Lovely clean and tidy park with secure gated children's playground - perfect for a very energetic 4 year old grandson! Toilets nice and clean too if a tad basic.

Very good becouse it is nice
Open space just off the town centre. Mainly grassed area with children's playground, WC's and imposing statue. Unfortunately surrounded by busy roads.

A well looked after public park with a children play ground and toilet facilities. One can relax on the garden seats by the statue or enjoy the summer sunshine sitting on the steps.

Fantastic gardens, well kept! Only issue is the alcoholics who sit on a lot of the benches around the park.... Not a great site as they like to shout and swear alot.

We went to the jersey botanical garden first and on the way we saw Howard davis park .
It’s located not far from the commercial center and downtown, in walkable distance.
It’s huge and free, with vast lawn and playground.
After visit, we walked around and found a fabric store and bought my favorite succulent bucket and fabric.
Lovely park and the Allied War Cemetery is lovely with its begonias.
Some unexpected succulents and tropical plants. Well worth a visit.

An absolutely stunning place! I found it quite but accident but was in awe of the nature that was there, lots of birds and lizards! Also, the place is full of history from the war, with so much to learn and see the place is definitely worth a visit. Personally, I was there a couple of hours enjoying all that Noirmont had to offer.

Not visited the gardens for over 40 years and was not disappointed. Very peaceful and lovely to walk around.

Nice open space, flowers are displayed and obviously tended to well. Always a few drinkers here but tbf I've not seen them causing an issue.
Lovely park, though some of the gardeners can be rather prickly and rude, especially those in the honorary police.

A lot of unnecessary tree felling has happened recently, presumably before the new legislation, these trees are home to the red squirrels in the park!

Events in the park never seem to be advertised particularly well, strange considering there have been new boards put up at every entrance which could easily accommodate a poster or flyer.

A wonderful place to bring family and friends, there is a cafe that offers drinks and snacks, and toiket facilities alsl. With a playground for children, pétanque pitch, and multipurpose teenager space for football and basketball, the area with its luscious garden boasts plants from around the world in a truly beautiful environment.

Nice and peaceful place. Pretty quiet with the occasional jogger and dog walker. Had read about this place prior to visiting and made a point to go and see it. I wanted to see the graves and flowers in there, but as it was mid October when I visited it was the wrong time of the year. Spent about half hour wandering around the place.

This park has everything and is in walking distance from St Helier town centre. Lots of grassed area for running about or ball games, well equipped play areas and a kiosk with tables and chairs for mums/dads that sells coffee, snacks and amazing ice-cream. The play areas are seperated into infants, young children and older children. There is also an area for cooling down that has fountains of water shooting upwards you can run through.

Lovely play in the water fountains with my daughter. Great to cool off on a hot day. The trees are maturing nicely so there's some shade. Always clean and well looked after

Out standing views, mixed with haunting history. Plenty of notices explaining the history mean you can spend a fair bit of time learning, its a pitty the structures are not open more i would happly pay to explore them.
Completely under rated spot, Jersey should market it more.

Very nice Portuguese owner. Very good pastries and sandwiches. A good selection of bottled largers. Toilets a bit small but clean. Outside area overlooking millennium park. So a good place to stay and let the kids play in there while you have a coffee.

Love this park. Stunning! Great place for picnics, hayfever and the odd thieving seagull aside! Really wonderful grounds, trees and flowers stunning and and the Memorial Garden he's lovely. Children's park, public toilets and a really nice restaurant set in lovely grounds all here. The odd surprise band on an evening occasionally crops up for good measure!

Great history of the German occupation & building of artillery positions, bunkers & accommodation. Well cared for by the Jersey people who are keen to tell the history of the island. We rode our bikes from St Helier to St Aubin then up a very steep hill to Noirmont. Fabulous views from this high viewpoint. Very interesting visit.

We always go to Noirmont and it never ceases to be an amazing visit. For just £3 you get to see the inside of one of the finest, if not the finest, bunkers that were part of the Atlantic Wall. If that wasn't enough then you have the amazing sea views which are truly breathtaking

The park itself is lovely. The grounds are well kept. The children's play area is very nice. I really like the variety of equipment. It has a couple of unusual swings for older children. There is a toddler section which is fenced off from the rest. They could use more normal swings, older children and adults come into the toddler section to use the swings. It is also not very well patrolled against rowdy older children in the toddler section. It can get quite dangerous when they go unchecked. I still think it's a great park and I just take my toddler to play in the field or fountains when the playground is too busy.

This is a great stop off on a tour. This is how I found it. There is nothing here though except the sites. Eg toilet etc. So don’t expect any facilities. The views though are unmissable and a must see if you’re visiting jersey at all. Take the time to look around well as some of the memorials etc are not immediately visible from the place you park your car/bus.
