It's just a frustrated ex employee with very poor labor ethic, and also one of the responsible for saying a client she was too poor to afford a bag. The team works properly and well, and they deserve good manners. Sometimes waiting might be too much but they are polite and always help you.

I am extremely disappointed with the prolonged wait outside the Yves Saint Laurent store. The lack of communication and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I hope measures will be taken to improve this situation in the future.
The store is simply the reflection of Italian elegance. Staff are very kind and their attention to detail is unmatched. Would definitely come back!

I can’t say enough about the experience I had meeting Filippo and his family in Florence. It started with a small conversation but ended up with a connection I never expected. He cares about his customers more than just selling his amazing products. Ended up buying an antelope leather reversible jacket which I am so excited to wear. Despite It is a large place , you can find every clothes you need for you or your family with good prices , it is always overcrowded. The worst thing that I have to go to dressing room lonely without my wife to tell me what if the clothes fit or not . I don't know who decide this stupid policy .

Best places to buy quality full clothing in cheap in Turin city. I found it better to buy clothing from primark rather than porta plazzo for quality issues.
Contatto il negozio telefonicamente chiedendo se fanno servizio via web con spedizione, mi dicono che, sopra i 1000 euro, si. Mi fanno contattare dell'addetto che doveva parlare con me, preciso che mi rispondeva ogni ora e, quando gli ho chiesto di concludere poiché dopo avevo da fare, mi ha detto che c'erano i clienti in carne ed ossa che venivano prima e avevano la priorità su quelli telefonici, prima risposta di cattivo gusto, ci sono mille modi di rispondere e, comunque, un cliente, dovrebbe essere rispettato, specie se cortese e paziente. Comunque mi manda 3 modelli di numero, dicendo che avevano solo poche cose io ne scelgo uno, lui mi risponde che viene euro 835 e che deve chiedere alla manager, il giorno dopo, se può mandarmela. Il giorno dopo mi dice che non si può. Io sono rimasta basita, scusa, non mandarla, mi mandi solo 3 borse, 2 sotto i mille euro, una sopra i mille euro, che non mi piaceva, ma è una presa in giro? Avendo dovuto pazientare tutta la mattina che mi rispondeva, perché aveva le sue priorità. Poi avevo chiesto inizialmente un pacchetto regalo, mi ha risposto che non li hanno, che sono un outlet, si ma di saint laurent. Ho acquistato da un altro noto marchio del loro stesso circuito, professionalità e cortesia del livello che dovrebbero avere e che ti aspetti. Io veramente non comprendo come si possa trattare un marchio di tale livello, seppur outlet, con queste modalità, approcciando al cliente in modo quasi fastidioso. Sono rimasta veramente delusa.
Mi sono trovato molto bene e soprattutto un complimento va alle commesse Gloria e Federica un saluto da dj Massimo Bellini da Cervo Ligure provincia di Imperia
Ottima qualità del marchio Ixos, compro i loro capi da diversi anni e dato che hanno uno stile loro non sono mai fuori moda a sempre attuali ed originali
un esperienza brutta per i due commessi ieri pomeriggio un commesso risponde al cliente se ha fretta la c'è la porta.. i soldini però vanno bene oltretutto il commesso se la chiacchera con un altra collega... sarebbero da far capire che i clienti sono il loro stipendio.....

Had a great experience with Georgio and Filippe spent two hours, never felt rushed and ended up getting a coat and jacket. If you want quality materials and craftsmanship this is the place to go.
How fortunate we were to run into Phillipo and Girardo and get to visit thefamily store! Truly simple classic style and fabulous craftsmanship! I cannot wait to get my custom leather jacket when I get home! We even got to meet the cousins who visited and now are honored to be part of the family! I’d have to say, making enquiries with Saint Laurent Outlet in Sanremo has been the worst experience I’ve had shopping. I was literally refused sale and was told all the items I requested we’re not available when they actually were. I don’t want to assume it’s some sort of prejudice but it was a terrible experience.

Amazing clothes, custom made leather coats, top quality material, and very nice and friendly people! I highly recommend this place if you love high quality and are interested in exceptional fit. My daughter got this reversible antelope skin jacket - and she is difficult to buy for as she is so tall!
Ottimo personale, sempre gentile e non invadente. Sono cliente fisso da anni della Timberland, e anche di questo negozio. Molto ben fornito, ci si trova di tutto. Peccato la mancanza di alcune chicche, tipo le "Made in Usa" o le Limited Edition, che ogni volta devo andare ad acquistare nello Store di Milano o online. Per il resto, tutto 5 Stelle! :)

Great prices and different styles. They have something for everyone. Great staff. When the lines got busier at the cash registers, they opened more checkout lines and we were out in minutes. We loved the absence of staff in the fitting rooms observing the number of clothes brought.
