained a boon from Shri Krishna in Dwaparayuga that he would be worshiped by his name Shyam in Kaliyuga . Shri Krishna was very pleased with the great sacrifice of Barbarik and gave a boon that as Kaliyuga descends, you will be worshiped in the name of Shyam. Your devotees will be saved only by uttering your name with a true heart. If they worship you with true heart and love, then all their wishes will be fulfilled and all their works will be successful.

One of the wonderful place i visited, darshan were easy and management is also ok, but a little need to look toward cleanliness, the sweepers are acting less sweepers and much beggers. Other then everything was good and fine. U can find many dharmshalas to stay nearby temple. Best time to visit is in morning, we visited twich, ones in evening at 5 PM and second in morning at 5-6 AM..

Ganpathi bappa morya.. all is good inside the temple. Don't go to flower vendors for darshan. It is better to take ticket inside the temple for quick darshan. Tuesday' s too crowded as it is known for the importance. Weekends also crowded.

It is one of the most famous temples in world. We can't store the God idol in our mind that may be speciality of this temple. No electrical lighting in main temple only divi lights. Nearly 70k devotees visit every day. Temple located on top of 7 hills area called tirumala. Nearest city tirupati.

I have trekked through 'Sree Vari Mettu'. There are about 2400 stairs. The steps are covered all through - protecting from sun and rain. Clean water is available through taps, available at regular intervals. Vendors (mobile) are available all through, selling cool drinks and snacks.
Tirumala is now declared plastic free. One use items - such as water bottles, plastic spoons, plastic covers etc are not allowed. They are checked for at the entry.

Visiting this site is considered as good as touching the Lotus Feet of the Lord, which will deliver the devotees from their travails. The waterfall here is an amazing sight to behold and is the location where the idol of Lord Venkateswara is brought during the Brahmotsvam celebrations.

Rocky terrain is found as one appraches the main idol.

Subrahmanya swamy is also there at the end.

Beware of hijras who may demand money from you.

Its a Unique Temple with the facilities like lifts, wheel chair, washrooms, food court, etc. The temple is of the shape of ganesh ji and it is very beautiful!

Awesome Hindu temple and one of the char dham located at south India. There are 22 kund (well) inside temple, having soft water. Pilgrims get water on their body as bath and then go for darshan.

Chakratheertham is next to shilathoranam , its a small waterfall & which flows in monsoons and starting of winter. It’s difficult to go there for elder’s because of steps which has to climb up and down.
Shiva temple which is located at the end , has to walk through the rock to reach the temple & be careful when its rains.

A beautiful place with a small waterfall (no entry to falls) with a small temple at the end.
The walk to this place is ups and downs, as it involves taking a few steps up and climbing a few steps down.

Do visit if you can. We visited when it was raining heavily, that resulting in the waterfall being full.

Rainy Season is the ideal time if one wants visiting this place to be memorable, as there will be water flow through the rocks, in the remaining seasons there will be less or no water, to reach this place one has to walk by foot on the concrete pathway. some part of the path is narrow because of the stone walls. craft stores are available along the path, but, the prices are more than the normal, if interested one can bargain the prices. another picturesque location for photography enthusiasts.

And there was fab decoration of flowers flowers nelly and that real fresh flowers fragrance all over in temple

The Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shri ganesh. It is located in prabhadevu, Mumbai, Maharashtra.It was originally built by Laxman Vithu and Deubai Patil on 19 November 1801. It is one of the richest temples in Mumbai.
The temple has a small mandap with the shrine for Siddhi Vinayak ("Ganesha who grants your wish"). The wooden doors to the sanctum are carved with images of the Ashtvinayak (the eight manifestations of Ganesha in Maharashtra).
