A very nice and quiet apparent for those who want to live in a peaceful atmosphere.
Ample free car parking, located in the middle of Tripunithura city, with all amenities close by. Very near to metro & railway stations.

Great place to stay. The place is really calm and has a good location. All the amenities are nearby. There is covered parking for bikes and cars along with CCTV.

Don't buy property here if you haven't. Worst experience. Poor quality of door frames. Lot of things are used are not upto the mark. I feel redevelopment builders give better place to stay.. Water was coming inside the house while raining. Amenities provided for 8 towers is very very small. Lot of other complains I have. Seems like builder wanted to do a business. He don't wanted sale homes. My self staying with my family in Runwal Bliss..So i am facing these issues.
Visited Runwal Bliss last week. There is a large central park right outside the towers. It is a rare luxury in Mumbai. Apartments are also designed well. Heard their retail part is also coming up soon.
Runwal Bliss is a good development. With its own retail, garden and other amenities, it is a good layout overall. Location is also good. Saw the completed first phase recently. Has come up well, with a large podium lawn, play area etc."
Horrible construction, even your WC can come down and they do not have even chemical to fix it. They do not pick up your call. Please avoid buying here. Everyone here in premises say that for one single issue the ticket for repair is raised multiple times. SInce they have no expertise their team is not able to handle any issues.

No visitors car park?
The worst customer experience. The Runwal possession team called us at 12 pm (we got possession at 4 pm) and we were taken to a home that was dirty, no cleaning was done, unfinished paint jobs, geyser was not installed, floor was stained, switch panels and doors with cosmetic issues, gaps in tiles. After you pay the money, they do not care about customer experience. This project was delayed by 3 to 4 years (Covid contributed to it but their inefficiency played a major part). Update May2024 - things got even more worse with their quality of ACs. AC Gas leaks and improper install causing leakage. It was supposed to have a warranty but no one helped us to raise a complaint or do anything. We ended up calling our own Ac repairer spent around 10k on repair.
There are multiple issues with this society and we are all waiting for a life threatening disaster to happen.
1) Improper Security - Random vendors will bang on your door(yes they will bang on the door because there is no provision for a call bell and video door phone supposedly takes 2 months for installation). On voicing facility management says you shouldn’t have taken possession.
2) Improper housekeeping (for several days). See attached pics.
3) Biggest issue is of Lift. They have 7 lifts in the building which is of 50 floor. However they have kept only 2 for common usage and guess what the 2 lifts run on the whims and fancies of lift man who keeps gossiping on various floors and then put the lift on vip mode). On days you have to wait upto 20 mins in lobby for the lift or you have to take the stairs. I was lucky that the mgmt dint say that you should not have taken possession on higher floor. God save your family in case of health emergency

As all the other reviews attest, the possession is horribly delayed with no proactive communication. Their after sales service is TERRIBLE to say the least… unresponsive and even when you do get a response it’s some standard boiler plate nonsense that does not resolve your issue. We have been intimated about our possession weeks ago but it is almost impossible to get a response from our CRM manager. We visited the site last week and it looks nowhere close to ready for possession. And I was horrified to see leakage already!!! You have to beg and plead to have a site visit done. They promise the world during selling but once the sale is locked, you’re at their mercy. Terrible management and horribly small apartments. Rueing the day we decided to go for this project… but unfortunately now we’re stuck. Hopefully people read the reviews and don’t make the same mistake

Good for budget friendly stay. 1bhk, 2bhk, 3bhk available. A very wide area covered by so many buildings and the total area divided by two, One is Star Annex and other one is Star Homes.
I was a tenant at Roshal apartments for close to two years and I would not have shifted from there if not for the relatively long drive I have to my workplace from there .
The place is clean, well maintained and provides a cozy studio apartment feel that was just right to make a home for one out of it for me .
Need to specially mention Shiby who always responds to any requests or concerns within the hour . An excellent calm safe place to stay and would highly recommend the place..
Oh .. and one more thing .. this place does actually look like the photos shown as opposed to some other apartment complexes that are out there ..

What a friendly people living here...
Budget friendly apartments. Best for students and working bachelors... Peaceful place and there were a calm park which can be hangout at night.. But the association secretary is very hard and sometimes implementation of worst laws.. That were the only problem we fased there in 2months..got lots of friends from there and many connections.. The people there is common and kind hearted.. Also space for badminton🏸

I really liked the place and I stayed around 1 year in the apartment. It has that nice serene vibe to it which is ideal for relaxing after a day of hectic work. Sometimes the place is so calm that you wonder whether anybody other lives there or not.😄

Guys like for real think before living here this is the worst society you could ever Live in specially after the past management, current staff do nothing just eat and do time pas no rules and regulations it's just you will give money only for house and nothing else plus the security is Pathatic they just sit on one place and do nothing there head is like go do complaint if you want to but we will do what we want and think is right there are aware about the laws of Supreme court towards the dogs yet they try to kill or throw the dogs outside the society, no cleaning not hygienic even a guard can abuse or get rude to you but in return you can't say a word i request to Pioneer Group to change the Maintenance and the Pathatic security previous staff was better give them the contract again.
After 2 years of living here I have some experience and observation. Windows and windows frame quality are so bad, lot of dust and noise come inside when the windows are closed. Swimming pool maintanence is also poor.
If something want from the management office, everytime They excuse of their policies,,why they are not able to do this, of this and etc,,
But area around is quite good. Nearby You can find the fresh vegetable market or Dorabjee. Everything is on walking distance(bar, restaurants, etc.)
I will not recommend this place for expat.

