Very beautiful shopping centre, selling mostly luxurious Iranian products. Prices are rather high, but you will find lots of Iranian modern and valuable crafts, arts and fashion. I definitely recommend visiting this place.
I love Rosha. Especially the home department which has the best selection of home decors and interior designs made by Iranian designers. The department store is beautiful with a grocery store on the bottom floor and a small food court. The women’s designers section is always great for finding new Iranian designers.

You will get almost everything you may need, it's a medium size hyper, nice bakery inside and i would call it organized and good hyper market.
Is not quite complete and a bit of size, compared to the palladium mall or other famous Tehran's malls.
This is a good place to buy consumer goods. Prices are not much different from local stores. Most discounts are not real. This store belongs to the police
This is one of the stores that i visit the most because it offers good pricing and even in this covid19 time that all prices soars because of bad economic conditions due to lockdowns, but the prices here is slightly unchanged (thankfully).

But recently i realised that there is somehow like a "shortage" of products because they offered much more different variants of products before especially in the 2nd floor where they sell home appliances.

Amazing and impressive traditional architecture in the center of Tabriz.
They seal your big backpacks in plastic before entering. It is rather expensive but, as with big malls, you can expect various of discounts in different sections. I am a fan of its freshly cooked meals of the day (try it!) and the fish. I don't mind to skip buying regular stuff that can be found in a local stores here, they normally are cheaper. But if you do big shoppings, expect to get rather high discounts from time to time as well.
Best of my childhood memories happened here with my grandma' and grandpa'. The unique marvel in the heart of Tabriz. Simply a must see!
It is a great department store with lots of good brands. Staff are polite and willing to help. Its supermarket is well decorated and has many items. Also there were a few restaurants inside supermarket and the food and service were great. Definitely I will visit here again.
