Thease guys are not trust worthy, I had a experience on 11th of September 2023 between 1015am to 1230pm which i found worth mentioning, I had to book a cab from Jammu airport to Chandigarh airport, called on the number mentioned in Google ads, we agreed to a price and the lady on the other side asked me to wait for sometime to send the cab, I called her again at 1045, she insisted me to wait for another 10 minutes, I called her again at 1115 as there was no news from the cab, she shared a number of Mr. Sonu Singh, I called that guy, this guys was so rude and tried pickup a fight with me and asked for the wait for another 1 hour or pay double the price, I called that lady to ask why he is behaving like this, she asked me to wait for 5 minutes she will check and call nad she stopped taking my call post that. So if you booking 2ith them book at arisk of being abused and last minute disappear ence.

I recently visited Jaipur with my newlywed wife from Banaras and booked a tuk-tuk auto through Jaipur Fun Tour. The ride was immaculately clean, which made us feel very comfortable. We explored the beautiful city and were mesmerized by landmarks like the Hawa Mahal and Jal Mahal. Sameer bhaiya was incredibly kind, ensuring our experience was top-notch. I visited Kashmir 4 times.This time I booked a taxi from Jammu taxi service for my visit with friends and it was a very bad decision. My friend referred to their name and from the beginning of the booking process itself they are very chaotic and gave me improper guidelines

I booked a Innova for 5 people and they sent the same vehicle with the carrier at the top so that we were able to keep most of the luggage outside the vehicle. The vehicle was not well maintained at all. The vehicle was old enough as the age of driver. It seemed as if the vehicle was not washed and vaccumed for a very long time.

The driver was very ignorant and didn't know much about the sightseeing in all the places and he was not aware about good roads and that wasted our lots of time .

The owner ravi gave the vehicle and driver contact details one hour before the trip.

Our pick up time was evening 5 o'clock from pehalgam and Ravi didn't contact us at the beginning of the trip to know whether we are satisfied or not. All the 5 members in the trip are highly dispair in their services.

Moreover we asked only a small amount for compensation for termination of our tour to Manali and leaving the vehicle before three days as booking

I went with my family and Ronak travels help us customize the trip. We covered Jaipur, fathepur sikhri, Agra and delhi, it was quite comfortable and we liked the experience. Our driver Imran from Jaipur to Delhi was very good and funny too. Bhupender ji the manager, he was very kind and managed our trip well, we had very good memories.

Pathetic service by Ravi. He is a fraud. He only thinks about how he will make free money. Do not book here even if they offer free. We have booked 10.5 days innova from 11 July to 22 July. 1 month notice and 10 days prior to the trip even giving advance but the driver came on 13 July evening. They told us that the driver was trapped in jammu Srinagar highway but our fifth member who was travelling back to home reached jammu in 12 hours. We have booked a full day taxi but for the first 2 days they Arranged dropping. The first drop was from pahalgam to sringar and next was to gulmarg. No sightseeing was included in this dropping even after paying approx 5k per day. We were going to lunch and market by our own money which was 7-8 km from our room. The driver came on the 13th of July evening. We had 2 hours to see the whole Srinagar. The next day our trip was to Sringar to Leh. The driver was not known about any of this plan. Ravi not having time to tell the actual plan to the driver. He refused that we couldn't reach on time. Even if the route is of 10 hours. He took 15 hours. The driver was new to this road and he was going on this route after 15-20 years. How can Ravi book this driver on risky roads like this if the driver has not been driving here for 15 years. How can someone send a driver for the sake of money and risk 4 people's lives. He doesn't know the route, sight seeing place, petrol pump, food places. He was rude and always argued. Once we confronted Ravi then He was talking rudely and saying why you need a driver to tell you about a sightseeing place you can find by yourself and asking us to adjust. Everyone has a car in their home Why do we book a taxi because the guide can explain to us about the places but here the driver was taking more pictures of sight seeing places than us. The driver wanted to take a break every hour. The Manali Chandigarh Highway was closed. Ravi told us to come from the same route. We again came from leh to jammu. And the original trip became small and should completed in just 7 days. We saved 2 days in the last which was occupied in manali stay and sightseeing. So basically service was started on 13 and should end on 19 but driver refused to drive from Sringar and asked us to stay there only after traveling 150 km from drass and completed on 8th day. Basically services provided by them was only for 7 days instead of 10.5 days. But Ravi refused to take less money and his driver was threatening us for tourism authority and parking the vehicle many times in the middle of the highway. They took only 5k less money but actually we were in the car for just 7 days. They have just dropped us from Sringar to leh and leh to jammu. Also, the car condition was very bad it was not compatible to drive on hill roads. He was not washing/wiping the windshield, glass, side glass, nothing. He was not covering proper plastic on luggage in rain and our half clothes were wet. He was drinking liquor every night and asking for money every day even though the trip was not completed. Here I'm attaching some photos and videos of driving. Please don't book by Ravi and don't be so foolish by him. Once you start the journey they will not co-operate and you have to go because of the ahead booking.

