Abbiamo mangiato in questa splendida oasi nel Monferrato sabato 30. Il servizio è stato impeccabile. Due camerieri, un ragazzo e una ragazza, ci hanno coccolato e servito in modo professionale.
La proprietaria ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio sin da subito.

The hotel is very nice. We had an excellent stay, with great service and a very walkable location. My only gripe is that the rooms are TINY. I thought we had a relatively middle of the road room as far as cost, it definitely wasn’t the cheapest, but it was really small. The amenities are very nice though. Great gym. Great little rooftop pool.

The hotel seemed to need a good cleaning. The carpets should have been replaced 10 years ago. We explained to the management our disappointment for a 5 Star hotel and they were respectful and accommodating, making an adjustment to our room rate. They explained that there are plans in place to remodel the hotel in the near future.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our 4-day stay. The staff made all the difference.

I arrived from Pietrasanta and had 3 hours in Florence before my flight when I stumble across this special hotel. Hungry, tired (and not dressed for the ocassion). I went in with the hope of lunch around 4pm.
I was welcomed immediately and taken to the stunning dining area. I must say the experience was such warm-hearted. The food exquisitely tasty, all the employees seemed so happy doing their job! They treated me like a queen, so much care and thoughtfulness. It makes me feel hopeful for the evolution of humanity! Thanks again team x

The service from the St Regis Florence is impeccable, this resort goes in my top five hotels I have ever stayed at in the world! If you've been to the Burj Al Arab, this hotel is on the same level of luxury. From entrance to exit, you are pampered and treated with the highest degree of respect and service. My mother and I stayed at this lovely hotel together at the beginning of my five month study abroad in Florence. Restaurant Manager Valeria and Sommelier Eduardo made each of our meals a luxury experience and were so kind at every interaction. You feel spoiled like royalty with the wonderful butler service and delivered complimentary coffees in the morning (I do believe my mothers high status with Marriott contributed a bit!). The wonderful experience even extended beyond our stay. As a student, I visited several times for their efficient wifi and afternoon tea, each time being treated well despite my young age! The best service however was from Concierge Lorenzo who assisted me with FedEx packages, restaurant recommendations and reservations and more. His five star service went above and beyond! He assisted me with Italian FedEx (my Italian was certainly not sufficient) when a package was stuck at customs, without his help I would not have known what had went array and would have been unable to fix it. Lorenzo and other staff became like friends and truly made my entire time in Florence a better experience. I returned for a stay without my mother for my 22 birthday and two year anniversary with my boyfriend. The hotel had arranged the most beautiful room, champagne, and sweet treats. In addition, the room had a birthday card and lovely glitter which spelled "Happy 22nd Birthday Keri" on the king bed. It was without a doubt my best birthday yet and I owe it all to Lorenzo and the other amazing team members who made it special. My mother and I have even decided to abandon other travel plans to return to Italy specifically for this one hotel and the wonderful employees who work there. We are so appreciative to the St Regis Florence and their incredible team and cannot wait to return.
We enjoyed our stay. Spacious rooms, great location, and good service. The staff are friendly. We LOVED our experience at the hotel lounge/ bar (ORVM). Daniele was amazing at making very interesting and unique cocktails. You MUST try it and have a drink made by him. He was also very informative about the history of the hotel and the “Cardinale” cocktail. Daniele impressed us a lot!

We treated ourselves to a hotel that was over our budget because we just arrived from JFK and wanted comfort and style. The W Rome staff were all very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Antonella, the night concierge...unfortunately, we were robbed while out at dinner (NOT AT THE W) and the security staff and management was very helpful and empathetic. Thank you.
The room was definitely on the small side, despite being a "Sensational" room but it was comfortable and cool with the AC. And quiet. We were able to use the gym shower when we arrived early in the morning.
Despite our being robbed, the stay and the accommodations were the best part of Rome.

