Worst Customer Service. They don’t respond to customer calls. They haven’t picked single phone call from 3 years. They don’t even have a website to track loan status and to apply NOC. They don’t even have a email Id to resolve customer queries.
My suggestion for new customers is not to take finance from BUSSAN. And for existing customers, better you stop paying EMI if they don’t respond. They will approach to us by themselves.
