Scrivo ora perché all’epoca non ero pratica in queste cose. Ben 12 anni fa avevo ordinato una torta di cake design dove di design non vi era nulla se non una scritta! Polistirolo tutta la parte sopra rivestita di marzapane e coroncina con principesse in plastica. Mi era stato assicurato che tutto veniva fatto a mano (come prevede il cake design), e mi avevano mostrato delle foto all’ordine. La parte sotto era invece un normalissimo pan di spagna farcito di crema al cioccolato. La torta era costata all’epoca 180 euro! Ripeto, 180 euro 12 anni fa! Per 20 bambini. A mio marito è preso un colpo! Io l’avrei lasciata lì!ma lui non sapeva che ciò non rispettava quello che mi avevano fatto vedere! Colpa mia inoltre che non avevo chiesto un preventivo ma chi mai si immaginerebbe di spendere tale cifra! È una torta per dei bambini di 6 anni non una torta da matrimonio. Non ci sono più tornata ma mi rammarica leggere che hanno continuato così negli anni e sono ancora aperti! Allego foto
Fin dal principio il proprietario, ex gelataio di successo in viale Romagna, e la figlia, hanno sacrificato la pasticceria per privilegiare il bar. Il banco dei dolci è posizionato male e si fatica ad avere una visione completa della merce esposta. Peccato. Il panorama delle torte si è drasticamente ristretto e quelle farcite arrivano a casa semicongelate. Peccato. Ma quello che non si può perdonare è la scortesia da cui si viene investiti se si fanno richieste di torte personalizzate.

Very nice place, like the history of the place. The hot chocolate was delicious. The 0.50l water bottle was more than 3€ which is very overpriced. The waitresses were very nice. One of them forgot my water, but just a minor thing.
Loved everything about this place. The service is the best in town. You have to try the sweets and the Moroccan tea 😍

We used to go to this place every time we were in Rome. The absolutely best rum di babà I’ve had in my life. Unfortunately, it looks like the place is not working anymore.

Very nice place for breakfast pastry and coffee. You can even get delicious treats for takeout. The interior is quite nice and if you go there late morning, it is pretty empty and peaceful. Staff is welcoming and helpful.
Probably the best value I have seen in a resturant in all of the world. The prices are so so low and the food is insanley good. Never in my life have I had pastries this good. If you are in Rome, you have to go to Dolce Maniera, the best of the best.
We stumbled across this amazing bar and it was fantastic. Great music, service, and friendly staff. They made us a special hookah experience. Would highly recommend!

We had been welcomed by very kind waitress who explained all the offer of sweet and salty brioches. We took salty one with sicilian dried meats and spicy cheese- no words needed, please take it as you can really sense amazing flavour of the crossiant! Maybe they should offer more combinations of salty brioches as they were really very good and we would be happy to try more combinations!
We also took sweet brioche-1 Maxi is enough for 2 persons! And i do not have to mention its delicious! COMPLIMENTI!

Great! We went here several times during our stay in Milan. I would recommend this place to anyone! Super friendly and helpfull personel. No tourist trap. They kindly explain everything (or really try to if their english isnt that good). Their food and coffee tastes really great as well! And it is not expensive.
Upscale Carrefour with great wine selection, salumeria, gelateria, pasticceria and more.
Has just about everything .. missing healthy snacks such as cheese & biscuits no fresh sliced bread & no pancakes or crumpets for breakfast too much sweet foods

Located in a dark basement, not the best for a pastry shop in my humble opinion. I bought a vegan croissant, tasted fair, a bit bland and dry, nothing memorable. Staff courteous, not smiling and not particularly welcoming, just did their job in a cold manner. I asked a soy cappuccino to take away, they gave me it in a very weak paper cup with a lid not fitting and not closing well, it was just put roughly over the cup, it was not good for a take away. A lot of room for improvements

The cake and all pastries were delicious!! I found them to be a reasonable price and it was fresh and an art! Our friend, birthday girl loved it! We even shared with the hotel staff.
Thank you to the gentleman serving us and it was so kind of him letting us try some before we could buy!
Truly it was so delicious, I am now sat here back in England and thinking about the delicious pastries! Defo going back there on my next trip to Milan :D

One of the best ice creams i ever ate! Every flavour is so rich and tasty. Authentic italian gelatto. I never expected to find such a gem. Do not miss it if you are in the area. Prices are great for Milan.
Had a refreshing stop here for espresso, panini, pastries and Strega. Attentive, friendly staff and delicious food.

Open from 07:30....so go grab a great coffee and some amazing pastries to get your day off to a good start...then go back in the afternoon, and lose yourself among the excellent selection of deserts from a real pastry master...

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr leckere kleine Teilchen. Wenn man sagt, dass man was mit nach Hause nehmen möchte, packen sie alles sogar sehr transprtfreundlich ein.
This is a landmark of all of Prati and Rome. This place has been around for many decades. It's almost like a cult, you go down the stairs and you have to see everything. Bakery and all Italian desserts you can imagine.
We tried the pasta from the day menu and it was very tasty. The waitress was very kind and nice in Italian style. Considering the location, the prices are reasonable.