Beautifully designed, great location and amazing service from the employees. They all go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and that you enjoy your stay. The rooms are a good size and meticulously cleaned everyday. The best hotel in Rome hands down. Special thank you to Raffaella for all her hospitality.
We stayed 3 nights here. From the very first moment you walked in, they made you feel welcomed and your needs met; and arriving feeling very tired from the travel, it was very comforting.
The room quality is high. Service is impeccable. And its location is easy walking distance to all the main attractions.

My daughter and I stayed at the Excelsior for a week. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The amenities, like a bathrobe and slippers were appreciated. What made our stay exceptional however, was the helpfulness of the staff. We interacted with the front desk, the concierge desk, the restaurant staff, housekeeping and room service. Absolutely everyone was friendly and efficient. I only remember the name of the front desk person who helped us several times, Simona, but everyone (oh, I forgot to mention the doormen and security that gave us directions and called cabs) was friendly and helpful.
The service at the reception is very strong, concierge was okay. The rooms leave much to be desired. The once yellow carpets are in really poorly condition and bare thin. Beds and towels are comfortable, really just the condition of the rooms could use maintenance. Location strong.
I am a lifetime Marriott titanium member and traveled a lot and I do believe this was the single best hotel I have ever stayed. It combines everything…beautiful comfortable rooms, world class restaurant, great fitness facility and the most important of all a staff that is courteous and super attentive.
I could go on for paragraphs but strongly recommend you stay here. All of this combined with a great location make the W Rome simply the best.

Stunning, gorgeous, breathtaking - you are quickly running out of superlatives when describing this world class luxury hotel. The gardens are well maintained and the restaurants offer the freshest fish. Service is outstanding and the rooms tastefully decorated.

Not a five star hotel. They did not have fresh bedding in our room which we were not aware of until day 3. The mattress cover was stained and it was not our doing. I was extremely disgusted by this, for a hotel that claims to be 5 star that is unacceptable.
Also one of the sinks and the tub both did not drain so the water just sat, there was no way to drain them.
We had to call room service every day to ask for glasses because they were never replaced. The hotel rooms had a mildew stench and the carpet was covered in stains.
The only nice thing is that you get complimentary coffee service in your room. This is not what you would expect of a Westin hotel, it is nothing like a U.S. hotel so look elsewhere.

Eravamo in 20. Il proprietario ci ha obbligato a prendere quello che voleva che prendessimo, senza dirci minimamente il prezzo. Avevamo concordato al telefono di prendere alla carta ed invece alla fine ha scelto tutto lui. Sgabei al centro del tavolo senza minimamente contare una porzione a testa (che ci hanno invece fatto pagare come tale). 27€ a testa senza sapere nemmeno quanto avremmo speso??!!! E SENZA POS?!?! Siete pazzi. MAI PIÙ. SCONSIGLIATO TOTALMENTE

Il bagno molto spartano ,con doccia piccolissima e inutilizzabile a causa del soffione mal funzionante ,vasca scomoda per poterne usufruire. Asciugamani posati su un appendiabiti instabile . Water con uno scarico mal funzionante.Assenza di un mini frigo indispensabile per poter mettere in fresco ,in piena estate ,anche delle semplici bottiglie d acqua e wi fi assente. Piscina esterna il cui perimetro interno della vasca era contornato di verde ,sintomo di mancata pulizia della vasca stessa.
Queste osservazioni le abbiamo fatte notare , una volta effettuato il check out e pagando la somma anticipatamente pattuita ,al titolare della struttura.
Per il resto la location gode di un panorama spettacolare , per non parlare dell' ampio spazio che circonda l agriturismo e la tranquillità del posto stesso, Ma non siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti della scelta fatta.

