First of all it is like a hostel rather than a hotel rooms. i had worst experience when staying in that hotel . and the gates are locked at 10 pm . Moreover the private PGs are better than this hotel . andf they are not maintaining rooms neat and clean . So my suggestion is don't go that hotel or don't book that Oyo rooms hotel in Oyo app
I was with my family early morning for the hotel check-in and was early due to my arrival and wanted an early check-in.

> The property manager was not reachable for 3 days while I wanted to get this checked beforehand of my arrival.
> Receptionist was rude and adamant in demanding extra charges
> When I called OYO support, they deliberately provided wrong ID to prove they are a bunch of crooks and avoid penalty for their demands
> Property is at a remote location and has very small rooms
> Property manager threatened me saying I will loose money if I don't agree to his terms
> Worst possible place to be in Kolkata
> Better stay in cheaper lodges than paying for this ridiculous behavior of staffs and support.

Nyc place to stay..rooms are clean also staff are well behaved.and price is affordable.
These are very expensive hotels, which are mixed with auto drivers, who cheat the customers and then ask for money at the time of check out.
This is not a hotel, It's is a slum. Govt toilets are more cleaner than this hotel. Waste of money. Rude behavior. Receptionist was abusive.

Just an ok room. We had to put our travel bags somewhere till the bus time. So I opted for this hotel.
Worst experience, receptionist’s behaviour was rude, didn’t accept online payments made on the Oyo app. kept asking for more money otherwise denied checkin and at last even after paying some extra amount, you have to pay extra for towels and blankets.

I reached at 10 a.m. There was no room to freshen up or any washroom was shown to me. I was told that room will only available at 12. I had to go to office after freshen up so I chose different hotel. Bad service from Oyo.
Worst room. No hygiene, rude staff. They will try to loot you in all ways. Also don’t book cab from them . they will send you some trash in the name of cab

All of the hotel staffs are frauds. They ask money even though you have paid throu oyo. They harras you until you pay the money. My dad is serious heart patient, they did not let me because i didn't pay money they are asking. The booking was already done through app. I also heard from locals that they hide camera in the room. It's not safe place for couples to visit. Please stay away from this hotel... 🙏
The room has been excellently serviced. I received wonderful support from your staff who received, including Lekin under house keeping services.
My hotel stay was really pleasant. The owners and staffs were really kind and helpful. The hotel recently completed their renovation, hence, the room and toilet was clean. The location is right at karol bagh market and the metro station is just 600-700 meters walk away.
However, small issues, that could be fixed. The flush stops working at times, the hot water was fluctuating, and the door latch was kind of slipped.

Very bad staff and service...at the time of checking even the staff tried to knock me. I dont know why OYO have such property . I booked online through agoda and when i went there for checking they just refuse to give entry after some little excuse like you dont have the proper id card etc.... I will reccomended to not book this hotel at any cost.

The worst of the worst! Never have I ever seen a hotel with such a rude staff, no hygiene and no basic professionalism. The staff even asked us to give them our room keys to them for sleeping for a night when we chose to spend the night someplace else!! Unbelievable right?? 🤣 This is crazy expensive for a bunch of clowns running a manhole they call a hotel!

Ac was not working , they are charging extra at the time of check out , managers are behaving rude sounding so low class you can say chapris. No management and they argue with you if you ask why are you asking more as we already decided the price. Don't book this hotel, you can get good hotels in this price range in Karol Bagh.

I had very bad experience here. Booked the room via oyo app and paid in full. But when I went to check in, they said no booking and asked me to see the app. After checking the app I found oyo shifted me to another hotel without information. Then the receptionist/manager demanded cash for room. It was a total disaster. Never go to this hotel and never book via oyo. Both are scams.

This is a very expensive hotel with third class quality rooms. They charged us rs 4500 for 12 hrs...😢 Also rooms are in little bad condition. Money was charged according to the number of persons staying in one room. But still hotel was not providing that amount of bath towels even after spending so much money. If you are willing to waste your hard earned money you can go in this 🤬!&%** hotel.......

Good but rooms are not in good condition.
They are fraud and suggest not to do booking with them. While doing online booking they reflect under OYO but don’t accept online booking because of which my parents and I really had tough time with them. Not sure if they are into genuine hotel business.

I was stay 2 day in the star view. I was booked throw Oyo but they cancelled my booking and ask duble money.

Don't book this hotel as the service is very bad here the rooms are not well maintained and the bedsheets are very dirty the room size is very small for the price you paid the air conditioner doesn't work the toilets are dirty. If you book this hotel through Oyo they charge you more than the booking price and make you wait for check-in I have to wait for like 1 hour to check in I complained to Oyo but they didn't take any action against this hotel if you are looking to book this hotel I request don't book as you will not have a good experience here for the price you pay.

Rooms are a disaster. ACs don't work properly in most rooms. Many rooms are infested with rats and cockroaches. The staff is very friendly and helpful though. And the location is very convenient for shopping.
The AC room was good for the price we booked, just a bit small in size. There's no movement space & balcony. Hotel receptionist's behaviour was good. No hassle during check-in & Checkout.

Awesome! Well Organised rooms, equipped with refrigerator, almirah and most probably the Air Conditioner for the complete relaxation. Neat and clean drinking water facility available. Clean and Hygienic washrooms.

Nice Big Rooms but to be very honest the Service was pathetic. For unknown reasons the Towel Soap comes about 12 hours late after check in. The Washroom flush were not working at all. Even the AC are little slow. Although the staffs are polite but still not a god experience.
The Lobby, restaurant and rooms were absolutely beautiful. Top notch service as well. Will definitely be back for my business needs.

First of all- great location of the hotel- close to shopping, restaurants and White River park- so convenient- for exerci se and fun. I came for a conference on Lifestyle Medicine and the accommodations were excellent- the low fat plant based food was AMAZING! From delicious and plentiful fresh fruits and veggies to perfectly made legumes, variety of vegetable dishes to tasty snacks and beverages- vegan smoothies, fruit water, etc.And room was most comfortable- best bed and most comfortable pillows!!!! I slept like a baby! Wonderful room service, great staff- my daughter and I felt like we mattered! All of the service personnel was most amazing- professional, helpful, caring. Thank you so much for making our stay so great!!!\\

No service .Only location is good. For room services they charge like anything. I ordered a soup .it took more then 90 minutes and then the price was written 120 for a soup and they asked to pay 180 without any bill or receipt. Similarly buffet was just useless ,better to have it from street vendors , poori and aloo was on menu and aloo was not even peeled . So don't expect any food from hotel.just stay , have food from outside and move on. But charges are more for mere staying.
It's easy to find by Google map, but still a sign board would be great. Response to room service is very late and water drinking facility is poor, warm water not available to d drink. Bathroom water heater was poor, took lot of time. They Even charge extra if a female friend visits you also they give you a different room than the one alloted on Oyo app.
