Non è più Burberry di un tempo. In via dei Condotti c'era classe ed eleganza.
Acquistato diversi capi, personale molto gentile con Anna e Vivien e vestiti originali
Ho portato delle acarpe che dopo 8 mesi circa hanno presentato un diffetto che mi impediscono di usarle. Spendendo una cifra che non e’ piccola le ho portate da loro per mandarle in assistenza dove non hanno potuto fare nulla neanche a pagamento. Qualita’ che non rispecchia i prezzi…non comprero’ piu’ Balenciaga…mi dispiace. Alleghero’ foto appena ricevo indietro le mie scarpe.

Prima di effettuare l’acquisto in Rinascente da Givenchy mi sono recato in via Sant’Andrea ma purtroppo il paio di calzature che cercavo non erano disponibili lì e sotto loro consiglio mi mandarono lì in Rinascente ad acquistarle.
Dopo aver provato il paio di ciabatte che cercavo deciso di acquistarlo e chiedo la confezione regalo, confezione regalo proprio niente la scatola buttata dentro e solo un fiocco all’esterno della busta!
Al momento del pagamento la commessa non mi chiese neanche se fossi già cliente lì da Givenchy e notate bene che sullo scontrino ha battuto non calzature ma ben “camiceria”.
Con questo vi ho detto tutto!
In Rinascente ti squadrano tutti da testa a piedi credendosi delle bellezze scese in terra soprattutto al piano terra dei profumi.

The shop assistant was in a bad mood. No service, wrong price announced in the window, no hello, no thank you, no good bye… Must have been the heat of the day. One star for great collection.
Ottima boutique per fare acquisti soprattutto per New balance, Saint Barth. All'interno si possono trovare altre marche sempre di alto livello, cappelli, maglie, scarpe, borse e tanto altro. Sono venuto mercoledì mattina, e una commessa gentilissima è stata molto disponibile con me. Negozio consigliato a tutti!

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, habe von einer anderen Marke was dabei gehabt und wollte mal wegen neuen Schuhen schauen. Die Verkäuferinnen sprachen mich an mit einem Unterton ob ich in Ihre Garderobe will mit den fremden Sachen. Da ich nicht mal in der Nähe von der Umkleide war sondern bei den Schuhen bin ich einfach gegangen und habe mir 2 Stände weiter bei Valentino 2 paar Schuhe gekauft. Verstehe auch nicht was diese ganzen schlecht gelaunten Verkäufer damit bezwecken wollen, denken die Sie sind wirklich was besseres nur weil Sie dort arbeiten?!

The salesperson is totally unprofessional in the product. I came to find the regular style but gave me the slim style and told me they were same!!! I need to try the size 42 but gave me the size 44 and told me that was 42!!! I feel insulted and disrespected, terrible experience!

It's a capsule store in the Rinascente department store. Women's is on ground floor, men's on 1st floor. The Burberry flagship store for Italy is in Milano, but this store can also do alterations or receive orders placed in Milan.
Non è facile trovare un must come il fay 4 ganci in promozione. Ma con Giancarlo abbigliamento è stato possibile. Molto soddisfatto. Grazie!
Mostafa lost a $600+ sale because of his ego. From the moment we walked in, everything was a “quiz.” We are not leather connoisseurs, hence needing direction upon entering the store while browsing. We are on vacation and wanted to make our experience memorable, yet we had a less than memorable experience. The store itself has beautiful goods, yet not a friendly salesman. We took our business to a much nicer and professional Italian man and purchased our two leather coats there instead. Common courtesy goes a long way, Mostafa.

Sono molto felice di fare questa recensione, la mia è la testimonianza di una superlativa assistenza da parte del team givenchy della Rinascente. Ringrazio di cuore Marco Evola che si è adoperato nella ricerca a livello europeo di un paio di sneakers che cercavo ormai da 2 anni senza speranze. Marco ha avuto la lungimiranza di contattare personalmente la sede centrale a Parigi e in pochi giorni è riuscito ad esaudire questo mio desiderio. L’estenuante ricerca è conclusa, so che se avrò bisogno di altre cose introvabili chiederò immediatamente Marco. Ancora i miei complimenti.
Perfect shop, firmly arrenged, with broad selection. Nice and really helpfull staff. I wanted to change the item I had bought earlier, but after longer time than one month. They allowed me, helped to choose and waited for the end of "the phone conference" with my wife. Buy Bruberry and don't worry.

Sconto non chiedetelo.... Ci era stato detto se ci fossimo ritornati ce lo avrebbero fatto. Oggi, 31 maggio, ci siamo ritornati.... commessa con una cortesia (

Four months after i bought a jacket the inside pocket fell apart...when i bought it marco said that i could contact him for any replacements needed due to manufacturing defects for up to 7 years. I contacted him over facebook and he didnt respond, so i tried email and he didnt respond there either. Not sure what else to make of this but that he was lying.
I have been wait at the entrance (NOT BEING ALLOWED TO GO SEE THE MEN SECTION!..) because the other saler was busy doing something else. I felt like a thief ......