Un luogo semplice a cui non manca nulla. Situato su una collina con vista meravigliosa su Bomarzo e i rilievi circostanti, camere semplici, climatizzate, silenziose e pulite, piscina che domina il paesaggio, personale gentilissimo e colazione con crêpes alla nutella, Caffè di moka e uova fatte al momento. Si arriva a piedi in paese in 12 minuti, e ieri notte abbiamo contato 4 stelle cadenti.
Villa Igiea is a lovely secluded property where we enjoyed fantastic service, amazing grounds and views, as well as excellent fine dining and drinks during our stay. The pool terrace and multiple restaurants are not to be missed. Martina, one of the managers, was so thoughtful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here if in Palermo!
Location magnifica…la piscina e il prato tutto intorno rendono il luogo molto suggestivo..noi personalmente abbiamo optato per un aperitivo bordo piscina e poi cena all’interno del locale (come di consueto). L’aperitivo era un misto di salatini,salumi,insalata di pollo,formaggi,pizza ecc…mentre per la cena abbiamo optato per un menù a base di pesce…due primi di cui consiglio le trofie con gamberi e zucchine che sono FANTASTICHE è un secondo di grigliata mista (i gamberi,il tonno e il salmone erano SPAZIALI)e la proprietaria poi ci ha voluto anche aggiungere di sua volontà degli anelli di totano fritti che si scioglievano in bocca…tutto perfetto!consigliato vivamente
The room was spacious, but it definitely shows it's age. Our air conditioning never worked, and if it did it simply wasn't enough to make the room comfortable. It was quite difficult to sleep as a result. The room really needs an overhaul. The shower door wouldn't close completely, nor would the bathroom door without locking it. The people really made the difference for us. Very helpful when we needed assistance. All and all not a bad choice, though after we were in Rome, it was evident that we could have found the same or better for half the price.

Posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde e con una vista bellissima, sembra di essere fuori dal mondo. La piscina è grande e curata. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo. Attualmente il servizio di ristorazione non è offerto, ma la colazione è comunque buona. Nel complesso è stato un weekend all'insegna del relax in un posto semplice ma allo stesso tempo di grande impatto. Lo consiglierei a chiunque
Room and service were absolutely amazing. We had a view of the river and couldn’t be more pleased. Aldo and Marcello were very attentive and made our stay quite exceptional. I’m not sure what someone else that wrote a bad review about the breakfast was expecting but my wife and I were very pleased. They have a chef that will prepare whatever you want and it’s included for free along with an extraordinary buffet with any accompaniments that one could ask for. Not sure if they were expecting someone to shower the floor with rose petals and roll out the red carpet with sparklers for their entrance but I was more than satisfied and so was everyone else. I even saw multiple people staying at other hotels pay for that breakfast. May be on the pricier side but well worth it.
We had date night here. Beautiful location and excellent service. I learned that this hotel was once someone’s summer home. It’s grand in every sense of the word. It’s also a place to be seen, by who, I’m not exactly sure! We had a nice meal. My husband recalled having oysters here long ago but they were not on the menu. Our waiter surprised him a huge tray of them. They were so fresh they smelled of the sea! From beginning to end the service and attention to detail were immaculate. It’s very romantic but also family friendly. I note that this place has a lot of tourists. So the food while spectacular, is not as authentic as others places you might find! Definitely worth a visit.
This is a beautiful hotel with great service. Breakfast is either inside or in a nice courtyard. Breakfast is very good although coffee took a while to come. The gym is very nice in terms of aesthetics and equipment. I worked out every day because the gym was so nice. The room and bathroom were spacious but one could hear people in the hallway easily. I love how they kept free water bottles stocked in the room every day. The location was a short walk to the Spanish Steps or the Borghese Gardens.

Absolutely stunning service, comfort, and experience. Exceptional. Staying here for our honeymoon and we are blown away! Picture of our room attached. Location is perfect right in city center on the Arno River. Also an excellent butler team that is always on call (best part of the experience), and a great restaurant which had very nice cocktails and dessert.
Had a beautiful and amazing time while staying here. The breakfast was the best breakfast I had in Sicily, and I stayed at the Grand Hotel Timeo Belmont Hotel in Taormina after, so that’s a lot to say. The restaurant that sits outside of the cave bar was probably one of my best meals in Palermo. The seafood tower for 2 should not be missed. I still dream about those prawns. Beautiful place, amazing service, and outstanding food.

