Best Persian restaurants in Iran

The food and the way it’s served is really cool and the quality is also decent. The place itself is like a regular low-mid range restaurant and service is also at the same level. The design and service could be more traditional and cosy just like the food but nothing to complain, it’s still better than many other restaurants in the same range in the area.

A lovely place to eat and spend time,The outdoor area was lovely not perfect. I personally do not like the plastic tables and chairs for restaurants but it was ooook. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Every item in the menu had to be added with a plte of rice, for example the stew in the menu came without rice!! Which was odd for me in an Iranian restaurant! And you had to pay an extra fee( 1,000,000Rls) for rice!! And it wasn’t pleasant for me at all.
The quality and taste of meals was ok not WOW.(5/10).
I don’t think I would like to eat here again.

Their service quality changed a lot especially the company they work with for waiters, juices, and dishes I think it was near their order taking place.

Ask for tip in the middle of ceremony for several time
Juice supposed to be till the midnight finished at 9 and they got 20 million for that

And they waitor did not do anything no matter how many time i ask them

If you went with farsi do not take that accompined company they are awful

It's a nice restaurant with Gilaki cuisine from south of Caspian Sea taste.
You could experience the amazing food of north region if Iran.
Special stew such as Baqala Qatoq, Fessenjan, sour Kebab of veal and lamb and tasty side dishes.
I recommend this restaurant!

You can definitely find better Gilaki food in Tehran but Gilaneh is not bad. Baghela ghatogh was surprisingly better than kabab torsh.

I don't know why it wasn't crowded with lots of people. the food was great. atmosphere was great. waiters was kind. we were some friends, had great dinner

Due to the crowd service was not optional. Pushy to get orders by standing there while you need to take your time to choose your best!
Funniest thing was that they bring POS. right to your table to charge you after order and before they bring you anything!!!

The restaurant was really good. They had cool decorations with interesting history and great photos on the walls. The food was delicious, especially the "Hashoo" and "do-piyaze-meygoo". The staff were nice and knew what they were doing.

One downside is they don't have parking, so you might have to find somewhere else to park. Also, there's usually a long line to get in, which can be annoying. Another thing, once you're done eating, they hurry you to leave, which feels a bit rude. And the bathrooms weren't very clean either.

This is very good restaurant with great food and reasonable prices. However, it gets really busy for lunch (at least) and that`s why waiters keep forgetting to bring stuff and it is made clear for customers that they need to leave as soon as they finish their food.

Most of foods on menu was unavailable, cheese burger was aweful and over priced.
Live music was disturbing and loud.
Staff behaviour was not quite respectful and timing was terrible

I have never been to Gilan, but Gilaneh is the restaurant that made me fall in love with the awesome cuisine of Gilan. The outstanding garnishes, tasty meals, and colorful dishes being offered there are worth mentioning. If you want to enjoy both eating and looking at the food, Gilaneh is the best choice.

This is my all time FAVOURITE place to get food from, AND they have reasonable prices when compared to other places! I definitely encourage everyone to get food from this place.

The food is delicious and it is definitely enough for 2 people. Kabab loghme and barg are great.the rice is acceptable but not perfect.the staff were middle aged and somehow old and we're very respectful.internal design is not special but it is clean.there is no elevator and you should go one floor up by stairs.

It's a mediocre restaurant with high prices. The price of simple foods is about 1.5 to 2 times other places of this quality. The quality of food here is okay but not ok and the amount of food compared to the price is low. I don't recommend coming here, but it's not bad.

The foods are high quality, all foods and appetizers are in big size, this is outdoor restaurant and warm in summer eventhough fan is availble, the price is average half million toman for each person, some waiters are not in good appearance and not using mask, overall it is recommended

I loved the Kebab, it was in a high quality, and portions are more than one person, also the staff were nice and friendly. There is a terrace which is not super nice but better than inside to stay. Design is not in the best.

Great customer service and high-quality food. However, unfortunately, the foods were cold.

The atmosphere is good and relatively traditional and the walls are full of pictures and decorations that you can enjoy seeing until they bring the food to you. They brought the food quickly, unlike the long wait we had to sit down, the food is spicy and delicious, especially the seafood and the price. The food was good in terms of quantity and quality, the staff were excellent, fast and polite.