Excellent service. They are extremely punctual, in fact, they will arrive before the scheduled time. Not only will they ensure that you cover all the tourist spots you planned and can even suggest a few more within the designated time/kilometre range. Unlike many rental car service providers, they do not charge you anything extra. Car is well maintained and our driver, was very well behaved. He also accompanied us on our trips, as and when requested. Highly recommend jammu taxi service!!

Raj is an amazing person. He is full of wisdom and spiritual knowledge, he has a kind heart and will show you the real life of people in Jaipur. I was invited into his home for chai and food and saw how to make aloo Gobi and chapati. He is also a musician and plays amazing drums AND creates beautiful puppet shows. Highly recommend for either a tour of the main sights or if you are interested in seeing more local culture as well.

The drivers are good, professional and helpful. Their cars are good as well. However, the owner is one of the worst jerks! If you are agreeing on a price base fare+parking, I would recommend to agree on WhatsApp or mail and not verbally. Because the owner somehow only remembered the final number even if parking is paid separately. He doesn't listens half of the things maybe because head is so high up.. had to reduce 3 stars just because of telephonic conversation with the stupid owner.

After meeting their families and drinking a cup of tea, Raj brought us to a cozy rooftop bar, where we enjoyed the sunset together while sharing some great stories. Great service for a good price. We went to Agra with Mr Shakti Singh. The cab was clean, driver disciplined. He was on time to pick us and also stopped timely for breakfast and lunch. We had a good experience overall 😊

Everything was fine except for the bill issue. Mr. Karthikeyan promised to give trip sheet instead of bill, which also he never gave. After returning I called him several times and he promised each time to whatsapp, but never did. Due to this I couldn't claim my LTA exemption in my office. Those who are travelling please take the bill before leaving else he will dodge you.

This was a really good experience with Raj, he was super friendly and showed us a lot of things. We also met his family in his house and we where very blessed with this. Hopefully see you soon my friend. We couldn't have a better start for India with you!!

Jar was my driver during the last morning I spent in Jaipur, he came with a beautiful pink tuk tuk, mientras íbamos a diferentes lugares me explicaba sobre su cultura. He speaks very fluent English, is respectful and honest. If I go back to Rajasthan I will definitely hire his services for a tour of different cities.

Worst drive ever in India.

We booked a transfer from Adimali to Kochi and our driver Munish arrived 50 minutes late!!!!! Thank god we had our flight the next day and not the same day seeing how punctual they are.

Moreover he was so nervous while driving very dangerously and not knowing the way. I had to be the GPS. He even was rude to the guestshouse manager when he tried to explain the direction by phone while we were stopped on the highway....
I even told him to calm down mid drive, to drive slower and not try to pass evey car infrontof us when he had zero visibility but he didn't care about what I said.
Be careful!

Response was very fast. Jaipur City Tour helped us costomised our trip. Car was clean. Driver, Gajendra, was very kind and patience. He took good photos for us. We had a good time in Jaipur and nearby.

Very good service and good deals. We were assigned Mr Pavin, whose driving was good, familiar with local places, was disciplined and well mannered. As a family, we had no issues whatsoever. Instrumental in making it a memorable trip.

Lots of mini power stations have been put up. Since water is scarce, they're not pure hydel but steam based. Polluted air. I'm sure even the spices are not growing here properly.
All the spice gardens tours are scams. So are the sales depots. Since idduki is the centre for spices coming from elsewhere, you may get fresh spices at wholesale rates from your hometown. Buy little for memorabilia.
Chocolates buy some for local consumption. They don't know how to make.

I travelled through Munnar Green tourism in Kerala and Tamilnadu with Mr Santosh , Thanks to Mr. Karthikeyan for arranging a very good driver cum guide. The state of Kerala is amazing, and Mr Santosh knows it very well. There are no worries that you'll miss anything along the way and the great advantage of having a driver like Mr Santosh is that he will take you to out of the way places, that would be difficult to access if you were using train or bus services.I really like the journey through Munnar Green tourism.

Excellent And fast service, they also offer fair prices. You can book cars for one or more days with driver. So for one day the rate is 6000 Rps for the smallest car, in case you stay overnight you have to pay more for drivers staying overnight.
