My hotel stay was really pleasant. The owners and staffs were really kind and helpful. The hotel recently completed their renovation, hence, the room and toilet was clean. The location is right at karol bagh market and the metro station is just 600-700 meters walk away.
However, small issues, that could be fixed. The flush stops working at times, the hot water was fluctuating, and the door latch was kind of slipped.

Worst hostel in Delhi (rooms were not hygienic not proper given details ) they try to just loot u be aware and never ever go there
Ac was not working , they are charging extra at the time of check out , managers are behaving rude sounding so low class you can say chapris. No management and they argue with you if you ask why are you asking more as we already decided the price. Don't book this hotel, you can get good hotels in this price range in Karol Bagh.
This is the worst experience of a hotel , there is no clear charges , they behave very rudely especially the manager first they told me a room of a price then at the time of payment they denied that price and ask me to pay more , I have to pay it because I have to leave for my train I don't have time to argue with them , worst hotel , worst management ,.

The apartment is perfect to come with family, clean, well maintained, excellent location accessible to pharmacies, good restaurants and walking distance from Lulu mall. The staff were friendly and very helpful and listened to all our concerns and feedback very positively! Highly recommended specially if you are looking for a home away from home!
Nice place, very helpful staff and owner also very near to lulu mall too and everything is there very close by...like MRT station, market , medical store, reataurant, cool bars and coffee shop...everything is near by you if you stay in this appartment...
Place was good for a short stay of one week. Kept clean regularly and everything is pretty functional. The owner Manoj fixed issues with the place relatively promptly. The building is pretty secure as well. AC works pretty well.
There are some ants in the dining area but since we packed up and cleaned after every meal, there weren't a lot attracted. One other thing to point out is that the WiFi on my phone was rather spotty but from my laptop things seem to work fine.
Overall, a decent stay I would recommend.

Great place to stay. Reception staff is polite and ready to help any time. I stayed here for 2 nights with my family on a 2BHK apartment and it was a great place to stay. Clean water is there all the time. Super clean rooms and toilet. Silent and calm place. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here last week with colleagues. We have taken 2 rooms. Clean and good rooms. we enjoyed lot. Cool atmosphere. Good staff. Privacy guaranteed.
It was more than exellent. Never seen better staaf than this. Place waa more than clean and v confortable. Staffs are 24/7 available to help, never what ever we want. They did and help us for what they no need to do. What ever i say its less. Thanks abin and rahul
We stayed for 2 nights in a two bedroom apartment. The rooms and toilets were kept clean. Only thing is they didn't provide plates, glasses, stove and utensils in the kitchen. Otherwise very good room at affordable price
Good service provided at a reasonable rate. Only thing to be noted was the mattress was bit old and rough, time to replace it.
There are nearly 30 rooms in the appartment, it's located middle of the Obron mall and pipeline junction. The way to the building is quite small. People can easily take the room for one or two day, per day cost nearly 1000/-. Also provide common kitchen, fridge, water.

They are fraud and suggest not to do booking with them. While doing online booking they reflect under OYO but don’t accept online booking because of which my parents and I really had tough time with them. Not sure if they are into genuine hotel business.

I was stay 2 day in the star view. I was booked throw Oyo but they cancelled my booking and ask duble money.

Rooms are a disaster. ACs don't work properly in most rooms. Many rooms are infested with rats and cockroaches. The staff is very friendly and helpful though. And the location is very convenient for shopping.
We stayed 45 days for my mother's treatment. I have to say the apartments they designed can work for a full family not necessarily just for long stay. The location is next to Lulu mall. Do i need to say more. My mother was in wheel chair, so they made a ramp for her to get into the room. I am very thankful to for that. They do provide washers in all apartments.
I just wish they could also provide a dryer.

Good place to stay. They provide fridge, cutlery and drinking water facility in second floor. Rooms are same as shown in their pictures. Manger and staff are nice to guests. They have a good separate parking facility with roofing for four-wheelers and two wheelers.
Worst room ever.. i dont understand how OYO allowed them to get register, they don't have even rooms, worst place to pay for... Anyone looking for OYO do not get fooled by the pictures.

There is no proper front desk for smooth checkin and checkout. The room wasn't properly cleaned except for fresh linens. Rock hard bed and mattress; even the washroom door was in poor condition and we could barely lock it. There was a water purifier but it wasn't filtered water. More importantly,there was no dustbin.
I was about to book this place but I saw lots of bad reviews and the stuffs. So to ensure I direct went to the place. There was a caretaker called Manoj who behaved in such a rude and bad manner. We asked him to show the rooms which he denied. Then we asked whether there's any issues with water and electricity. So he's like its in the city there might be issues who are you guys to enquire all these.

