Very bad taxi drivers in milan, id rather pay little more and dont get these drivers who are mean and have no respect to tourists they shout and complain about everything with us from bags even infront of our children who even got scared
AVOID! ABUSIVE AGGRESSIVE DRIVER WITH NO METER. Taxi 309 license plate GH920XR (picture attached). I took a taxi on 20th July 2024 from Milan Malpensa to Best Western Cardano hotel at 22:15. Once we reached the hotel, I asked the driver how much I had to pay and he quoted 25 EUR. I remarked that this was expensive and asked if the meter was running. After this, the driver got out of the car, violently opened my door, asked me to “get out,” opened the boot of the luggage and aggressive asked “In your brain how much you want to pay?” He tried to argue that there was a fixed rate but I said that there was never any meter running. After this he got aggressive and threatening. My wife was also with me. Once I said I would pay 15 EUR he asked for cash. I refused and offered credit card and then he argued some more before finally accepting the payment in credit card.
Good professional drivers for reasonable price.
Very rude call center operator. I asked for some information about a booking, and I was addressed with an attitude of superiority like I was asking a silly question. It is not the first time that has happened. I won't use this service anymore.
Driver charged 160 instead of 110 as is the law. After emailing the company several times and involving the taxi commission of Milan city, they still refuse to correct the wrongdoing. They are the incarnation of the cliche “let’s rip off the foreigners” character. Never going to book with them again and I’ll also direct my company to avoid them in the future. Really bad experience

Our hotel arranged this taxi for us. I appreciated that the driver was 10 minutes early for our 6:00 a.m. pickup. He wasn't friendly, but it was early in the morning and my Italian is limited. The meter soared above the 110 Euro set fee, but he charged us 110 when we paid by card. We arrived safely and it was a fine enough ride.
Driver drove so dangerously and over speeding, on getting to me destination he ask for cash payment of 20euros and not card payment. I discovered he wanted to over charge me and yet he was rude and very abusive.

There is no night taxi service when you call in same day .You should Organise your taxi one -2 days ago

I have called for a taxi at his company from Milan downtown to Malpensa airport. The lady spoke both Italian and English and informed me that the date and time was registered in the system for pick up and that the cost was standard at EURO 110. The taxi arrived on time we got outside of the apartment put the baggage inside and the taxi took as to the airport. There he demanded us to pay at EURO 144 as the taxi meter showed and finally we paid EURO 137 and got a paper note for receipt and not a legal receipt. When I have complained with email for refund to the company they informed me that I delayed 11 minutes to board on taxi and thus the taxi fee at EURO 110 was cancelled and I have to pay whatever the taxi driver has asked for and of course they have refused any refund. I was not notified on this before the ride while I should have, and also TaxiBlu replied that it cannot issue me a proper receipt for my account department because they are only Radio taxi and the drivers work as individuals and not as employees of the company that I have called to be served. Avoid using them, next time I will use Metro or other trusted companies with fixed rates!
I tried to call A taxi for 6 people and a dog because people stole our purse with the car keys in it. In the phone I asked if the woman Spoke englisch but she said “NO” and she hang up. We had to walk half an hour to find an taxi suited for 6 people and we for back at the same company. The taxi ride was plesent.

Took 3 cabs all the drivers where nice and not to hard to communicate with. The call Center was absolutely brutal my recommendation is to ask a local to call for you the lady on the other end would not even try to work with me she said call back with google maps address I did that she hung up I called back she said it’s not a address so I asked the guy working the cafe to call he had a taxi there in 5min.
Awful service. ITS JUST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A TAXI IN MILAN. They put you on hold and then they tell you there are no cars available. And of course Uber is not allowed to do any business in this country. Milan like Neaples.
Just be patient, taxis always come. A busy busstop.
Very reliable service. Outside the Venice islan if you need a car to move around very good options. Even you can make a reservation online for pick up.

Incredibly rude driver and the price seemed to have been made up. The driver did not greet us but merely growled at us which seemed a bit strange. It was supposed to be a meter price he growled, however 10€ was added up for unknown reasons. In addition, the taxi driver was rather dissatisfied that we didn’t pay cash. We did make it from A to B, but that was the only good thing about this. Price from Mestre to Treviso AirPort was over 90€. On the way here with a different taxi company it was 75€ and much more pleasant. Would not recommend, unless you enjoy being growled at.

Cost me $20 euro to go from my hotel to the mall (5 miles), then they charged $40 for the way back. Their reason being that they charge from the minute you call. The guy on the phone is very rude, with a short fuse if you can’t understand him.

I was stranded at the Venice airport and tried calling for a taxi, some rude woman answered and yelled “get a taxi at the airport!” And hung up. Rude and unprofessional.
Needed an early morning (3:30am) ground transport taxi from Venice to the airport. I was able to arrange a ride the morning before via text messaging/call. The van was clean and on time, the driver was friendly and efficient. The prices on the website were accurate. I'm happy with the service.
54 Euros for a ride of 15 Minutes and approximately 15 Kilometres.
The lady in the phone spoke very good English and was kind, although I didnt think that the price worth sp finally I didnt order it.

For 14 min ride they charged me 50 euros. We almost crashed with another vehicle because of the fast driving. The driver didn't even apologized. Super rude. I'll never use them again

This taxi is very bad, window was opened, no air conditioner, extremely unfriendly driver, driving so dangerous, worst, i dont recomend this taxi as ur choice. For management, please kindly fix it.
Black taxis are "luxury services" and 2x as expensive as the white ones.
