Firstly, they deceived the customers at reception itself by saying you will get 3000 points on Rs 1500 card. Later on you will find out that they will charge 600+ for each game which is beside their counters and remaining you can use only on arcade games.. Most of their machines are not working and it's easily 5-6 years old ones. Even most of the scanners on arcade machines not working properly. If you scan the machines your points get deducted but game will not start. If you complain to staff they'll do nothing and the reception guy won't allow you to play any replacement game for faulty scans..

This place is good for kids .. some good thrilling games and fun games aswell
Games are okay but the reason for 1 star is these guys are cheats. They say take card 1500 and you'll get 3000 ruppes balance. It's only after 2 games I knew the remaining 2000 is basically not usable. I can only use that money in arcade games which are only 3 here like those bikes and cars agames with a screen.
Also I've tried all the game zones in this mall every other game zone with even lower rates give you complimentry socks but these people charge 50rs every time for socks. I just felt that I was cheated on here big time. If you go there make sure you bring socks and clear the condition of top ups with staff. Better go on 4th floor

We booked dudhsagar falls jeep safari and the pick transport they gave was pathetic. It was a scrap vehicle I don't know how they use it to transfer people. We ended up tired and with body aches. Better take your own vehicle and book tickets online. The food provided was also very average.
Very bad safety wise …. Staff are good behaviour wise but not at all trained properly , my daughter has suffered a humerus fracture because of such pathetic safety measures …. If they don’t improve their safety measures some major problem is bound to happen

2. They say they'll provide breakfast and buffet lunch, but at the end moment the breakfast got over and there was no buffet lunch. They gave limited food with 1 chicken piece.
3. Talking about the water sports, it was just for 30 seconds. The wait time for each water activity was more than an hour and the duration lasted for less than 30 seconds.
4. They assured us that they'll provide pickup and drop facility but they denied and told us they don't go to that location while dropping. We then, had to book a cab for return.
5. Most importantly they charge extra amount for scuba costume and caps too.

My trek was a great experience with GHAC. I am a beginner and they encouaged me to climb rocks and were very patient and supportive throughout the process. Absolutely loved the experience. Would definitely try again

We asked for Coorg mysore & madikeri trip by seeing their adv on Instagram, before payment they said ok we are booking (Coorg mysore& madikeri) as we have done initial payment they called within 2mins and said we are suggesting you (coorg & Chikmagalur)and we get to cover extra places with less price, so I was skeptical about their words and said I only want the package of what I asked I have no interest in your suggestion I request to return my money as I paid just now, from then it's been 20days still my money is not returned I tired to approach them daily they don't lift phns and staff is soo rude they cut calls while i was speaking.

It was bad. Not as expected. The charge is high for the number of things they’re providing. Well trained Organisers are needed.
Had a great experience at the della adventure park with Jumbo pass. But i strongly feel one can enjoy an adventure pass as well. It was less crowded and I could try all the thrills which I had planned . Would recommend people looking for a thrilling experience
Good Service in All Over Goa Scuba & Watersports
Large adventure park with lot of activities. You will be tired doing all the activities. Food is quite expensive. Good for a day trip outing with friends and family. Lot of activities for kids and for all ages. They have longest zip line in India. But only caveat is you have to hike lots of steps to reach to the top of the base.
Nice place. Day out for family. A bit expensive but worth the time spent. Stay options available. Good service. Cooperative staff. Good food. Definitely recommended for family and kids
It's amazing place to enjoy full day like a kid you was in the past. I personally loved box cricket. Will revisit for cricket, shooting, paint ball activities.

Amazing weekend getaway for both friends and family. Website gives good discount and the range of activities will keep you occupied all day long. Some activities might be difficult for kids and seniors but overall a worthwhile experience.
The only not for profit adventure club with well trained leaders in Hyderabad. Always a pleasure to be with them. <3

For kids it's thrilling, my son enjoyed a lot, thanks much to Trainer 'Lakshmi' for support and patience in dealing. Will definitely again soon
The place is amazing and fun packed for adventure loving beginners. Everything was safe, well organised and properly managed as far I interacted with.
Do go to this place on Weekdays and not on weekends, as it will packed with lot of people and large queue on every ride. Also I would recommend going with 2000Rs ticket as that has enough rides one would need to enjoy the day and you won’t be able to cover everything in the same day. So think wisely :)

Pathetic experience..my whole day was wasted..we thought that it's only 4 hours programme..I swear don't get in this trap....we were told to come at 11.30..later they postponed it to 12.30 n by the time cruise started it was 2.15 or 2.30..we reached att destination of water activities by 3.30 or so...n u won't belive that some what 200-300 people were there n they gave 20-30 secs to each for each activity...n during return again due to whatever arrangement deficiency it was they were late n we couldn't reach jetty by 6 pm...I still don't kno when we will reach out pick up point...n the response of these people is good only by the time u have to give advance.....I was loving my trip to goa..but this particular organisation has disappointed us like anything.wont ever suggest this useless organisation to anyone.

