The maintenance of the airport was very bad.
There are several seats in the waiting lounge where we find bird droppings and other leftover products.
The floors at some places are filled with spilled beverages and more.

There were no clear directions or responsible personnel directing the passengers to their next connecting flights.

Prompt action, went there to report a complaint, officer in charge was on round duty, when he came back, asked us the problem, immediately assigned a team for us to go and look into..

This PS is a black mark in the name of Police Administration. They are champions in harassing and misleading victims and showcase them as criminals. My biggest nightmare I've given by Baguiati PS. I'm still fighting and will see it's end.

Very helpful and Cooperative passport section. But after submission of the documents you don't knows what happens further. Staffs are helpful and Cooperative specially Archana mam Very polite and helpful.

No direct chance of getting into the premises of the police station.

As some citizens mentioned, it's true, adverse reports submitting for PP just to grab money, even less money they are doing same.even threatening and delaying, Guys you know they don't get salaries, their lives only on bribes so what to do.

Being an international airport the facilities are a joke. It seems like an airport with minimal basic facilities, with not even a teashop located after security clearance. The only Tea Junction is BEFORE security clearance. There are no good shops inside either. The Biswa Bangla which literally opened 2 days ago (post lockdown) accepts only cash. So you can forget that too.
The seats are absolutely filthy (see attached photos), provision of drinking water dispensers are hazardous, especially in the COVID era.
This airport defo needs a substantial upgrade to call itself "International"!

can't rate below this... police is enjoying life with all kind of paper work.. there is no constable or head constable to at least listen. i found a pregnant lady wandering PS from last 8 months... baby is delivered no of 3 months.. still found wandering. SO NO HOPE FOR MY SMALL MATTER..

I had horrible experience with the passport document verification at this police station. Inspite of submitting all the required documents twice they have been submitting adverse report without giving any reason. I just did not budge to pay any bribe and I guess this is the reason for continuous submission of adverse report without giving any reasons

Without money no papers are moving, always begging with uniform power, strait away especially for PVR for govt requirement. Insteaf of solving publics issues, creates complications to grab money. Like they are not getting money from Indian citizens taxes, salaries covered by begging

I have applied for passport and gone through all procedures but our police officer did not forward it to the passport office

Worst police station in the whole town..... They just put people under the bars without any reason and harass the relatives of the civilian... Pls don't even think of visiting here if you have any care better refer to someone higher in post than coming here....

Mind blowing

We were at Old Goa church and taking pictures and just took out our mask for pictures. We were not aware of strict NO MASK policy one officer came by and fined us. We don’t mind paying fine for our mistake. The worst part is the Officer himself doesn’t have a mask and when we raise an question about is by asking how come you don’t have a mask. He was so rude to answer us and behaved like rules for citizens not for cops. Worst experience here being an tourist. We went to police station to raise an issue about it. The officers were even worse by giving an attitude. Totally disappointed by old Goa police.

All hawkers occupied the basement, contesting the surrounding.

It was totally terrible and worse experience ever...tottally corrept..need to educate them how to talk with someone regardless of any gender no matter if it's him/her. Seniors are most corrept...no one is there to listen to your problems they will make you suffer only.

If you are visiting this place for any queries then don't go there because they will not help you. Even the top officers will harass you. They will not do the legal works which they can do very easily by verifying your documents but instead they will harass you by saying they you need to get higher official refference which is sometime impossible for you to get.

The place to visit one of the cleanest and best airports in the india.In the corona time the airport staff working very better and their response is very good..Cleanest airport in the india.sout indian food court is also available.The cost is not so high.middleclass persons not affordable this costs

It is not Park Site Police Station as mentioned on the map. It is actually a beat chowky of park site police station. Park Site Police Station is situated at Surya Nagar in Vikhroli west off L.B.S.Road.

It's really beautiful amazing place everything is neat and clean staff's are so kind.

The policeman at the passport verification desk was very polite and helpful. He clearly explained the requirements and cleared everything quickly. He even cared to share sweets with me. Really a model for aspiring policemen.

where are traffic police fools managing kanjurmarg station signal and huma signal on lbs....i want thwm everyday..

Kolkata international airport

For passport verification you have to be in Queue. Most of the time they take less time but if one police is in leave then situation will be worse. The lady police officer was very polite and patient.. The system is too old.. Have to verify the papers individually.. It has to be done systematically like if one has approached then next person should search his paper.. So that time can be saved.. Calm atmosphere.. Please ensure to take one bottle of water and snack.. And take all documents that submitted in passport office. Copies of light bill recent one and old one atleast before 6 month. 2 passport size photos...

The Senior officer only supports the Wrong people Of park site Police station.The senior says That Not to Complaint About the Wrong people on 100 number.we will not take action.

I Had Visited it For Summiting Documents For Passport Verification & @ d end The Lady Staff or Personal asked Rs 500 in the Name Of "Stationary Charges" which i Paid Without Knowing that It Was A "Bribe" (realised later & Felt Disappointed 😥).
So Be Alert⚠ Dont Fall For it.
