very nice
Compact and easy to find cinema. However, Azadi has huge congestion especially in the evening. It has good parking which is not crowded. Also cinema tickets are a little cheaper.
This is one of the best cinemas I have ever been to. In this cinema, you will enjoy excellent sound and image. The best sinema in Western Tehran by far. We always lived near by in Mahtab tower and god thanks we lived next to this mall. But its a 4.50 . There aren't many interesting shops and places to visit. it's the local shopping mall you want. A bit more creativity in the design of the inside would have done it 5 star

It's a local cinema with 4 or 5 movie halls. Usually you can find a parking spot without any issues.
This cinema most of the times shows the latest Iranian Movies.
The furniture are old but the condition of cinema is warm and includes a good nostalgic feeling.

I have visited the cinema hall at Mega Mall several times, and overall it has been a decent experience. However, the hall is significantly smaller in comparison to other cinema halls such as Mellat Cinema. Although it is an excellent option for the locals of Ekbatan city, for someone who intends to visit from outside, there are better alternatives available. Nonetheless, it is not a bad choice.
The cinema is so clean and nice with comfortable chairs 😅 and actually I love the colors

There is no disputing the fact that Kouroush Cineplex is one of the highest-quality cineplexes in the entire city of Tehran in so many ways, including sound, service, stage and etc, which is why I would recommend it as a number one priority in case you live in Tehran, District 5.
Cinema Azadi is one of the best cinemas in Iran, which of course suffered a fire a long time ago and was rebuilt. This cinema complex was built in several separate floors and with several relatively modern and clean theaters, which has the ability to play a variety of movies ready for release, and with the good design that was done in the construction of this complex (both in terms of sound engineering and in terms of light) you can enjoy watching the movie you want.
Absolutely worth visiting, so much to explore, outstanding taste of design and architecture.
The space of the movie theater is relatively small. But the seats and audio and video system are of acceptable quality. At the entrance to the hall, there is a buffet where you can buy snacks like popcorn before entering the hall.

It's old but it worth to see the shops. Sometimes you're lucky and can find sth with a good price. The crep cafe used to be here and now it's closed.

The complex is really old. It does not have a good air conditioning system in the parkings, also in the cinema and other parts of the complex. The price of the cinema buffet is not reasonable for what you deliver.

One of the best cinema complexes in Tehran. There is no 3D as far as I know. Not been there since covid. Not exactly a wheelchair friendly place.
Parking is a big problem. Some times you need to travel so far to find a space.
Food is awful 😖. Coffee shop is awful. So better to eat before or after.

I went to this cinema for the first time when I was 11 years old and this is a really good memory for me
Low quality screen, poor sound, awful seats and terrible store and cafe. Absolutely waste of money and time.

Although there is small halls in the shopping center but I think its warm and friendly place there are some restaurants and coffee shops on the cinema floor, but the shopping center is not good at all and it’s not completed yet!

It is a nice place to watch movies and go shopping. Cinema complex located on fifth floor and floors are just a little confusing. Floors are spacious and quiet. It has nice snack booths and clean, facilitated movie theatres.
It has nice shops,moderately high priced, also a decent children playground. It's cinema are top notch among does exist in Tehran. It also features restaurants,food cort and a hyper market. Among its stores also exist a drugstore and a book store which are rare at malls like this. Its parking system along side with automated stairs and also special lines designed for shopping carts to go straight to your car with them provide a good sense of comfort. If you plan to visit at holidays or the night before, it is good idea to check for traffic or get a cab and count for delay because it gets full and also crowded.

Low quality of vocal system
i just searched about some shoes brand that stored in this shopping center and i spent one hour to place there , good parking area inside and outside, good entrance from each side of shopping center bit you can just find some good shops because of quality and prices! no good accommodations, some shops just work in cinemas time!!!!
One of the best cineplexes in Tehran and maybe even the best one. It has Many available cinema salons covering most of the box office movies. The screens have 4k quality and dolby sound equipment are used which makes it a great experience to watch a movie here. The only problem is its long distance to the city center.

