Very poor experience. Attended by a female staff who has very bad attitude , even told us a higher price for the a bag we are interested to.
I would expect a higher level of customer service for paying thousands of dollars for a product. Upon arrival, I was bounced around from one person to another to find a product I needed. There were two male staff standing around doing nothing who told me I needed to get help from one of the female staff members, who was busy and told us she had another customer in her queue. I walked away without regrets, as I’d receive quicker and better customer service at a Walmart.

Il ragazzo sembra non voler lavorare: ti dà spiegazioni il minimo indispensabile. Non ritornerò di certo. Seguire il cliente dovrebbe essere la base della vendita.

I was here to purchase a bag since Milano Galleria didn't have stock. The sales assistant was bad. She was uninterested and impatient in serving me and was on her phone the whole time. When I was asking her questions she was still on her phone giggling. Horrible. Convenience store has better customer service than this place.
Much better service I got here as compared to the Milan outlet.
Great shopping experience with full credits to our sales advisor Barbara. She was very patient with us through the entire shopping process and a knowledgeable and gave us great advise. Thank you for your great service which made our stay in Milan enjoyable!!
Today I visited the store and finally found my dream bag which is sold out in London and was served and helped by the lovely Fan, I wanted to say a big thank you as you were so patient and friendly.
It makes a massive difference when making an expensive fashion decision to be handled with such care and I left with my new purchase extremely happy and touched.

Ok, I’ve been in beauty section of store. It was the worst experience!!!! I wanted to buy a balm and I was trying to decide about the colour but the lady there was not nice at all her behaviour was like she is bored and act like I have to decide by my first try! At the end we had to ask her 4 times!!!! to pack the package for Christmas which is ridiculous!
Unless you feel you are buying from a convenience store, you better dont buy here. They treat you like they are doing a “favor”. Do not forget my beautiful sales associate, that you are there working because of the customers, the buyers, go to the store and spend our money. So don’t loose your mind.

We were shopping in the store and lost a pair of sunglasses inside the store. I called back next day and they said they would check and reply back. I called back numerous times chase them for 10 days and always gave the same answer that they will call back with answer and 15 days later still have not received any reply. Totally ridiculous customer service!

To improve: I strongly suggest the store manager to review & train the doorman’s performance with bare minimum to POLITELY ask all (potential) customers whether they have an appointment or not, if not, then ask them POLITELY to join the line. REGARDLESS OF RACE AND LOOKS. This really bothers me.
Good: The lady SA was really friendly and helpful (too bad I forgot her name), and so happy that we got the best color of chanel 22.

The salesperson is totally unprofessional in the product. I came to find the regular style but gave me the slim style and told me they were same!!! I need to try the size 42 but gave me the size 44 and told me that was 42!!! I feel insulted and disrespected, terrible experience!

Sono stata nel punto vendita di Prada ( piano terra) in Rinascente durante il ponte di Ognissanti, ho trovato un commesso sgarbato e palesemente infastidito dalla mia richiesta di informazione verso una borsa esposta , faccio presente che nel momento che ero lì non c’erano altri clienti quindi non si può neanche usare la scusa della stanchezza o simili , consiglio vivamente un corso di gentilezza e professionalità !

She was so helpful cos my apple pay wasn't going thru , she was such a good sport so so very patient and cheerful about it, not once did she loose her patience with us... I mean I don't know how she does it....my first time buying a Prada bag.. and it was the best service ever!!

Unfortunately she was not at the store it was her day off when I went in to grab my item. I expected a luxury brand to have a better treatment and service to its costumer… perhaps offer water! I asked for it but there was non at the store. Shocking.

Perfect shop, firmly arrenged, with broad selection. Nice and really helpfull staff. I wanted to change the item I had bought earlier, but after longer time than one month. They allowed me, helped to choose and waited for the end of "the phone conference" with my wife. Buy Bruberry and don't worry.
