Porr service, didn't bother about customer queries.
Even if we want to close the loan they will not remove the interest amount. They will simple says we are not banks. May be RBI put some guidelines to them but they won't follow. How they will get the license to run this.
Kindly share monthly wise statement to our mail id.

I purchased bolero pikup in 2017 at mahindra india garage hunsur road mysore.mahindra finance arranged for loan which i cleared in feb 2021 and got NOC. but I have not received the second key.not traceable.

From my personal experience am telling you, they are big cheaters. Do not trust them. I applied for a loan and I was asked to pay the initial charges and I never got a loan and these people stopped picking up the call. I guess they are used to humiliation and committing sins, that's why they dont mind stealing from people.

Some of our Investments in original are lying with our Financial Adviser and he left the job. Inspite of our so many calls with the company and customer care executive we are not getting any help and services and how do we get our investments/ policies in original. Pathetic services