Calm and neat place. Surrounding is peaceful and supportive owner, can approach the owner at anytime for help.

One of the best place in ernakulam. Mosquito 🦟 is less here. Good atmosphere. Lots of place for parking. Quiet place for living small family.

A really good place for a single person with room, kitchen and bathroom. I recommend this to all looking for affordable and good housing in Kochi. Also the management of the property is very swift and cordial to all the tenants.
Very neat and Calm place. Reccommended for bachelors and couple. Stayed here for almost one year. Vaccated due to COVID 19 lockdown. If the place is available i will definitely stay here once i am back in Kochin.

Very cheap construction quality. Week walls and full of seepage. Poor materials used by builder, like glasses, doors and windows, plumbings, floorings. Sluggish maintenance. Cost of living more than 35K per month, and this does not include your rent.
Best value for money. Though the buildings are old, the land value is very high in that area (though undivided property). The property spread in 13 acres of land !!! Getting property between 20-30 lakhs is impossible, however one can do a good bargain and get a small descent flat around 20-25 lakhs.
Maintenance is not provided here. Some parking spaces problem. But overall good housing society. Less greenery. But clean society. Security is proper. Flooring is good. Lift is in good condition.

The room we got was dusty and the curtains were full of fungus. my son got itchingand rashes all over his body. The manager is also a very arrogant man . When we say a complaint about the room ,he blame us for the problem . Don't stay here with patients . The manager thinks he is the owner of this.
Poor maintenance. They don't send plumber, electrician etc even after several calls inspite of the fact that they are charging more than 13000 per month maintenance charges. On security front anyone can enter the society without Clearance. Elevators are of thyssenkrupp which has a german sounding name but the lift themselves are of inferior quality and make lot of noise while running.
Overall it is like group housing nothing better. Also it is extremely difficult to park the car in basement because of poor designing of ramp which has very high degree of curvature so maneuvering SUVs is really difficult.

An ancient museum of apartments. The structural integrity is doubtful and quality of construction is ambiguous. Some buildings are structurally in dangerous state. Each apartment complex is three storied with (obviously) no lifts. The entire apartments has two phases- One with residence association and other with no association. The first phase is comparatively well maintained. The latter phase was infamous (for anti-social elements) with the situation improving over time. The first phase has waste collection facilities(Fees: 200). The water is supplied by tanker for which some apartments'residents charge extra fees (to the range of 1000). There is an additional maintenance fees of 500 for residents of first phase. Facilities: Store in front of first phase, multiple small scale shops internal to second phase. Transportation facility: 800 m to nearest bus stop( towards Karingachira) and 1.1km to Irumbanam junction. Workshop(650 m ),hotels (near east fort or Irumbanam), hospitals, big shops are fairly accessible. Car parking facility is just ok. Mostly parking is along the lanes. A lawn is available at the centre of phase-1.

Starting with..this is a economical flat to live..good for middle/lower middle class...but this advantage comes at a cost...many of the buildings are not structurally secure...some of the blocks are not good for family.....high shortage for sheltered parking area
Sky Vie is full of uncivilised new money residents who are racist and disrespectful. There is no sense of community. The children are run amuck and the parents have no sense of responsibility when their unruly badly brought up children destroy society property. There are people who live here who lack common courtesy and decency. The quality of the building is like an Indian arranged marriage so much money spent but the cracks begin to show within 2 years. Walls fall on their own, ceilings are full of water seeping through. Poorly built and cheaply made. I would never suggest anyone buy an apartment here. It's a high class slum.

It's well planned, well engineered construction apartments. The place has all services n amenities. The society maintenance of club , swimming pool children's play n gym are excellent. All flats are fully furnished. Common areas like hall, kitchen and master bed room are centrally air conditioning is available. Good protocol for owners, tenants and guests with security.

Current resident. Very happy with this society, not racist at all... society has rules which some previous residents did not fallow and which led to both parties being unhappy about. Well maintain, in good location, near airport.

It's a perfect apartment complex in a very accessable part of the city. Each apartment is fully furnished causing it to be occupied by a lot of expats. Security is tight and the complex is spotless.
The Apartment area is very good, getting organized to a modern township. The 17-B-2 building is very reliable for rent and purchase as maintained to highest standards, 24X7 water and clean premises.
Would never recommend for a foreigner to live here. They do not want any non-Indians outside on the grounds or using the society amenities, and security will harass non-Indians until they give up and go back inside. Many Indian flat owners also instruct their children not to play with foreigner children. Anywhere but here would be more hospitable to foreigners.