Farsi catering is one of the best and oldest in this area.
+ different verity of food with great quality, acceptable portion and reasonable price.

We had Shrimp and Rice ( Meigou polo) which was delicious but with less spicy taste, including fried onions, raisins and chopped fried potatoes🤗😍. We also had Boushehri’s traditional stew with fish (Ghelieh mahi) which was nice and spicy.
The food was served in less than 5 minutes! So great actually.

The place and atmosphere was pleasant. I liked the traditional and old interior design very much. The personnel were so friendly and warm.

At the end we had a desert, named “Ranginak” which has dates inside, just try it if you like to taste something sweet after having sea foods☺️

Tea is not served there but when we asked for it, the kind server( Shayan) arranged two cups of tea for us😍

Mirzaghasemi is very fatty and rice is a little salty and gets felling good from the space of designing made

Delicious Gilan dishes and a beautiful restaurant, we sat outside and tried a variety of their starters together with different types of olives and yogurts. They were super delicious and I tried baghale ghatogh for my main and asked to have the egg really well done as I cannot eat runny eggs so in the photos uploaded I specifically asked for this as I know many will think they’ve over cooked it.

“Ghaza or previously known as “Navid” is a nice restaurant in downtown. The atmosphere is good and friendly. The food is good specially the kabab koobideh and barg! However shishlik is not the best, you can have better shishliks at other places. Overall I like this restaurant but part of it is my memory with my grand parents going there.

Good restauant with kind staff and good local food but the air conditioner dose not work well and the last point is the price😅i think the price is a little high

Unfortunately restaurant management was weak. Customers were still waiting for taking seats and order food, since it is not a spacious restaurant. I reckon they could have handled better. 👎🏼

Food quality is adequate. Personally i enjoyed eating Local Gamej Kebab with fresh vegetables and Sour Chicken Kebab. You'll find most of the dishes adequately sour, because of the pomegranate & walnut sauce. I believe the real sour taste could be found here at this restaurant, while some so-called famous restaurants use less while cooking. 👍🏻

The food was good. Its size was huge especially when comparing to other restaurants. The quality was high but a little bit lower than famous restaurant Nayeb.
Overally hogh quality and high price

An enjoyable place to dine. The food quality was good and the service was acceptable. The menu was fine and it included a wide range of different Iranian foods. Unfortunately, the prices were just a bit high.

We ordered Joojeh Kabab (with and without bone) and it was so delicious, a bit expensive though.
The food was still warm when it was devilered to us on a motorcycle.

Terrible experience, my order arrived after two hours, food was totally cold. I called complaints section. The representative, mr Javadzadeh, said its normal and you would have to warm up the food he was indifferent and wasn't helpful. aweful customer service. I was shocked by this response! Where the hell in their website they mentioned their take-out food is served cold?! What if I don't have or I don't prefer to use microwave aven!!! I will never ever order from them again

Well there's no outside place or any windows so it's not the best place to sit in, in time of corona so it's more of take out place.
The menu is very interesting. Like you can choose between 3 different type of rice!

Its Small Place not Simple and not Luxury

I have never left a negative review in my life. We used to order food from farsi for all our occasions in the past. Things have changed a lot in last years. This time it was a horrible experience from the beginning. I wanted to pick up the appetizer earlier than the main course delivery. They assured me it will be ready on time, long story short they stood me up for more than 45 mins for the appetizer. Quality of food is awful, really below standard. I will never order food from farsi again.

Be careful when you buy form this over priced place. They don't give you everything you order and so if you're so desperate to buy and have no choice whatsoever, triple check that they have given you all the things you ordered.
For instance they might serve you adas polo with dry rice and lentils and not add the minced meat or raisins or even dates as they describe or they might not give you the yoghurt you paid for.
Beware people of their arrogant attitude and terrible customer service.

It is a nice place with polit and friendly staffs. Its singer had attractive sound.

Navid Restaurant is the extension of its larger cousin (Navid Hall just up the street). The restaurant is nicely decorated, if not somewhat dated, the place is clean with plenty of attentive staff. The upstairs’ covered patio is by far the most pleasant place for dining. As for the food, the menu would be downright boring if it was not for the exceptional “barg” kabab. It is by far one of the best Kababs in town. Parking during the week day will be difficult.
