Best Bus companys in Italy

Use the other bus companys like fibco to drive to milan they are more rellyable. Avoid Flixbus! My bus was first delayed an than cancelled. The bus drivers don't speak englisch and they can't help you with an Alternative connection. I payed 13 Euro for nothing and my arrivel in Milan delayed by three hours.

Economico e efficiente. Presente in molte città per collegamenti con aereoporti. Comprate il biglietto online per risparmiare qualche euro. ATTENZIONE: alla stazione di Milano la partenza non è nella via dove si fermano tutti i bus per Bergamo Orio al Serio (la via che divide il lato della stazione centrale di Milano dal piccolo parco recintato), ma si trova sulla via che costeggia uno dei lati 'corti' del parco (quello più lontano dall'ingresso della stazione FS).

Xenophobic people who work here. The guy in front of us spoke Italian and payed 10 euros, we spoke English and payed 12 euros. The buses are very dirty and they turn off the AC during the ride. Avoid this one.

Der Herr beim Check-In am 11.07.2023 am Morgen war extrem unhöflich gewesen, als wir zum Airport wollten. Wir hatten das Ticket nur als E-Mail, aber er hat es nicht akzeptiert, davor hatte ich keine Probleme und wurde anstandslos akzeptiert. Er hat uns stehen lassen bis wir das Ticket über die Webseite runtergeladet haben. Aus meiner Sicht sollte man ihn rauswerfen, er versteht das Wort "Kundenservice" nicht, sowas habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt! Ich gebe dennoch zwei Sterne wegen der zentralen Lage der Bushaltestelle bzw. Preis und Pünktlich ist sehr stimmig.

The bus leaves and arrives on time so that was ok. However the bus drivers are incredibly rude. Both from and to the airport they completely ignore you when you say hello. And the driver to the airport starting shouting and making a scene when someone asked him a question (they got on the wrong bus) instead of explaining. It made the whole bus feel very uncomfortable. Also even at the ticket desks the staff ignore you and rather talk among themselves.

Buen servicio de autobuses desde el aeropuerto a central estación de Milán. Precios muy buenos , autocares muy limpios y muy puntuales. Recomendable al llegar a Milán

Be careful! 11.05.23 - the bus didn’t arrive at morning so people could have lost their flights.
Many thanks to the taxi drivers near the station that can get you to the airport even with the same price (in case there are at least 4 people to fill in a car). They are always near the station so don’t worry, the drivers will find you :)
If you still decide to use Alibus at least don’t buy tickets in advance as I did. I asked for a refund but don’t know if that will work

UPD: support didn’t answer for several requests, so don’t expect your money to be returned in case something went wrong
UPD2: support answered in a month saying that the bus was rescheduled on that specific morning without any notification so they are not gonna make a refund. Such a shame

The buses are always late I booked a bus from the Bergamo airport to Verona two times and both times the bus was more than an hour late! It’s ridiculous!! Will never buy again!

It's a rip off the bus doesn't come at the scheduled times. We waited 30 mins and had to take a taxi then to not miss our flights. Don't buy any tickets in advance.

An airport bus was stopping every 15 min to take people there, while the taxi drivers offered the same travel for 10€. But suddenly, the buses dissapeared. The next bus had more than 1'5 hours of delay, and the taxi drivers of the central bus station started to tell the travellers that it was not coming anymore (maybe because they agreed so with the bus driver). Then they started to ask up to 50€ for the ride to the Airport. The bus driver who came more than hour later never told us what happened. It's shameful that a city with so little to offer allows this kind of situations to happen.

Always be at the stop otherwise drivers won’t care to stop for you even if you are late few seconds and running after the buss

Haven't used the bus. As others have said, taxis offer 20EUR to the airport. We even received a receit. If you are a group of 3 or 4 I see no point in taking the bus. Just go to the bus stop and taxi drivers will find you. Most are with larger cars, so probably could fit more than 4 people, but I doubt they will take less than 5EUR per person :)

Booked a trip for two from BGY to torino round trip. The driver refused to let us in the bus although i presented printed tichets and electronic tichets and he gave no excuse. He also didnt scan them at all like the other drivers did. I was forced to rent a car last minute and very expensive. The company gave no excuse for the incident and refused to fully refund us. They kept 60€ for fees for a servise they never provided. Stay away

Einzige Möglichkeit, mit ÖPNV zum Flughafen zu kommen. Schade, dass die Metro Linie 1 nicht dort hin fährt.
Alibus Ticket kostet 5€, man kann es auch online just in time kaufen. Busse sind sehr voll

Wir standen vor dem überfüllten Alibus, als uns ein Taxifahrer ein besseres Angebot machte. Für den selben Preis von 5€ fahren die Taxifahrer nämlich auch deutlich bequemer die Touristen den kurzen Weg vom Bahnhof zum Flughafen.

Busstation direkt am Bahnhof. Gute Idee eine Verbindung zum Flughafen zu haben.
Aber die Buse sind Restlos überfüllt. Quetschen bis zu geht nicht mehr und das mit Koffern.
Der Weg zum Flughafen ist zwar kurz. aber dauert lang durch den sich stauenden Verkehr in Neapel.

Today i and my family had more than bad experience with Flixbus from Genova to Bergamo Airport. Departure on time at 6am, but first stop in late. And after this a very unkind driver is waiting several minutes for the collegue somewhere on the way +several min. Later he decided to tank. +7 min. We told, we will miss our flight. The final thing-traffic jam to Bergamo. We arrived 35 min late as planed. And the flight should be missed, but our luck- it was in delay.

Ich hatte einen kurzen Anflug von Panik, als googlemaps anzeigte, dass die Fahrt gestrichen sei. Er kam dann aber pünktlich und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Haltestelle und der Bus sind ganz einfach zu finden.

5 Euro für einen überfüllten Bus der alle 20-30min fährt. In anderen europäischen Metropolen ist der Flughafen an den öffentlichen Verkehr angeschlossen. Hier zahlt man doppelt. Absolute Frechheit und schwache Leistung. Null Ausschilderung am Hauptbahnhof zum Flughafen Shuttle. Da die Taxifahrer aber auch Verbrecher sind ist der Transport zum Flughafen die Wahl zwischen Pest und Cholera (oder Corona).

Direkt am Ausgang vom Flughafen. Aus dem Flieger, dann Shuttle-Bus bis zur Flixbushaltestelle Nr. 6 mit Handgepäck in 20Min!