My stay was excellent. The cleanliness, staff, service and property were above and beyond. Unfortunately my husband had an accident and ended up in the hospital for 11 days, knowing this the General Manager, Mr. Marc Lannoy, sent a note to my room offering his assistance. We met in the lobby, his hospitality and kindness meant so much during this experience. I felt comfortable in this warm and sincere environment. I will always be grateful for the time, patience and understanding of the Excelsior. I will never forget the support and kindness of everyone. My husband was also very grateful that I was well taken care of. Gracious Hospitality is the highest form of guest service and that is what I was given.

My husband and I stayed in the St. Regis, Florence for 2 nights during our wedding. It was exceptional. From the concierge service, to the room service and the room itself - we had a magnificent stay. My bridesmaids and I got ready for the wedding in the hotel and the room could not have been more perfect. We had 7 gals over, plus 2 makeup artists and 2 photographers, and there was plenty of room. The room photographed beautifully, as well. My butler, Elena, was absolutely perfect and helped make the wedding prep run smoothly as well. Thank you, St. Regis!

We came here for our honeymoon and we were blown away by this enchanting hotel. The staff are all so attentive, especially the breakfast wait staff. The breakfast is a feast and features some local dishes. The gardens and pool are beautifully kept and give such a relaxing vibe. They have a spa onsite and we had some wonderful massages. Our most favorite thing was the rooms. They are peaceful, smell amazing and have the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept on. We cancelled some of our planned trips just to spend more time on the property.
The room was fine. It’s modern and clean. The rooms are small but larger than most other European rooms. The hotel in general is trendy and not really meant for the retired folks traveling through or with family. They are very focused on their nightclub atmosphere and could care less that the music is so loud that their overnight patrons have to suffer. I mean really loud music. Their breakfast staff doesn’t check back with you and so your food may or may not arrive. You will not be asked if you need more coffee. So for 3 days in a row, we left with subpar service. Like I said above, this is a trendy and modern hotel but it is not luxurious nor elegant. There are issues with their quality of care unless you’re here to party. Then it’s probably a great hotel.
Terrific option for staying in the heart of Rome. The service all around was excellent, and the staff was all very friendly. The food was surprisingly good, including the breakfast which included a beautiful buffet and choice of Sicilian-influenced egg dishes from the kitchen. Room was small (typical of the city) but extremely comfortable and gorgeously decorated, and had everything one might need — including several little touches like extra toothbrushes and a steamer, which most hotels don’t have. The bathroom was luxurious and surprisingly large. Highly recommend if you want an upscale, comfortable, and very convenient hotel in Rome.

The establishment has is timely. You have a choice to stay in the main house or cabins. These cabins are very rustic with no frills, bells or whistles. The main house offers a free breakfast with your stay which was sufficient and service was friendly and attentive. The best was the view of Bomarzo.

The farm is very cosy and modernly equipped. The rooms are very traditional and on the small side but there are family cottages available.
The dining and wine experience is absolutely amazing. While the hotel is on the modest side of things, the restaurant is one of the best culinary experiences you can have in Italy.

Castle was in ruins but it is reconstructed very well. The trash from many centuries was able to tell us the story of it's inhabitants, and also an authentic on site exhibition. The lady giving the guided tour is very well prepared, interesting and accurate history. Not the mystery tour i feared from some other descriptions.

Villa stupenda, giardini strabilianti con una scuderia unica...
Non ho visto interno di questa villa, ho solo assistito a un concerto nel parco. La costruzione esternamente è molto semplice, con caratteristiche settecentesche. Il parco all'inglese invece è ben tenuto e presenta specie arboree secolari e rare.

