I got in touch with HDU after my mother broke her knee in an accident and needed a wheelchair. I literally contacted them at random (no time to check reviews and ask for references!) and I'm really glad that I did so. From day 1 they have been nothing but incredibly helpful.

They delivered a rental and very high quality wheelchair the same evening that my mother came back home from the hospital. I asked them to deliver at 5 pm and the wheelchair delivery was done on the dot, along with a demo.

I then needed a full time caretaker at home; once again HDU came to my help with their connections. They sent a superb caretaker home in just a couple of days after my request. She was very well trained and took care of my mother's needs for over two months, without needing any supervision from me. I was quite sorry to see her go, since we had become quite dependent on her.

Along the way I also needed a walker, and of course HDU had the right equipment to rent. Once again they delivered the walker (a good sturdy one!) that became my mother's support for the next few months.

I am very grateful for the support and quick response that I received from HDU over the past six months. This has been a tough time for me and my family, and would have been far more difficult if not for the support from HDU. Special mention and thanks to Dhananjay and Jorries, for making my life a lot easier in the midst of a crisis!

Hemant and team were very professional, timely and considerate! They delivered a brand new electric wheelchair for our use, showed us the functioning and were available on chat for any additional support. Our trip was amazing as didn't have to worry about accessibility and the electric wheelchair gave a lot of independence too ! I rented a wheelchair for two weeks on my visit to Maharastra. Thanks HDU/Mr Hemant for prompt service. It was hassle free. Just post initial wats app messages, which got replied quickly and entire process of delivery and return of wheelchair (which we rented for my Mom) plus timely refund of deposit. Chair condition was also nice.
