You ask the type of frames and they have it, optomerist Ibrahim was a saviour as he could get my glasses ready within 24 hrs. Eye checkup of vision express is superb, they will suggest accurate power lens according to our Eyes situation.! But i did'nt liked frame built quality even though i bought 2500rs frame. Frame's joint's becomes wobbly and lose and will not fit properly. i'm facing this problm after 10 days of purchase. And my frame cases broked after 4 days 🤣

Best Optical shop

My specs glass got dislocated and i rushed to vetoba as it is from where I bought my specs. There was no rush except 1 buyer and 2 ppl were on that side of the counter. I informed 1 of them that i had dislocated the glass and asked can you fix it. The person rudely informed me that it will take time and you have to leave your glasses and collect it the next day. But the problem was i was on my way to puna and this incident occured. It was impossible for me to go on without my glasses so i requested to him for 5 min and informed him that I had bought 3-4specs from their shop. But he didn't budge. So I finally gave up my hope of getting my specs repaired from him and moved to another shop nearby. There was a little rush 3 customers were there but it didn't matter. The owner took my specs and started the work then and there. Within 5mins my specs was ready and to top it up he didn't charge me a single penny. I didn't have to beg him. I later narrated him the incident at Vetoba and he smiled and said their buisness stratergy is to have happy customers. Aftet this i made my wife's & mom's glasses from the other store also bought pair of lenses from that store and i stopped recommending Vetoba. Vetoba you lost a very faithful customer.
