Food is ok. Service the staff needs to be more attentive while acknowledging the order and also delivering the same as desired by the customer. Ambience is fine.
The quality of the items in the menu is just amazing, the flavour of tea was so satisfying. The ambience is also so good, and the service is also fast. But the cost is a bit expensive as compared to the quantity.
The worst chai that I ever had , they are looted people's on the name of desi chai and even I found hair in my chai cup...so I personally suggest to not go there and waste money... instead of chaayos i suggest chai sutta bar, chaiholic, The amritulay, engineers chai.

Kamal at the counter. Flies inside the outlet. Quantity not proper. Not hygienic. Saw 1 person using the mop and with same hands started preparing the order.
Had chai, mini idlis and they were out of palak patta chaat.
One day, I decided to visit this cafe, and it was amazing 🤩, I had ordered Pav bhaji, tava pulav, peri peri fries and a thick cold chocolate and wow!!! All those things were absolutely tasty and delicious!!!
They have good and fast service, although at times of crowds, their service can become slow and the food may not taste that great but overall, is great place for a evening snack and dinner 🍽️

We ordered burger, pav bhaji, veg cheese pizza, french fries and cold coffee. All items were tasty.
Service: They announce your order everytime you order something and you have to get up and get it. Very disturbing if in a middle of some conversation.
Atmosphere: Good place for kids and family. I mean you should not expect ambience, cafe culture and long talks.
All i would say, if you need affordable and tasty indian snacks.... Do visit here.

It’s a Nice ! Chaayos Outlet where you can have your favourite chaayos tea, i ordered desi tea and bhelpuri and it was good, staff is nice ! , it’s just walking distance away from nearest preet vihar metro station, space is enough with good environment inside and i can recommend to anyone.
Five of us visited Chai Point after Dinner. The Team was very Customer Friendly, served with a smile, took criticism constructively and ensured that the Cutting Tea which didn’t live up to my exacting expectations was made again to perfection. Family members accompanying me were happy and satisfied with Masala Chai and Boba Chai. The friendly atmosphere created by the staff will bring me back

This is a very good place for cold coffee, pizzas, cheese masala paav, peri-peri fries and pulav. It is a popular place amoung young people. Prices are reasonable. Ambiance is good. It is not very crowded usually. On weekend evenings it is sometimes crowded. Veg cheese pizza and cold coffee are a must try.
Not bad but not very much specialties. Chai caramel frappe didn’t taste much like chai, just like caramel milk shake. Cute flooring design though
Chaayos is a good to go cafe if you wish to have a quick-bite, work from cafe or catch up with an old mate over tea or coffee with some delicious snacks. They even deliver ‘chai’ in a disposable eco-friendly kettle which adds to the aesthetics.

•The ambiance is peaceful with less or no disturbance.The service however was slow when I visited.
•You get some points credited to your phone number for every order which can be redeemed during your next visit and they offer ‘free chai’ after a couple of visits too.

This cozy chai point has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation. I really love the taste of the chai. We tried almost all the flavours . I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

Cool place to hangout and have business cum official discussion with associates and team members. Also a good place for couples to find some cosy times amidst bustles of city life and traffic.
You may try their Thick Cold Coffee. It was good. We also tried their Cheese Masala Paav, which I thought was OK-ish. It is a small Cafe near Mahesh Vidyalaya. Ambience is a bit dark.
Much diversified restaurant. We visited place to hv quick morning snacks. Was not disappointed to see summer cooler options on menu. Pay via app have us more discount. Quality of food was amazing and decently priced.

Absolutely lovely place for a quiet tea time with a newspaper in hand. Friends and Family company will also be a good option in a nice ambience. I ordered Cheese Chilli Toast (Rs. 139) with Chai (Rs. 79) at a decent price. Taste is good and so is the service. Overall a nice option other than Chaayos or similar brands.
One of the best Chayoos outlets here in Delhi. They had a very wide area making the experience even more compelling.
The price is bit on the higher side but, the service and quality you get, it’s worth spending.
The staff’s Hospitality is also great and very helpful as well.

Cyber hub is a very engaging place, lighted, lot of crowd, many food outlets. Sit on the stairs, enjoy the buzz, listen to some music. Chai point is a small outlet nd have a nice outside seating. We ordered for ginger tea, spinach corn sandwich, maggi nd tea. Tea was good. We requested them to serve in glass cups but they served in paper cups. Puff nd sandwiches were good. Maggi was ok. Not good. But good to sit nd enjoy d weather.
Chai point is a surprise tea joint. The menu and the tea options are really wonderful. The ginger tea is excellent and so is the food offering. The staff is extremely professional and very helpful. It's so well managed that despite being very busy, still never feels crowded. Surely one of the best cafes around to visit again. Go for a gushup over चाय, in a wonderful Ambience.

Nice ambience, cool & cozy place.
Perfect place to have a cup of tea & chat with friends. They have assorted range of chai’s, coffees, shakes & some snacks. It would have been better if they could have included some non veg items like chicken puffs, chicken sandwich, chicken rolls etc. The location is quite approachable.

The place is very famous for cold coffee and cold chocolate. I have tried both there. Thick cold coffee is must try.
Cold chocolate is average. Also food is average there. I have tried paav bhaji which was good and Veg cheese pulav which was average.
Very crowded at night. Staff is polite. And service is very quick. Oreder management is good.

The coffee shop is very good & recently they have renewed the shop. As you can see in the pics, the lights add into the ambience. The taste is good as always for hot & cold coffee, hot & cold Bournvita milk, hot & cold chocolate drink, snack like pav bhaji, cheese chilly toast, maggie. Also, you can sit & relax on your place after placing your order & the counter guy will announce your order & you can listen it on the speakers. Also, the cafe is open till 11 PM. You can hang out & walk with your coffee on the street outside. Enjoy your coffee. Cheers.