Awesome! Well Organised rooms, equipped with refrigerator, almirah and most probably the Air Conditioner for the complete relaxation. Neat and clean drinking water facility available. Clean and Hygienic washrooms.
Apartment was well maintained and the help was always there for you. I would specifically thank Manoj who was the care taker and ready for any help even if it’s not related to the apartment. Any issues with the water, internet or gas was fixed within few hours. Manoj is an asset for this apartment cheers to his passion and dedication

Rude behavior by the owners. We could not work from home because owner expects my husband to find all issues with apartment and get them fixed. We had to stay here for 35 days because of strict lockdown. We asked for extension initially but they were charging Rs. 50000 per month while on Airbnb it was Rs 47000. Their apartment is not even worth Rs 5000 per month.

Owners evicted me and my partner during covid19 for writing honest review. They lied about our conduct in Airbnb review. Owner expect you to find all issues and fix their apartment for them. How a person can enjoy if they are consistently tending to issues in their apartment.

1. Water filtertration doesnt work, water quality is very bad, 250 ppm for comparison: Aquafina is 10 ppm. Normal temparture Water flow is inapt in the 2nd floor. 2. Bad smell in Washing Machine. Their is laundry sevice down the road though. 3. Pests. specifically whole apartment is infested with ants. On beds, dining table, kitchena and hall. Occasional show of flying cockroaches. Couple of lizards. 4. Not enough amenities in the kitchen for cooking. 5. Internet speed is suboptimal. Can only stream on one device at a time. Only 2Ghz internet so no gaming at 5ghz. 6. AC gave up cooling in the master bedroom in 2 two weeks. And other two rooms are not good either. Doors are so tight that the hinges make loud screeching noise whenever you enter or leave room. That woke up me and partner all tbe time. 7. Their ia gunk on ever tap and shower in the house. Plumbing maintenance is very bad. Even water tanks are very dirty from inside. Conclusion: If you are coming with very basic expectations of living than this place is fine but mind that the cahrges are very high for just basic living. Or if you are looking for a stay that is amazing without any lingering issues, than it is better to look for something else.

Nice and beautiful apart-hotel, we stayed for 10 nights and our stay was made pleasant by dedicated and professional staff. This hotel has many restaurants nearby and is just walking (3minutes) distance from Lulu mall. The staff make sure that the place is very safe for family and kids. Given a chance, we will choose this place again
This place should not be called a hotel. I had booked the hotel from the booking.com by seeing its misleading good reviews and the room pictures.
It was filthy AF. I had to even sleep on the sofa as the bed and pillows were filled with disgusting fungus stains. The apartment entrance was covered with trashes, beer bottles, and their cleaning equipments which were not removed even after requesting to them, as their reply to it was that the rent was just for the apartment, not the corridor.
I had to spend money on 2 bottles of sanitizer sprays just to even sit or touch anything in the room.
Also, it was later that I realized that the corridor section of my apartment had no lights working.
I would not recommend this trash hotel to any families or even bachelors as this hotel does not follow any covid guidelines by the government.

A monumental disappointment is one word to put things in short!! I have booked this apartment for a week from Dec 17 till 23 after previously communicating for a precautionary quarantine. The unit was not clean, broken showers, clogged drainage, unclean utensils, linen provided with brown stains (could be blood). The sofa is dilapidated and moreover a washing machine which is so dirty that forget washing you will need sanitisation if used (This was replaced after 3 days and hours of talks). Amount was taken in advance and no responsiveness to complaints. Please do not get misguided by the good looking pictures they give in Booking.com and other sites. This facility is very poorly managed. 1 star is given and there is no option for a lesser rating.
This service apartment worth for the rent they charge. A decent apartment to stay for couple of days. Basic amenities including refrigerator is there. All apartments having balcony. Ample parking space is there. A small store is inside the apartment building.

Erackath apartments is an excellent option for accommodation in the heart of the city. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities that ensure a comfortable and carefree stay. The caretaker has maintained the house and premises in a pristine condition. I would highly recommend choosing Erackath Apartment as an option during your time in Kochi. This was my first visit to Kochi. Actually I have moved from Mumbai to Kochi. This place is quite close to infopark. The premise have a small supermarket where one can get their daily items. All necessary things are available.
The studio apartment we were having is okay. Its budget oriented. The premise practically looks deserted. The house have all the basic necessities including cooking gas, refrigerator and washing machine. I guess all rooms have AC. Staffs are friendly.
Breakfast is served at your room around 9.30 AM and I don't know if any employee will actually wait for it. Everyday it was too spicy for my liking. Biggest drawback is no options for drinking water. You have to buy it. Also one of the most annoying thing is that this place is infested with red ants as the dustbins are kept outside each room. The red ants are present on sofa, bed and kitchen. Fortunately the super market in front of entrance sell 'ant killer dust'. Although I brought one but couldn't use it as I am staying with my 1 yr old kid. He had a bad time staying here.

The worst hotel in the history of hotels. You shall never want to go there. The receptionist is an A-hole who doesn't even know how to talk to customers. I paid online and didn't even let me sit inside hotel because they don't accept online payments. He wanted all the money that I already paid again in cash.

Nice Big Rooms but to be very honest the Service was pathetic. For unknown reasons the Towel Soap comes about 12 hours late after check in. The Washroom flush were not working at all. Even the AC are little slow. Although the staffs are polite but still not a god experience.