My son had been to the this place today, I had to follow up with the staff to help him and some children were unattended waiting for the staff to help them play. Inspite of children asking how to play they just press the buttons and move on eventhough the crowd is less. The food is pathetic , chef and staffs lack courtesy. Games are good , but staffs can try better for better experience for children.
We had a really good experience in water sports, it was safe & with trained team. Highly recommended!!!
Went for lunch and the ambience was at its best. The food was delicious and fresh. The resort is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty and provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities such as trekking and hiking. Overall, I had an incredible time at Della Resort

SomeSome Awesome adventure games for kids . But the price is an hour and 1000+ taxes. You will get a complementary snack after the time, you can choose one from the menu. Games are interesting and kids will love it and it can improve their confidence.

I have taken the scuba diving package in which they were supposed to take us to Grande Island but instead they took us to some random island and all the water sports activities are less than for 30 secs, so think before you purchase any packages from them.

If you are looking to explore water sport adventures at a budget price, probably this would be the place to consider. For beginners or first timers who want to get a glimpse of how it feels to experience water sports, this can be the option. Kindly do not compare this with any exquisite experiences we might have done in any exotic locations like Maldives, Andaman etc.
It is a day long event. They take you on a boat starting from a place close to aguada Fort. It is going to be an hour journey to reach the island. The boat will carry close to sixth odd adventure enthusiasts. They are going to provide you breakfast in the form of sandwich and banana. During the course of your journey, if you are lucky enough, you might spot dolphins. Once you reach the island, the instructor will give you all necessary instructions and just obey to their advice. It is better to go early because once it is crowded, the water looks polluted. If you can breath normally as instructed, you can be inside the water for 3 minutes where they capture your photos and videos with go pro and get it transferred to your device later during the return journey.
In the middle of the sea, you have to change the boat to experience the para sailing where you'll be transferred to speed boat. You can opt for single or double ride. It is going to be for a min. If you want to do for more time and get dropped in water for longer time, it costs you a little extra. From the top, the view is quite fantastic. You get to see all jelly fishes in the sea. High possibility that they might catch your feet which makes it itchy and burning. Once you are back to boat, wash it with petrol or Dettol.
During the noon, lunch will be served in the boat itself. Kindly don't expect it to be Hygiene and super yummy. Depending on our choice, they'll serve veg and non veg. It is a bit clumsy. But manageable.
Over you are back to shore, you can experience remaining adventure rides, jet skiing, banana ride, jump ride where you'll be attached to a speed boat and while you return to shore they'll throw you into the shallow waters. Nothing is dangerous and one need not panic or worry.

The water is all muddy which makes the vision unclear n there is nothing to see. Distance from the diving point to shore is visible in the photo which is not too deep n the feet touch the ground.

Experience is fantastic beyond imagination but quality of food is just above palpable and time for each event is less than mentioned in pamplate. Attitude issues is present in few of the employees which dampens the mood a lot.

One of best place for water activities like scuba diving, jet ski, parasailing and boat tours. Veer polite and helpful staff helped me choosing best activities under the budget. I actually planned Goa for hot air balloon ride, since it was not available now so we group of 6 friends booked water sports game.

Goa, a great place to make memories. We visited the Calangute beach in Goa. The Speedboat ride on the beach was adventurous. Water sports and activities made our trip more memorable. The enthusiastic vibes will make you happy. Don't miss the water sports and activities.
It all happened during the Summer Vacations and the whole experience was awesome. Literally speaking, the whole trip was really very good and well managed. The staffs were trained and the working team was very good and friendly. Our trip was short but amazing. We enjoyed jeep safari and saw spice plantation processing. They provide us an English speaking driver who responsibly provide us provisions like pick up from hotel in morning.
Had a wonderful package of water sports at Calangute beach. As we reach the office of the Goa water sports is right at the beach the staff helped us with all the safety measures. Our group had memorable experience with a combo package of 5 activities.
