your sofas are the best thing in my life! Thanks to those who installed the sofa-sofas. We were able to relax between flights! They are soft and large! There are wonderful restaurants nearby with local sweets!and thanks for the piano. A lot of talented people played and it was cool!
Naples Airport, an international airport that only has the name but not the services. Employees do not behave the same way whether you are Italian or foreign. Also the first time (I've been on trips) that my suitcase has been destroyed. I wasn't the only one, there must have been at least ten of us! Strangely, spare suitcases made in Turkey were already available, I found this very strange! Coming from abroad, I wanted to take a shopping cart to pack my bags: impossible! You must already have euros! The world turned upside down, poor service and questionable cleanliness. Very bad experience.
Security control is fast, many shops and cafes. Well organized public transport.

Great location of the airport with direct connection to the high way to Milano, but if you need to fly away from here better to arrive at least 3 hours before your flight, because:
1. there are normally only several desks at the check-in for low-cost companies for alllll the flights;
2. Even if you do self online check-in there is a huge line to security check for at least 30 minutes;
3. If you do self check in for your luggage they might send you to regular check in desk in any case;
4. If you have backpack to check in as luggage or any other non regular size suitcase, self checkin doesn't work neither and you have to register your out of size luggage and than to bring to the special window where the person might not read correctly your luggage pass and send you back to the checkin desk.. or tell you that it's too late to check in your luggage even if it's not...
Sooooo just in case arrive as early as possible to overcome all these obstacles 😅🤗

It was an unpleasant surprise to hear that this airport is closed at night. We had an early flight at 6:00am and spent the night just outside, having +4 C degrees.
Capsules hotel costs 30 euros per person, and we could just spend one more night in the city instead of being outside or in the tiny capsules.
Maybe you have information about it on your web site, but you don’t have it here on Google maps.
Please just add working hours to Google maps so that people can plan their time better.

After landing at the airport, I waited in the passport queue for 2 hours and 20 minutes. The airport is an airport where RyanAir and WizzAir fly very frequently.
There is one officer and one police officer at the place where the passport queue is waiting. The waiting area is narrow and a plane lands at the airport almost every 15 minutes. While waiting in line, there are many people passing in front of you from left and right, and they don't even care if you object. No one intervenes in the fights and arguments that break out among those waiting.
I don't think there is this much disorder at Kabul Airport, Afghanistan.
It is a place where non-Italian citizens should definitely not come.

What an excellent day's end to a very long long flight. From Spokane International Airport in USA. Naples Italy International Airport was by far the very best. Having just had hip surgery 2 months prior, Air France saw me struggling and stepped up to help me from the time I disembarked the aircraft to the Hertz Rental car facility. Can never thank enough to everyone I met and didn't catch their names. Unbelievably extraordinary service.

Schöner Flughafen vor allem der Abflugbereich nach der Sicherheitskontrolle. Toller duty free Bereich mit vielen Geschäften und sehr vielen Möglichkeiten etwas zu Essen.
Clean and efficient airport. It seems small but it isn’t . Amazing features like Emergency phone by the toilet , noticeboard on compensations in regard to delayed flights for hours and finally the recycling box :where to pull out the water and put in the whole bottle to be recycled.

Reasonable prices in restaurants and bars:more-all-less like prices you will find outside of the airport and good qualities too!
Airport is in a good location and you have bus stop not far from it.
Airport in itself will be 5stars but the delay of airlines:both our landing and departing were all delayed and the document check staff service could be improved!

Poorly run airport. Nothing is open until around 5am including duty free.
A few of us were waiting to claim tax refund as the counter, tried phoning the staff multiple times and ended having to leave for our flights as no one would answer the phone or turn up at the tax refund desk.
Security queues weren’t well managed either.
Also had quite a few flights all scheduled for the same departure time, which of course led to us departing much later than planned..

a nice small airport for the Ryanair and Wizzair flights. The security control is a bit slower than it could be but nothing too dramatic.
There’s multiple food and shipping options once you get thru the security.
It’s easily walkable as all the gates are in one linear section.
There’s bus to/from Milano every 5-10 minutes so the connectivity is awesome.

Nice airport close to the Naples... It's big airport... It's only 6km from center of city... You can come there by bus, taxi or your own car... The best option and cheapest is with bus, and operate from early morning to late evening... Ticket is 5e...Bus station is in front of airport... There is also Van private transport and the price is the same like bus, but you wait that they take five-six people... On airport you have many place for rest and restaurants for eat and drink... If you want to buy some souvenirs or typically product of this part there is also few places... Also there is big duty free shop... Security control work very fast... People who work there is so kind and helpful... All recommendations for visit Naples airport and take flight from there
Great aiport, which is located 20 min bus ride at €3.50 from Bergamo. The queue at security check on Sunday afternoon advanced fast, not more than 10 min waiting, I would say. A couple of coffee shops are in the arrival waiting area, but the choice of restaurants increases 3-fold when security is passed. Duty-free shops were the right size, too. The plane departed on time.
One of, if not the best airport I've been in... tons of specialty shops like pasta shop, suit and clothes shop, mozarella shop and all the staff inside is very polite

Security came at 3am and woke up everybody who was sleeping. This airport is not recommended at all if you're having an early flight and are arriving early for a quick nap.
Security was incredibly rude.
Sanitary facilities were not clean. The only good thing is that they have a piano there.
I won't be back at this airport.

Needed an early morning (3:30am) ground transport taxi from Venice to the airport. I was able to arrange a ride the morning before via text messaging/call. The van was clean and on time, the driver was friendly and efficient. The prices on the website were accurate. I'm happy with the service.
Try not to buy anything from this airport! Everything is 2x or 3x the price that it should've been