Galleria del Cardinale stupendo palazzo, fa parte del palazzo Colonna. Situato nel cuore di Roma a pochissimi passi dalla famosissima fontana di Trevi. In via della Pilotta, 16 , Sale immense e giardini pensili da favola. Se avete la possibilità va visitato.
Palazzo storico dei nobili Colonna !!! Sede anche del Papa per un periodo storico. Grande fascino della nobiltà passata ...in ristrutturazione continua

A friend and I stayed at Le Querce this summer, in July, because we wanted to visit the Park of the Monsters and we were sorely tempted by the presence of a swimming pool. We ended up loving the place so much that we stayed an extra night! The views of Bomarzo are stunning--I recommend waking up at sunrise just to see dawn over the valley and the hilltop town. The owner, Antonino, is a very kind and attentive gentleman. The breakfast is lavish, and he cooks the best eggs. The pizzeria at Le Querce serves the thinnest, crispiest pizza I have ever had in Lazio, and the pizza menu itself is extensive and creative (the volcano one is really something to behold). Be sure to reserve a table at the pizzeria before you arrive, or as soon as you arrive, because it is a local hotspot (closed Sundays though!). The Park of the Monsters is a good 45 minute walk from here, so be prepared to walk a bit, if you aren't coming by car. Finally, if you book over the phone, know that the establishment only accepts cash or debit cards (European debit cards, with pin) but it appears that you could book with a credit card on one of the hotel clearing house type sites. I can't wait to visit Bomarzo and Le Querce again.

Came early in the day (right before opening) and was completely on our own the whole walk through, even though being high season of the region (August). Amazing atmosphere and views, and ok written information in English. Helpful staff, showing personal pride in the impressive castle.
In unseren Urlaub kamen wir hier zufällig vorbei und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir entschieden uns für ein sehr reichhaltiges Menü. Die Portionen waren sehr üppig, mein Wunsch nach einer vegetarischen Variante war kein Problem.
Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war sehr fair und absolut in Ordnung.

Very nice location and very clean. Friendly reception and service. We stayed in for dinner and the food was not as one would have hoped for. The breakfast was ok.

Ci siamo stati durante le giornate FAI di Primavera. Una Villa classica con interessanti arredi d’epoca, molto interessante il locale della selleria, insolito in visite come questa. Nella struttura è anche presente un bed and breakfast.
This place is actually kind of cool! I have seen it from far way (you can see it while driving in the hill mountains, sticks out like a sore thumb), and I was kind of curious about it's history. Of course, when we came the place was closed. But walking around the place via the tranquil trail, and observing the local homes was really nice and pleasant. Also, the view from up high is quite spectacular. No wonder this place was a military fortress. So neat.

I've been there for a marriage.Service was good. I've requested the cicken to cook the dinner for my little baby and they'll fulfill it. We've also have a good time near the swimming pool that's next the building.
This is another city hall where is sutable for celebrate an event or organize a concert.

Fantastic beautiful agriturismo. Poolside bar. Super polite staff. The food was some of the best we've eaten in Italy. Save some room in your car, as you will also probably want to bring home a case of their wine.

Well refurbished and restored mediaeval castle surmounting this little bit beautiful village.
It hosts paint or other sorry of exhibition from time to time, but absolutely the best place to view a stunning view of the Riviera Romagnola.

I stayed at le Querce in late May for five nights and had a great experience. I chose to speak with Antonino and his son Abraham in Italian, but probably could have gotten by in English. The single room was big: open timber ceiling, but pink walls, and kept clean. The bathroom was surprisingly big with both tub and a separate shower. Breakfasts were eggs, ham & cheese, bread, marmelade, juice, coffee, etc. and were ample. One could easily host a small group here and the restaurant area is large enough to house 40-45. The view across to Bomarzo on the hilltop is to die for! The historic center is about a 10 minute walk. Bomarzo's one little restaurant (Quadrifolgio) is within walking distance (but no sidewalk)