The quality of sound and screen is great. But the distance between parking and the cinema is prety long so take off the passengers infront of the main doors in ground floor before going to parkings.

A real mall in Tehran, Having several shops, food court, restaurants, 5 or 6 cafés, playground, and hyper market and Great cinema with comfy seats and also watch 3D movies, in one place. Also an amusement park. Finding the way to the parking was not easy though. But the cinemas are the best parts. There are 14 cinemas there with a wide range of movies. It’s a little too crowded during nights.
I almost always came here for the cinema, and I am very pleased with the quality of the cinema halls, and I am well acquainted with the name of the cinema campus.
And of course, the park is hard to find, and should take refuge in adjacent streets

Their system and sound quality is not that much high but they treat their costumer well and fine. It`s good that they have free place even in Tuesdays and they have enough saloon to sit but some of them are little and it`s not good that they let the people get inside of saloon even when the film is started.In general it`s an ordinary cinema with average quality and their price is lower than other cinemas because their quality is not like other cinemas.
A nice big complex, nice shops and good coffeeshops for spending time. There is also a couple of grade A cinemas at the top level. Generally it is a good place to meet you friends or spend an evening. There is a parking included as well and it is wheelchair accessible.

Besides low quality of its salons, their Ticket Selling is really bad. The ticket seller was not in the office for couple of minutes and didn't accept that it was a mistake by him! He didn't respect customer's rights at all!
Here is a very good cineplex. There is a very good parking for your car and the sattari highway makes it easy to reach the mall in the most times. There are about 9 saloons and you can almost find every movie on the screen. I loved the exprience and have been there several times. Perfect place for watching a movie if you are in the west of tehran
It is so annoying when you take a seat at the first row;you can see the texture of screen .I mean it's not standard to watch a movie from such close distance.
This is a beautiful mall. Hopefully when they have more stores it will get better.
Mega Mall is nice but there are plenty of unused space in there. But it's nice for watching a movie on it's theater. It also has a hyper supermarket and an official Samsung branch.

It's built in 1345. It has 4 cinema halls (green, blue, red and purple). It's a cozy place and It's a good place to spend time with family.
It is great for date and you can book all the time very easy!
I love the environment, the quality of playback on screen is good. The shops sell junk food at very high price! i advice you buy popcorn and snacks outside of cinema.
There's a nice place for watching football
It is one of the oldest and crowded cinema in Tehran. Comparing others it is a middle class place. It has 5 saloons, one for theater, others for movie but the saloons aren't modernized yet, there aren't equipped with dolby system as well as an acoustic covered walls so you can't expect good sound quality also the seats aren't convenient enough so you have to sit shoulder-to-shoulder. The final issue is the car parking trouble; the cinema parking lot doesn't have enough space to supports the audiences cars so, they have to seek for a car parking at the surrounding streets.

The parking is not free. The cinema saloons are not full in most hours of day, I was happy to buy the ticket only one hour before film sense.
Really cool and nice place , really cosy with light music , wonderful atmosphere , it is located inside a beautiful garden and their saloons is a traditional design for almost 50 years ago , I like to sit in their coffeeshop and drink coffee and listen to a cool music 😍

If you live in west of Tehran, this place can provide most of your needs such as routine homeshoppings also clothings,mobile phones and jewleries, amusment park for children,diffrent kind of fancy restaurants,lots of movies to watch in cinemas and having a coffee at coffe shop.
Parking price is somehow high but kindda worth it.

One of the best cinemas in Tehran if you want to watch Persian movies. It's near to Mirzaye Shirazi Metro Station in line 3 of the Tehran Metro.
It was a good and clean place for visitors.

It's one of the best with modern architecture. best time is going in day time otherwise it's full of people in rush hours like the other places in Tehran.

Still here is one of the best cinema in Tehran specially west district. I love here because It has lots of parking spot outside of the complex and besides here is calm and cozy.