I went here for some lovely pastries to give to my coworkers and this was recommended. They did not disappoint! The variety of chocolate and cake and fresh pastries was so good. I was excited to even look around and see what this place offered. Would highly recommend and everyone at the office loved it.
This is an amazing Cafe, extremely friendly staff who spoke great English. They couldn't do enough for us. The pastries crumble so softly into your mouth with an explosion of cream filling, and an assortments of flavours. In Italy they call a Mocha "Marocchino", it's packed with flavour and great strong coffee flavour. Thank you so much would love to have come here again and again. Ciao grazie!
Volevo pagare un cappuccino e un espresso con una banconota da 5€ (!!) e la signora alla cassa non ha voluto accettarli affermando che non sarebbe arrivata alla fine del mese se tutti l’avessero pagata con banconote da 5€ per due caffè, costringendomi a chiedere ad un mio amico di pagare. Peccato i cioccolatini sono buoni, ma non lo staff.

Small bakery with allure! Friendly owner from Canada was serving us. All the pastry was looking so nice and beautiful. Small artefacts really, and of course, very delicious. We took 'petit fours' : tiramisu, caramel, fruits and lemon. It's the first time I drank a hot chocolate how the Italians drink it, a syrup kind of drink made from real chocolate 🤎. We took some lovely bonbons with us to try at home! Highly recommend this bakery!

This was my favorite place for coffee and a nice ape. It's been bought by a huge multinational group and things are starting to change. So sad.
I've been coming here every time I'm in Milan for the past 6 years. Their southern Italy mini pastries are out of this world! Simply a must - rum baba, sfogliatela, canollo con ricotta, and maybe a small tart with either fragola or lampone.
Service is friendly but sometimes may be lagging to clean up the tables simply because they are so busy at the counter.
The place is always busy, you may need to wait to get a table.

Excellent pasteries, cakes and traditional panettone. Highly reccomend their croissants with fresh crema! Service is impeccable and staff goes above and beyond to accommodate every wish. Can only reccomend!

Sono andato a pagare la colazione per 3 persone, la titolare (con aria seccata) si è rifiutata di accettare il pagamento con carta.
Dopo averle fatto notare che per legge non si possono rifiutare i pagamenti col pos la cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio è stata la battutina fatta quando ero sulla soglia della porta: "te la do io la legge".
Decisamente maleducata e fuori luogo, visto che sono cliente.
Spero che la signora si renda conto che è tempo di adattarsi ai cambiamenti (le soluzioni senza commissioni per piccoli importi esistono) ed è un peccato inciampare su queste stupidaggini visto che i dolci e il caffè sono buoni.

Lovely shop and ideal for guests staying in the Ibis (Centrale). Very wide selection of cakes. Great for breakfasts inc. fresh orange. English speaking and good for wheelchair access, with only a small step at the entrance/exit.

This place offers continental breakfasts. Unfortunately, the Italians do not fully understand what they are. There was scrambled eggs, but the cheapest "orange juice" from the market, salty piece of bread and a portion of cheap jam in a small plastic package. I didn't know whether to add the jam to the eggs, jam or to the small salty bun. price: 10 euros. conclusion: if you are in Italy, eat like an Italian - for breakfast coffee and pasta. Basta!. beautiful interior and surroundings. service not very vigilant
The sweets of an excellent quality! Always a great idea to pass by and have breakfast or some random sugar recharge here.
This local bakery doesn't look much from the street walk down the stairs you enter a small room surrounds by such a vast choice of mainly sweet deserts and some savoy, you are simple spoilt for choice.. this is where the locals go, slightly further to walk but we are only talk a couple of minutes, price wise 50 cents upwards. I would highly recommend either there Pistachio cream croissant, or the chocolate orange croissant.

We were seduced by a beautiful photo of “Zeppole di San Giuseppe” for this Father's Day posted on the official website on Instagram two days ago. We decide to visit y this pastry shop to taste for ourselves.
Unfortunately, shortly after we ate our zeppole(costs €5.5 each), we felt nauseous and our stomachs started to ache.
These zeppole didn't look fresh as shown on their website, almost completely soaked. The taste was unfresh and texture was saggy.
We suspected what were in the shop today were not made today. We hope they will be notified by this comment and stop selling what’s remain there to other customers.
We are very disappointed, and still feeling sick in our stomachs.

Lovely coffee and pastries and really good prices. Alot of locals was in and out whilst we was there which is always a good sign.
Crowded for panettone - we got a classico! And coffee with cream-filled brioche. No changes, still great on 15 Oct 22.

Completamente insoddisfatta, ho ordinato una torta di laurea e appena l'ho estratta dalla confezione oltre ad essere esteticamente brutta aveva anche degli errori grammaticali corretti malamente con una toppa di pasta da zucchero che quindi ha reso il tutto ancora più evidente! La cosa che mi ha più infastidito è stata la mancanza di onestà da parte del pasticcere che non mi ha avvisato dell'orrore che aveva prodotto, non mi ha fatto nemmeno vedere la torta al momento del ritiro! Avrei preferito maggiore trasparenza nei miei confronti dato che ho dovuto presentare comunque la torta ai miei invitati facendo una figuraccia.

Extreme huge Supermarket. You will get here everything you look for, but you need to find it. Only experienced people will go directly to the right place. Tourist are a little bit lost. That lead to a star less.

croissant have little cream filling inside and does not taste good. bought some small pastries with fruits for the kids and they said that the tart was kinda hard.i wanted to buy 6 pcs. and the lady said i can only buy minimum if 8. wanted to pay with bancomat for 10.50€ and ask me if i have cash for that . the coffee is good though. never will come back .very inconvenient.
